Taming Her Demons
"So can I stay here?"
"No you can't, you'll only end up getting more people to come inside"
"No one followed me, I promise"
"Why are you hiding anyways? Don't you like all the attention anymore?"
Charlotte rolled her eyes before letting out a sigh of exasperation. "I'm not particularly sure of how I feel, highschool isn't meant for someone like me. What of you, don't you have any friends?"
"I don't" Rachel answered sharply before glaring away towards the dusty window. "I like to stay on my own" Ever since she imorisoned troltan inside herself, Rachel had limited her interactions with others to almost zero. She did have control over the demon at the moment, but she didn't trust herself enough not to lose control.
Seeing that they weren't going to get anywhere with this conversation, Charlotte switched to the practical aspect of 'Getting to know you' Slowly, her hands found their way to Rachel's hair and she stroke it gently.
