"Christophe I'm sorry about Lotus causing trouble, please don't kick us out" She stood up with her hands clasped together in prayer should could only wait for his response. but to be honest, he seemed too busy wiping off the sweat from his face, "Don't be silly, after all, it was Isabella who started the altercation" although he said that he most likely was unaware of the fact he wouldn't kick out Lotus after seeing his strength. Back in the room staring at the plastered ceiling Lotus, laid in a starfish position, drifting off into his thoughts with his eyes closed, A lot of things crossed his mind but his main thought was evident since he was rubbing his stomach with a gleeful smile on his face 'damn after finally getting to enjoy a meal I have to be disturbed like that

as he was reminiscing ab his meal, bursting through and slamming it behind her with rage written all over her face. "Get the fuck up now!".

Ariel walked up to the bed and sat down, as she did she could feel all the anger leaving her body with only the emotions of fear and despair left

"you almost killed someone and then we'd have nowhere to live or worse have to be on the run and we'd never find a way home" Her voice was seemingly on the verge of breaking down

Lotus never felt right seeing a woman sad but he felt even worse with her at the moment "I wasn't gonna kill her… I don't think" he mumbled the last part as even he was unsure of the power behind his attack, especially with the imagery of his battle against the ancient dragon he killed, "in any case, she started it and I didn't like how she spoke to you" he said while sneakily looking at her waiting for her response.

"Anyways, let's go to the city centre we may be able to find something out from there and maybe… actually never mind I'll tell you when we get there, hold onto my hand", his eyes began glowing and the room began feeling lighter
