Hearing the notification that he already kill the wolf, Tatsumi then closed his eyes and then opening them again while releasing a heavy breath from his mouth.

''Phew~,''

Tatsumi, then wiping a small bead of sweat from his forehead.

[Rewards: Level +1, 1x healing potion, 100 system points, and common-grade clothes]

''Oh, another level up,'' Tatsumi said with a little surprise, and even though the improvement was smalls, he can still feel that his strength got increased!

''Alpha, I can put this wolf corpse in the inventory, right?'' He asked his system while touching the pelt of the wolf.

''Ok, then,'' Tatsumi murmured while looking at the wild wolf corpse in the ground, and imagine it entering the inventory!

An empty feeling appears on his hands, and the corpse that he touches disappears from his view.

''I must run now,'' Tatsumi stated to himself, and even though he was able to kill the wild wolf, a whole pack of wild wolf is on a different matter and difficulties!

Looking at the puddle of blood, Tatsumi then looking at the direction where the wolf came from, and then run away toward the opposite direction!

(Not only a wolf has a high sense of smell, but they also fast) Tatsumi thought. His body keeps running through the forest, and he knows that the scent of blood will keep attracting wolves and animals around him!

(I need to find a river or water stream) He added in his mind while keep running.

A sound of water then come into his ear, and after running toward the direction of the sound, Tatsumi finally found a river that flows toward his right side!

*Howl!*

The sound of wolves howling then echoing through the woods!

''They were fast!'' He muttered.

(If I go to the right, I will be on the lower ground, and if I go left, I will be at the higher terrain!) He thought while hearing the sounds of wolves howling!

Looking at the river, Tatsumi then takes off his shirt and throws it on the ground!

Jumping into the water, he then swimming into the middle of the river! Take off his pants and left his pants to flow toward the downstream!

(Now, I'm naked!) He thought while feeling cold water touch his skins.

Swimming toward the other side of the river, Tatsumi then glancing at the decoy, which his shirt, and then said, ''At least, I can mask the scent now.''

Tatsumi then opens his inventory and take the new clothes that he got from the quest reward.

After wearing the new clothes, and take a few breaths. Tatsumi, then running again toward the higher terrain!

After a few minutes of running, he then found a waterfall!

''Waterfall?'' He said while looking at the waterfall from the top to the below.

''Hmm? A path!'' Tatsumi muttered. On the side of the waterfall, he can see a path that looks covered by bushes, and if someone doesn't look at it carefully, they maybe won't able to find it!

Out of curiosity and tiredness, he then walks carefully toward the path that leads him into a cave behind the waterfall!

(A natural cave?) He thought while looking at the many stalactites that hang on the cave ceiling.

Walking to the inside of the cave, he carefully walks to not causing the stalactites to fall!

''This cave is deep.'' He commented, and the weird thing is, the cave still has enough light to illuminate the whole cave!

''No, I can still see a few gaps on the wall on the left side of the cave, which the light source for this cave!''

Tatsumi then starts to marveling the situations in the cave. Alpha's mechanical voice, then ringing in his mind!

''What, Alpha?'' Tatsumi replied and then observing the surrounding of the cave.

''Hmm, you can tell me your recommendation,'' He replied with a little curiosity.

[I recommend buying a cooking tool-kits and disassembly skill!]

''Oh, Cooking, huh!'' Tatsumi said while nodding his head, remembering that he never ate after this event happened!

(Well, I did drink the healing potion though,) He thought, and a tasteless drink comes into his mind and taste buds.

''Uh, Let's buy the cooking tool-kits and disassembly skill!''

Taking a cooking tool-kits from his inventory, Tatsumi then gently putting a bow in front of him.

''Oh!'' He said in a surprised tone because this box almost has all the kitchen tools he knows!

''A stove, frying pan, knife, cooking oil, and a few basic spice or seasoning likes butter and salt!''

''Meat, Wolf Meat!'' Tatsumi muttered and then opening his inventory where he stores the corpse of the wild wolf!

Tatsumi then taking out the corpse and place it in front of him.

The wolf body is three times Tatsumi's size, and he maybe will have a hard time processing the ingredients that he needs it!

''Ah, That's it!'' He shouts in his heart! Boa dagger then appears on his hand!

''Because of toughness, I can't cut the skin or fur of the wolf with a kitchen knife, right!'' He stated.

''Disassembly!''

Tatsumi then gently touch the wolf's body and start skinning the wolf! And fastly cut the wolf into different pieces!

''Pelt, Bones, Meat, Fangs, Blood, Claws, and waste.'' He murmured with a satisfied smile because with this amount of meat! He will not worry about the shortage of food!

Looking around, Tatsumi then move away to flatter ground and then placing a wolf pelt like a mat!

Preparing the cooking tool, he then lights up the stove and starts to heat the pan.

''Let's see if my cooking skills remaining!'' Tatsumi said while remembering his past life where he must cook for himself to save living costs!

(I even can only eat per month!) He thought while cutting and tenderize the meat.

Seasoning the meat only with salt, he then put the wolf-meat into the pan!

*Sizzle!*

A sound of meat sizzle echoing in his ear, and the aroma of the meat comes into his nose.

''Nice!''

After cooking it evenly, Tatsumi then cut the meat with a knife and serve it on the plate!

Taking the meat with a fork, he then eats it!

''So good,'' Tatsumi said with a shed of tears come from his eyes.

And, after a few seconds!

*Burp!*

''I'm full!'' He said while cleaning the tool that he used.

(It was so satisfying!) He thought while putting all of the tools inside the inventory.

''Alpha, can you notify me if you sense any living being approaching me!''

[I can, Host]

''Ok,'' Tatsumi muttered while nodding his head.

Laying on the pelt that he used as a mat, Tatsumi then feel that his eyes got heavier!

''Yawn, I'm so tired,''

''Good night, Alpha!'' Tatsumi said while closing his eyes and falling into the dream world!
