Bi Yang looked at the divine emperors, "It's decided that we meet at the Yin-Yang divine city and then move towards to Yin-Yang valley together."

All of the divine emperors looked at each other and nodded as they all left the room except Bi Yang as they all left the room so fast as if they were never there in the first place.

After all of the divine emperors have left he went into the throne room to pick up a simple axe that rested in his throne seat and picked it up "It is time that I shall fight again."

Bi Yang quickly put on a disguise flawless so that they could quickly pass through the city with no problems because if they went there as they were now it would cause a ruckus and waste time for them and many people also wanted to assassinate the divine emperor so they would waste more time so they discussed that they would transform into a young adventurous youth wanting to challenge the Yin-Yang valley after all, who didn't say that they were a son of heaven when they were young.

After Bi Yang looked at the Yin-Yang city he was a little surprised to see hat the city had significantly grown in the past few billion and he had an idea to do with the ying-yang valley, because while many people did not have the strength to go the valley and absorb energy and study laws for a long period of time some of the energy came from the valley and flowed into to the city making the people that originally made it to invest to make the city better and would draw many due to the valleys.

It worked as many young geniuses began to establish clans and sects there many the city grow in power and influence.

Bi Yang changed his cultivation from the supreme divine emperor to true god early true god as that is where typical geniuses strength would be the cultivation in the god realm is :

The two guards looked at him and was a little surprised at his cultivation as he looks young and could be considered a genius if he was in any of the clans in their city so it was natural for him to be proud of his own strength so they decided to cost him ten dao spirit stones instead of the usual 50.

The two guards look at him and said sternly "ten dao spirit stones to passed the gates."

He looked and them and nonchalantly passed the ten dao spirit stones and was about to pass them and walked into the city both of which stopped him.

The two guards the whole time was looking at Bi Yang the whole time to find out if he had an affiliation to any clan or sect and they didn't find any and meant there were two possibilities, one was that he was a rogue cultivator and another was that he recently left a clan or sect and went to the Ying-Yang city to find new opportunity his cultivation and to the guard the second was more like so they wanted to recruit him because he could be considered a good seedling with his cultivation and aura.

Bi Yang looked at them and said "move or I will kill you" with a glint in his eyes.

After he said these guards were furious as while they were not fine with bullying the weak they were fine with bullying the arrogant.

The guard both took their spear and simply stabbed the junior as they were a whole realm above him so they did not need any fanciful moves to kill him.

When both of the guards took their spear to quickly kill him he laughed a little in his heart as the world was truly cruel.

Even faster than both of the guards, Bi Yang took out an ordinary axe that he crafted just in case and chopped towards the guards simply but if one did not look carefully one not see that this simple chop was infused with the heavenly dao of the axe.

Before the guards can even defend and overwhelming force made the froze as an axe chopped mercilessly and Bi Yang simply walked past them into the guard's bodies and said "So this the Yin-Yang city."
