Chen Family

A day ago, in Lore Village.

After facing the Eastern monster that attacks the village, The Great Knights Riders resume their journey.

General Leonard Ming quickly began their mission into Hemora City before the dawn break.

They are running swiftly; Harrahina rides with Iore this time. The great shaman has been aware of the great queen to leave unconscious of visiting the 5 Walls Dimension, and she is under training with the 5 Guardians.

The Great Queen needed to learn all her power and capability. At her status right now, her power is too weak to fight the Dark Lord.

Besides, her body is yet to adjust to this world. Harrahina, even though having blood from a being on this planet, she's born in another world that once became suited to her body.

Being recently arrives on this planet, it will take her for a while to gain all her power and controls them. While unconscious, their league rides as faster as they can to reach the Hemora Kingdom before night.

Hemora City

The gate immediately opens once the watchmen recognize the Great Knights Riders, lead by Chief General Leonard Ming.

Since it was already evening, they have decided to head to a particular mansion instead.

The mansion is grand and beautiful. Its appearance telling how it was taking care of well even time passing by

"Uncle Iore!"

"Ashley! Usher!" Iore happily embraces the twins into his arms.

"You smell so nice, Uncle Iore!" the twin is a bit surprised.

They knew their uncle always smelled good, but this is different. Something like warm sweet essences embraces them.

Iore laughs, "Then it is not from me," he turns around and glances at Harrahina, who is still sleeping soundly.

When they arrived at the Chen Mansion, Iore gesturing to Leonard to take Harrah for him to descend from his own mount beast.

Scratching his head, Leonard took Harrahina into his arms.

"Eh!"

The twin screamed, astound. "Is she your wife, Uncle Leonard!?" they asked excitedly.

Zen burst out laughing, and the rest of the Riders chuckled.

"Wait, a minute! Both of you really know how to offend me!" Impatient, Leonard lamented. "Spare me for once! Is being single until these days is that biggie issue!?" He complains, bluffing he's angry.

But this made the whole company cackling instead.

"Well, these kids are thinking of settling down soon, and so they are worried they will get married ahead of you."

A beautiful woman is stepping down the patio staircase. She resembles Ashley.

The twin stride beside her and then keep on giggling.

"Wait, and why that makes you all worried? Huh, Anna?" Leonard's face twitching, acting offended.

Anna giggles. She is Leonard's cousin, married to Iore's younger brother. Anna is about the same age as Leonard, and they both grew up together back in the Ming Kingdom. She got married 35 years ago and has four children, three boys and one daughter.

"You will be a grandpa soon. Maybe you should consider marrying now." Anna teases him once again.

He rolls his eyes. "Why does everyone making it a bad reputation? Who knows? If the King were still here, who he would marry? He never got interested in any women in the land? But to a mysterious woman, all he could talk about."

Everyone got silent. There is that one time when the prince was gone in the middle of a battle. He's only coming back after a couple of months.

However, when the prince came back and became the Great King, he was always in deep thoughts, and his gaze was beyond the sky. Only Leonard he told that he met this woman that he was in love with at first sight.

"All right! Come on in! I was told you've been in patrol for days now. I've prepared a feast," Anna invited the riders to shift the topic. 

The knights cheered out upon hearing about it. It means unlimited food and ale.

"Well, except for a dessert. They are not welcome to my house," Anna said jokingly.

The knights laugh. They understand what the madam refers to. They don't need it but a cold beer to serve.

Meanwhile, Harrahina was already awake and heard most of their talks but only pretended she was still unconscious.

She wanted to remain sleeping, but her nose bothering a lot... and so she could not hold back, but a sneeze of a sudden.

All the eyes landed on her. She felt embarrassed. She reaches her nose and pinches it. She then slowly open her eyes.

She meets Leonard's deep black eyes, and that makes her a bit surprised, turn her face flushing red. Blushing, her eyes travel around Leonard's face. His muscular jawline, proud sharp nose, and...

Stop, Harrah! she scolded herself, immediately shut offer eyes... but slowly, she opened the back. Looking up at him, she notices the beautiful canvass painted in the sky.

The sun has laid down but leaves a great color in the sky. The scenery above Leonard's head creating a radiant feeling that is warming her heart.

He looks so handsome and manly. His golden hair emphasizes the shaded sky.

"Ahem! Well, you can stare at each other's eyes all evening, but we all go forward to the table to feed our stomach; whose a great war currently happening inside," Zen said jokingly in a playful tune.

Her's and Leonard's faces are extremely blushing red. They could hear the twin's low giggles.

"Let's go inside. It's getting cold here. David will arrive soon." once again, Anna invited them to head inside.

David is Iore's brother, twenty years younger than him.

Still feel embarrassed, Harrah whispered at Leonard. "I can walk. You can put me down now, General Leonard."

Leonard nodded and then lowering her down. She is about to take a step when she feels dizzy. Staggering to her feet, she's falling.

Leonard right away grabs her waist, but Iore also prepared to catch her: ended up supporting her shoulder.

She was surprised. These two men's reflexes actually are great. They realize how awkward their posture is, Harrah chooses to ignore it.

Blushing, she thanked both Iore and Leonard. Recovering to her feet, she stood straight and gathered her energy to walk fine.

She was under training with the guardians, and her sword skills improving greatly, but it exhausted her after.

"Hello. My name is Harrahina. I am sorry to trouble you. Nice to meet you." She politely greeted the Chen family and introduced herself as well. She bows slightly.

Iore was surprised but stayed quiet. He smirks at how his Queen acted. She is cute. A queen, but lowering herself; pretending to be an ordinary being.

"Aww! We're pleased to have you! My name is Ashley, and this is my twin brother Usher!" Ashley warmly welcomed her.

She glances at Usher,'s smile widened. She nodded at him.

"Come on in! I'll show you the way!" Ashley dragged Harrah into the house.

The Chen mansion is not only grand but more majestic inside. Her father, the previous Great King, once told her about the Chen family.

Thinking about now, the family is one of the candidates to be her husband. She observes Usher secretly. He is not bad tho. In fact, he has a bit of resemblance both from Leonard and Iore.

Also, the Coles family is a candidate. Right now, Zen is the first Coles she met, but he already had a fiancee, the Allens.

So then, it made her wonder if there is other Coles that aren't engaging yet.

However, her heart will decide. She would still base her marriage on the one her heart beating.

Having this sentiment, her heart races inside her chest. She has this desire to glance over her shoulder.

Leonard is walking behind them, following silently towards the Dining Hall.
