It was time that Pax and I communicated with each other and came to an understanding. After everything, we both went through on our own. The last thing we need is miscommunication between each other.

We sat on my couch and talked.

/"Your dad came to see me,/" I said.

Pax looked at me with confusion.

/"Lex explained to me that when you love someone, you love them no matter what. Then he told me about what happened to your mom and him in a car accident. It put a lot of things into perspective for me,/" I explained.

/"What was that?/" Pax asked me.

/"That I don’t want to lose you, and I don’t want you to feel you can’t talk to me about your feelings. Your dad also explained about you and your brothers. You think people care more about your brothers than you,/" I answered.

Pax opened his mouth, then closed it.

/"Talk to me, Pax,/" I coaxed.
