Earthquake

"Like can you imagine, what if I am in danger and I can't defend myself, would a guy weaker than me be able to help me" Larissa said trying to make sense.

"I would have said you should date a body builder then, but knowing what happened the last time I would leave you to your single fate, because I don't see you meeting anyone like that any time soon" Sarah said as she pulled Lucas in "How about a dance" Sarah said to him as she pulled closer to him, to which he just nodded and Larissa shook her head "look at you, you do know that it is the guy to ask for the dance right?" she asked

"Yup, I do, but where's the fun in that" Sarah responded already walking away;

"You guys make sure to have fun, while I would just be over here by myself" she said loudly making Sarah roll her eyes. Larissa poured herself two cups of punch as she began dancing by herself with the cups in both hands when a guy suddenly walked up to her "you don't mind if I change that for you tonight right" he said as he stopped in her front, he had a big build and a killing smile, she looked him up and down and shook her head "Nope" trying to walk away again she heard him "Just for tonight, I won't even get your contact or snap" he said as he spoke louder "Ok, I would try you out on one condition" she said with a smile, seeing this as a glimmer of hope his confident smile returned "So what is it" he asked, "Uhm we look for a spot, like someplace real comfortable" she said teasing him on as his smile only grew wider, all the lewd thoughts in his head began moving in full swing "Once we get there, we would have an arm wrestling match, if you can beat me once out of ten times then I would accept" on hearing the condition his face dropped but he accepted still as she grabbed him and they moved to find a table and a seat to begin.

"I never knew you were this good a dancer" Sarah said as she just finished a spin and landed on his arms.

"Well, I had one or two dance lessons growing up" Lucas responded as he raised her up to eye level, at a kissing distance. As they both danced, they began to garner attention as they looked really good on the dance floor, shadowing every other person. A certain person was seen looking with total rage as he watched this:

"Ouch, Marquis cut it out, you are hurting me" apparently, he had later found a date to go with and was also with her on the dance floor. He first noticed when they walked up to the dance floor and began to lose focus making her call him out a few times. But the moment he saw them grooving really well he begun to seethe with rage and anger that he didn't know when he had squeezed her hand in his palm so tight it began to hurt.

"I am so sorry, I lost focus there a bit" he said as he tried to apologize;

"Look if you are so fixed on her this night why don't you go to her, I am done" she said as she walked away. Looking at the girl walking away, on a normal day she wouldn't try it unless she wanted to be miserable but tonight, he was just going to let it slide because he had other plans on his mind.

After dancing for a while, they both sat on a bench at the back as they panted "thanks for tonight again" he said as he looked at her "well as I said, you asked me first so yeah, I guess you deserved it" she said as she placed her head on his shoulders,

"You said I should use my opportunity wisely, right?" he asked optimistically.

"Yup, as long as not for sex or a relationship then I am good" she responded as she yawned.

"Well, can we go outside" he asked making her pop her head up with interest and a stern look as she looked at him, "wait, wait, wait, before you murder me. I don't want to do anything or make advances; you have drawn your line and I would respect that" he said as he raised his hands up in surrender.

"Then what do you want to do outside by this time" she asked as she dropped the stern expression and relaxed placing her head on his laps this time "you know, if you want to make out, we can just do it here"

"Oh no, I would love that but you know being a social outcast and all, I grew up introverted and I have a thing or two about stars, as I love to come out at night when the skies are clear and I can view them all, and guess what, tonight is clear" he said which make her popped her head with interest and a smile this time "alright then, intrigue me"

They both stood up as they left the hall to look for the best spot to sky view. With his recommendation, they found an open spot with clear grass as he placed his coat on the ground for her to seat. Once they were seated, he placed his hands around her shoulders as he pulled her in while they viewed the stars.

"You know, this isn't so bad" she said with a smile.

"I know right, wait till you can see a shoot star then you would be amazed as well" he replied as he laughed a bit. Watching the sky a bit longer Sarah looked at him and turned his head to face her as she planted a deep kiss on his lips stunning him "what? Why the face, don't tell me you've never been kissed before" she said to which he shook his head slowly while being in a daze making her chuckle "you're cute you know, thanks for today. I never thought I could have fun like this with a guy before" she said as she pulled closer to him.

CLAP CLAP CLAP

A resounding clap was heard destroying the silence as it shook the couple out of daze "Aww that was cute to watch" a voice was heard as the culprit was revealed. Seeing who it was, Sarah got up with anger and walked up to him "Marquis, what is the meaning of this"

PAH

"Shut up bitch, I am still talking" he said as he gave her a resounding slap "don't think I didn't see how you two acted all cute"

"MARQUIS, you slapped me" she shouted in rage "Want me to do it again? Then shut up" he said as he gave her a stare.

"You there Lucas right" he pointed at the boy who was already shaking in his pants "Good job, you can leave now, before I deal with you for your little excessive acts today" he said as the boy scampered off thanking him. His two goons later appeared as they laughed at her confused expression.

"Awwww, don't act too shock, this whole little romantic play was put up by me as I had already asked a wimp like you to ask you out on the very first day of school and putting the others under control so they don't mess up my plan, so yeah it was a setup" he said to her face as the realization struck her. He had suddenly become bold and even asked her to come out and chose the spot. Realizing this an immense feeling of heart break began to well up; "Aww, don't be so heart broken, if only you had said yes then all this wouldn't have happened, and oh if you think that brute of a friend you have is coming don't count on it, cause I have her busy at the moment" he said as he began laughing "So why don't you let me have a go if you don't resist, but if you do, they would too, and trust me, they are seriously packing" he said as he raised her head up to look at her.

BAM

Out of nowhere she kneed him in the nuts with all her strength and spat on him "Never you dog" she said as she began running. "What are you doing you fools, go after her" he said after a while to bring back his goons to their senses.

"Ouch, that hurts, a whole lot, how do they do it" she said as she ran trying to ignore the pain in her knee, she looked back and saw the two goons catching up as she tried to run.

RUMBLE

The earth began to shake as a loud explosion was heard, "what the… an earthquake, but there was nothing of such in the news"

BOOM

Something, hit her back hard as she fell to the ground again giving the goons and Marquis enough time to catch up

"Hahahaha, caught you bitch, no little tremor would stop us from getting you" they said as they held her down.

"Oh, how the mighty have fallen, you should have just taken my first option" he said as he started to tear her gown, she struggled to no avail, as they all focused on doing the deed that they didn't see he changing eye to yellow.

CRACKLE BOOM

On that night, people saw a massive pillar of lightning strike the ground.
