She Radiated

Simione's long copper hair glistened at the heat of the burning sun and she radiated along with it. Even with her already sweating face and slightly burned skin, she was still a sight that could easily take one breath away. 

It only took a minute when her attention caught the chaos and the parade of people going in their direction. The children too noticed it and confused it with something else, a social condemnation perhaps that they had continued receiving from most of the people present in the field. Hence, anxiety and fear overtook the children and they all immediately ran to Simione and hid at her back. Only Daniel remained on his spot but even he was not spared with fear, his hands shook as he saw the crowd but tried to remain calm as he could.
