“Come on now Selene, that’s enough, there’s no need to roughen up the boy anymore; I’m sure he and his team have already learned their lessons,”
Edward, who had mysteriously appeared, said, saving Pale and his group as the water above their head seemed to move towards Selene, the lady with the scar on her face, as she snorted and silently walked off.
“Well, another thing I forgot to mention to all you young mages is that when you finally go on a mission using your rank, there are privileges and rules you have to follow if you want to survive,”
Edward said to the whole Pale team, who were still choking as he was starting a lecture even in their current state.
“But sir, she nearly killed us. Aren’t we fellow students?” Luna questioned.
“You would shut up and never talk ahead of your commanding leader unless I ask you to, Is that clear?” Edward’s head turned towards Luna with a smile on his face as his eyes were closed, just to see how much he was straining them to smile.
