I looked at him and smiled. "Today we are starting a new era. I will be ruling alone. All board members will be dismissed because obviously I don't need your magic since I have my own." I declared causing Alexanders eyes to flicker more specks of gold.
"If you are trying to access my magic it's Impossible. I blocked you." I wiggled my eyebrows at him. Not really knowing If that was the right expression I should be making but it worked for me.
"Now is there any objections." I asked expecting none but Alexanders father had other plans for me. I looked at him and made my eyebrows jump at his raised hand. I probably looked crazy but oh well.
I twirl my finger and pulled. "Now is there any objections?" I asked again as I pointed Arthur's arm I just tore off at everyone. I had his finger pointing at everyone checking twice to make sure no one else wanted to be an example. No one talked or raised their hands even Alexander was mighty quiet and still.
I looked over at Arthur who looked to be turning pale. A God was actually trying to heal him. "Since you want to help so much. Here why don't you give him a hand." I said as I tore off The God's arm "ughhh." The man actually screeched. "And your suppose to help with the pain. Tsk Tsk." I scolded. He obviously sucked at taking away pain if he was in some himself.
Alexander was fighting my magic now. Really fighting it. I looked over to his eyes turning gold. He was trying to hack into my magic. "No you don't." I stated as I was slamming both of us into a pillar out of the garden area. A few pieces of ceiling fell off hitting the floor with a loud click. Stone was gradually falling on the floor.
Alexander was still trying to gain access to my magic how rude. I grabbed him by his shirt and slammed him into the pillar again. It seemed that the pillar was slowly giving out. I grabbed him and slammed him into the pillar one more time causing the ceiling above it to crumble in, the crack on the pillar separated completely and the pillar started to tip over.
I watched as it crashed on the floor alone with part of the ceiling. Alexander took advantage of me being distracted and was pushing me to the ground. I hit the ground with enough force where the tiles were breaking and sliding with us. He used too much magic to get me on the floor. "Let me go." I said as I tried to push him off of me. I was dazed for a second.
He had my hands above my head by the time I got undazed. Did he really think he could subdue me like this. He still couldn't talk but I could tell he was trying to break through. He tried to kiss me but I had other plans. I put magic into the force I used when I headbutted him making him loosen his grip. One more headbutt and he was letting go.
I pushed him off me and jumped up. I was putting magical restraints on him before he could get his bearings in tact. I was definitely not the naive Mazaya he was use to. Logic was on my side and I wouldn't be giving into him today. After making sure he was secure, I threw him against the wall and walked away.
No one would be getting him out of them anytime soon. So he was as harmless as a fly. "Maybe next time you'll be obedient." I yelled out to him as I walked away. I sent out a notice for all royals to be in the Royal ballroom because I had a royal proclamation to announce. They all probably thought it was Alexander.
I wonder have we ever made announcements in the ballroom? I think maybe in the palace ballroom but never the actual counsel ballroom. I prefer the ballroom over the grand hall.
I definitely did not expect the ballroom to be empty when I got there though. This will be fun. I climbed up on the podium and sat cross legged. I would meditate maybe that would save all the Gods who decided to disobey me.
Time passed making me look closer. I looked around the huge ballroom taking in the details. It was made of complete diamond and glass. The floor was made of a crystal glass and the walls were sparkling from all the diamonds on it. It could blind someone who wasn't use to it. The ceiling was made of blue crystal and the chandelier was made of the finest diamonds.
As I appreciated the interior design of this building I slowly released oxygen gas, watching as it slowly filled the room. The walls went up in blue flames instantly. So beautiful. The chandelier looked like a ball of blue fire. As the room heated up more I decided it was time to leave. Too bad everyone felt I was a joke otherwise they could watch this burn too.
A simple location spell had me back in the palace's ballroom. Everyone really came here and not to where I asked them to. The room was packed with royals of all kinds. So much power. Without much thought I was draining everyone. Screams erupted everywhere. I don't get why everyone had to be so dramatic. It's not like I was killing them. .
"Please." Royals were screaming everywhere. "Mazaya stop this now." Chasity screamed at me as tears fell down her face. She looked like the spark was taken out of her. Her eyes were dull and her skin lost the shine it once had.
Alexander walked forward still restraint but it seemed like he was able to talk now. "Mazaya stop this now." He gritted out. All that anger made him look irresponsible. To bad for him I wasn't interested. "I'm just having alittle fun." I dryly stated as I rolled my eyes. He acted like I was killing everyone in the room.
As I walked to the small stage I surveyed the room. Most Gods and Goddesses looked empty and emotionless. There was no color radiating off of anyone. Gods and Goddesses had a glow that made them look far from human. Right now everyone in here looked human or soulless.
All Gods and Goddesses had brown eyes now. They lost their uniqueness it looked like. I didn't expect taking away their power permanently would have such adverse effects on them. Even the color of their hair changed. Some went from purple or blue to a full brown or black. No one looked the same.
"I hope all of you like your new makeovers because it's permanent. I requested everyone to meet me in the ball room and no one was there." I stated dryly. Alexander came up with anger dancing in his eyes. He looked crazed.
"We were all waiting in the ball room for you for hours. You didn't show up." Alexander gritted out. I didn't like his attitude. "Obviously you guys weren't because you all were here." I slowly spoke so he could understand me.
"THIS IS THE BALL ROOM." He yelled louder than I think he has ever before. You could feel the anger coming out of him. "We are in the ball room. This is the only ball room that we've ever had announcements in." He said less hostile. It's like he was reeling in his anger. Trying to control it. Interesting.
I looked around and reality hit me. He was right. "Well it seems I've made a mistake. Since we are all here we can start up." I declared. Getting right down to business. I looked at everyone with a sense of detachment. No one seemed happy. Which was rude. I had pain radiating through everyone's body instantly.
Now they all had a reason to not be happy. Gods we're screaming all around me. "Stop now." Alex demanded. I looked up to him seeming normal. I focused all my energy on him. I watched as the aura coming off of me slowly started to make it's way to him. Every ounce Of power was seeping to him. Ready to consume him. There was no way he could escape the pain and suffering.
