Arena part 2

(Alexander God of Absolute Powers pov)

I definitely did not think it would take over a week to find the arena. When the buff Guy told me to run I think he meant teleport because it was nowhere near the small town. If we could even call it that, It was basically one street and than everything around it was grass.. Without Azeki helping locate it, it was nearly impossible but that was to be expected because by arena they basically meant underground fighting ring.

If it wasn't for all of the obvious contenders we probably would've never found it. "We really are going to fight? When we just had to go through a cave to a underground fighting ring? This has to be illegal." Tod said making me question bringing him. He was a team player when we were in the comfort of our realm.

"Don't worry you don't have to fight. Obviously this was made for me" Aries stated as he was walking back from the sign up section. "Please tell me you didn't sign up without any information." I groaned. I wanted to watch for a bit to see what this was about. What was allowed and what wasn't. "It's fine the Guy said everything is allowed. So we can use all our magic." Aries confidently said causing me to cringe in the inside.

"You shouldn't have signed up without first watching. Someone with the same color outfit as me had Gold power radiating off of him. There is a champion you'll have to fight. I wanted to see the champion in action to make sure we had a fighting chance." I groaned. "I'll just back out." Aries declared as he went to take off the wristband they gave him. "Don't." Zavier rushed out

Once Confirming that Aries wasn't going to take off the wrist band Zavier explained. "You'll die, And you'll get all of us banned from fighting. You can't take that off. We will be stuck here if we get banned. Because even when Meridith rewinds we are still banned." Great this was not good.

"So we can't leave unless one of us win?" I asked feeling more annoyed at Aries. I don't think he's ever went into something without at least a plan or knowing the other opponents. Obviously he is not thinking straight. "No we can't. And also you only get one try. So if you die there's no rematch even if Meridith rewinds. So be smart." Zavier stated making me more angry.

"No one else is allowed to get a wristband without my permission. When is your fight?" I said right as they called Aries name. Fuck what was he thinking. "I'll be fine just watch everything just in case." He said like this wasn't life or death.

The first round went decent. Aries killed his opponent within 5 seconds. This could be fine if all his matches were like this. "See that was easy." He gloated making me feel alittle better. The next five matches were just as easy. After he finished the 6th match though he changed from grey to black. "Fuck yea that was fast." He gloated.

All I could do was close my eyes. "Okay well let's prepare first. I know you are happy about being black but." The announcer had me pausing. 'Our next fighter Aries.' I looked at him with fire in my eyes. "Tell me that was a different fighter." I gritted out. He couldn't be this reckless.

"It's fine. These competitors are easy. I am the God of war they have nothing on me." He confidently said while my anger was turning to pure unadulterated rage. As Aries got in the arena I closed my eyes for a second. I seen that guys magic In town. Fuck what did he do. As I opened up my eyes to watch my stress rage was boiling over. If Aries wasn't able to see others attacks before they happened he would've been lost.

"The guy is obviously more powerful than Aries. How will he get through the next match's?" Chasity cried out with fear. I ignored her because I had no answer and I had to be prepared to fight if all else fails. As the match went on the guy that was attacking started to get tried from all the attacking he was doing. All Aries was doing was defense. He was dodging all of the magic that was coming at him.

As soon as Aries opponent threw some fire at him and missed, Aries attacked and cut his opponents head off ending the fight. As Aries got up to us I could see how fatigued he was. He looked out of energy. Please say he thought this threw. "How many matches did you sign up for?" I gritted out already knowing the answer deep down in my gut.

"Five." He said right when I went to grab him. 'Our next fighter Aries' The announcer yelled forcing me to stand down. "How are they making him fight back to back?" Chasity asked what I was thinking. "The winner goes until they die. There's another arena down the hall I seen it on my way back from getting information from a few people." Zavier said as he walked towards us.

"Why were you getting information from other people without consulting me" I yelled. No one was acting like I made the decisions. Everyone was running around with their heads cut off completely ignoring me. "Because look, Aries is about to die." Zavier said making me pause and look at the fight. Right as Aries went to block the guy he was fighting his opponent conjured up a sword and stabbed him in the heart.
