The majority of the Church knights were never from any Noble families. They were either orphans or children of their most devout followers. Among them, those most talented were chosen to be gifted with the blood of their God's Most beloved Angel, Tamagurd, who also held the Title of Deception. A being capable of changing the very laws of reality with his lies, but depending on the lies he spoke, the backlash would be greater.
Many have noted the debt that comes with using such a broken power.
In the Past, Tamagurd had sent his avatar countless times to the material planes to deal with war countless times. Among these, the last declension was noted around a thousand years ago when the Church of Red Sun and the Truthful Deceit fought for the faith of the Brihma Continent.
