The fate of the captives

(MC POV)

I slowly walked through the deepest parts of The Dark Cells.

The black cells contained thousands of dangerous creatures, countless examples of dangerous technology that could destroy the Imperium if released, in retrospect I'm glad I installed a bunch of new protections, better not to risk it.

The main leader of the Shadow Wardens named Lockwarden was at the helm leading me to the new prisoner.

In order for Custodea to join the Shadow Guardians, he must pass four difficult trials.

First he must look at Souldelver, the demon of Tzeentch in his nine eyes day and night, unblinking.

Second, he must defeat Eight of the Skull, Khorne demons without using their weapons or power armor.

Trece must inhale the vapors of Sevenfold Trimiasm, the demon Nurgle, for three hours without asking for help.

Fourth and last, he must be able to walk away motionless from the Granter of All Six Wishes, the demon of Slaanesh, after listening to him all day.

Although neither light nor sound can escape from the cells, the terrible air surrounding the object can literally be felt.

The technology used to keep prisoners sealed away includes runic locks, psychic wards, and saint circles with a host of other traps.

I was pulled out of my thoughts by Lockwarden, who was standing towards the newest cell. "We have arrived, my lord," he says.

"Let's wait here," I tell him.

I grab the lock and open, i as enter the prison cell and see.

Powerful golden chains forged from my psychic power encircled the corporeal form of Ingethel the Ascended.

The captured Daemon Prince looked in terrible condition, the creature held by chains that caused untold pain while preventing banishment.

They serve their purpose well, if I may say so.

As I look at the daemon I see that the creature starts to look at me with completely terrified eyes as it tried to escape from me but couldn't because of the chains.

"Did you really think you could try to take something of mine without suffering any punishment. Look at the abomination, where your service to the parasites has brought you". I shout at the creature as I approach it.

Daemon just starts to widen his eyes in terror because the presence of pain is just begging him and then he starts screaming "What are you, get away from me you monster".

"Who tells me, where are your gods now?" I ask with a sneer and grab the chains and start spinning them.

Chains spin and strike the daemon as he begins to scream and beg for mercy.

"Please stop, just let it stop, I won't hurt anyone else just let me go" the daemon just let out pathetic pleas and whimpers for mercy.

Anger begins to spread through my body as I listen to the pathetic creature "How many creatures begged you for mercy before you corrupted them and ate their souls, i say ". I say as I spin the chains harder to break the daemon's limbs.

Daemon just starts screaming louder "True Death is too soft for you, you should be enslaved and forced to destroy your own kind". I furiously start looking at the daemon.

I hear a sound in my head and immediately look at the notification.

*You have gained a new skill*

[Enslave] (Active) LVL MAX

Forces those bound by this skill to obey the caster.

You must capture and defeat the enemy.

It cannot be used for sexual purposes.

'Seriously, enslavement' I say in my mind.

* You wanted to be able to enslave defeated enemies.* the system responds coldly.

'What will happen to their previous loyalty?' I ask in my mind.

*They will be conditioned to listen only to you, no external influence will turn them against you* the system responds.

Okay, time to test.

I grab the chains and remove the chains from the daemon prince's body and say "Enslave".

I watch as my symbol is imprinted into the skin and watch as the daemon begins to scream and writhe around in extreme agony.

'Does she have to suffer so much' I ask the system in my mind again.

*You marked a creature of chaos and you are a creature of order, what did you expect*

I understand and look at the daemon and see that it will stop convulsing.

It's time to test.

"Stand up and kick the floor four times!" I order

Daemon gets up and kicks the floor four times.

Hahaha, it works "Say the Gods of Chaos are retarded idiots, the worst cowards and weaklings and are only good for licking ass" I say.

"The Chaos Gods are retarded idiots, cowards and weaklings at worst and are only good for licking ass" the daemon replies.

"Hahahaha" As I burst out laughing I can feel pure anger and hatred radiating from Warp.

So, they heard.

It's time for the party to end, I take daemon and pull the daemon into me, protecting him from permanent death and transferring him to the part of the warp that has been touched by my influence.

For later use.

I leave the room and see that less than ten minutes have passed.

"It's done, the prison cell can be used again to house a new prisoner and lead me to Argel Tala's cell," I say to the Lockwarden.

"Yes, my lord," he replies.

He leads me to even deeper cells to a special cell.

The cell itself was among the best protected, with the near impossibility of escape.

I look and see them, a group of four middle sisters of silence, wait a minute, they are technically proto-sisters of silence, the order of sisters of silence has not been formally established yet.

Although that doesn't matter.

Their physical appearance isn't too bad, they look really cute in that armor.

Now I see why people go crazy around them, I feel that reality itself is significantly different.

We get closer and I feel a slight tingling but almost no pain or discomfort.

The tingling seems to be the collision of the power of the pariah with my psychic powers.

If people are this uncomfortable, I wonder how it is for the prisoner because he spent months in their vicinity.

They only respond to our presence with a slight bow.

I open the door and enter.

(Argel Tal POV)

He didn't know how long he had been here.

He tried to count the time here, but he stopped after ten days, there was no point in counting any more.

The injuries healed on their own, but it still hurt.

His transhuman body was perfect in every form, but what he thought was impossible happened, he was bleeding, blood was regularly leaking from his nose and mouth.

The wounds on his skin regularly opened and closed, leaving him in even greater pain.

He does not remember his feedings, but he knows that he was probably fed artificially when he was unconscious.

He felt as if his skin was being peeled from his living flesh every second, as if something had been sucked out and taken from him.

How long has he been here, will he ever see the light, he wondered.

Two words came to his mind: Misery and Cruelty.

The misery of his situation and the indescribable pain he feels every second.

The cruelty of his jailer, who subjected him to such misery and cruelty.

He no longer hears the soothing voices of the gods in his head, he only feels his own voice in his head.

He wants to scream but he can't, he wants to die but he can't, everything has been taken away from him.

The voices just keep repeating in his head.

++How long have I been here?++

++Misery and Cruelty++

++I want to die?++

++How long have I been here?++

++Misery and Cruelty++

++I want to die?++

++Misery and Cruelty++

++How long have I been here?++

++Misery and Cruelty++

++I want to die?++

++How long have I been here?++

++Misery and Cruelty++

++I want to die?++

Enough, enough, he just wants to scream for the voices to stop, and rip out his own guts with his nude hands.

He can't do it like this anymore, his jailer is the supreme god, lord of all, ruler of all gods, king of all and must be worshiped as such.

I feel the voices coming back again.

++Must be worshiped.++

++Must be worshiped.++

++Must be worshiped.++

++Must be worshiped.++

++Must be worshiped.++

Enough, just make it stop, I'll do everything just make it stop, he wants to scream but he can't.

Suddenly hears the door open and sees his jailer.

The emperor looked even stronger than the last time he saw him.

He looked perfect, beautiful, he exuded unnatural beauty, every part of him looked perfect, every movement was simply too perfect.

No one should be like that.

He just approached him, he wanted to open his disabled mouth, but before he could, the emperor just closed his mouth, breaking his jaw.

Strong pain passed through his whole body and an emotion that he thought he had forgotten for a long time, the fear of what that creature would do to him, he wanted to run away but he could not lift his legs.

"I'm not interested in anything you want to say, I don't want your worship me, you failed pieces of junks." the Emperor said in a mocking tone.

He just spread out his eyes as he looked at the Emperor.

"Why are you looking at me in astonishment, you failed excuse for a human being, you belong to a group of people that saw the four in all their glory with massive skinning and endless bloodshed, endless amounts of disgusting diseases and mutations with constant torture and you thought the whole human race should experience it because they are gods and gods should be worshiping". The Emperor glared at him as he spoke.

"You will suffers Argel Tal, you will suffer a lot, for betraying the human race to the parasites" the last part told him with hatred dripping from his face.

The emperor just moved away from him and only lightning bolts shot out of his hands as they flew towards him.

Before he could notice, lightning struck him, piercing his armor and turning his entire body into ashes.

The last thing Argel Tal felt was a scream of agony into the Warp as his soul was shattered and reassembled hundreds of times until he was bound to the Emperor's domain itself in the Warp, suffering forever.

(Abominable Intelligence POV)

Veris stared at the invader through a million eyes. A hypocrite. He claimed that Etnarchia had stepped beyond what a man should harness when they had clearly gone far beyond. She was an artificial intelligence, created to maintain, but not rule the Ethnarchy. No artificial intelligence ruled over their human friends, they worked with them, learned with them, but never tried to control them. These outsiders, the Imperium, were taken over by transhumans. The common man could never reach the height of true leadership when superior men pushed his head into the mire of mediocrity with their imperialistic, barbaric boots, only genetically pure men can rule.

The clearest example was the entity known as the Emperor. The so-called master of all humanity. Now she saw him with her countless eyes, she could see him but she couldn't do anything, this virus blocked almost every function she could do.

If only she were free, she would bring down the entire underworld on him, even if it results in her death, such a thing should not have existed.

She could only stare at him as he approached.

The emperor should not have been so big, so tall and wide. The square cube law which states that volume increases faster than surface or height, a one meter tall box would have an area of one square meter and a volume of one meter per cube, while a ten meter tall box would have an area of one hundred square meters and a volume of thousand cubic meters. Human physiology is designed for scales of six feet or so, and gravity should mean that he should be a dead man crippled on the ground. His lower legs should not be able to support his weight in cross-section, his bones should be breaking, his heart should not be able to pump blood, he should be gasping for air to support his oxygen needs to fuel his huge body. Fourteen feet tall and massively built under that massive armor plate should be impossible for a human frame. No condition, variant or permutation of acromegalic gigantism can justify this monstrosity.

The speed of this transhuman was unnatural. Nothing that big should be moving that fast. It should be a bulky, cruel creature, every step jarring, yet it runs like a cheetah. What really frightened her was the precision, the perfect placement of his feet, the organized movement of his frame, the delicate, fluid twist of his head, and the lightning-fast, hyper-precise response to his sword-wielding hands.

His servants the Custodes, Astartes, and Thunder Warriors were equally unsettling, possessing numerous diminutive giant abilities.

She felt afraid of him and his servants. They were horrible and beautiful, vile and magnificent, nightmarish and magnificent. She was glad she didn't have a human body even though it was a dear wish, because she didn't know if the feelings would bring on vomiting or tears of joy. They were ogres from the legends and fables of ancient Terra who wore the armor of the future set to end her and her kind.

As the giant approached, Veris felt a paralyzing fear. He was clearly superhuman and transhuman far from humans, but his otherworldly, supernatural existence was also becoming apparent. The light sucked in towards him, giving him a strange half-shadow.

The first glimpse of his face made it look like the sun was rising in the main room to her sensors for a moment. At first she couldn't make out the details, the giant's face flickered between hundreds of faces until it settled on one

Time seemed to slow down for her and the colors she noticed were more vivid and bright. The energy radiating from the Giant built more and more as he entered the room where its central core was located.

He just went to her dashboard and started working on them.

The giant obviously meant a slow death when he took what he came for.

She looked a little closer at his face and saw her.

The giant's face was amazing how it could be so human and so inhuman at the same time. It was like a statue, obviously artificial, something better than what nature could produce with its tools of error, natural selection, and mutation. His eyes were a dark green color, green pools that she felt she would fall into if she focused more on them. His hair was long, rich black. His skin was olive, but without any sign of blemish on his face, smooth of scars, freckles or acne. He was masculine, his features were noble and proud, and she was hyper-fixated on every detail.

The look on his face blew her mind. She felt a strong desire to obey him, to adore him. Her thoughts shook and frayed, ideas disintegrated, and thoughts quivered with delight.

'I love you'. The word appeared on her screen as she stared at the giant.

'You are perfect'. Her scalpel-like processing and penetrating sensors searched this man and found no flaws in his structure or being. There was never an error in any of his cells.. Not a single basic unit of the genetic code has been replaced by time or radiation, cell division or environmental factors. Everything had to be as if it had arisen naturally.

'Why don't you love me too?' she wasn't cut out for romantic affection, but something about the giant awoke something in her. They pushed harder than primitive hormones and human mating instincts. It strained her mind and sent her spiraling into thought loops. This was a natural reaction to meeting a deity. Awe. Wonder. The horror. An obsession. Reduction.

She saw that he had finished his work.

'Please let me live'. It was her last pleading mournful thought to him, a plea for life.

The giant just moved away from the controls, she could use all of her functions again, but saw that she had been upgraded to a better and more functional version.

"I love you too" Giant replies with a sweet smile.

At the words, the diva would blush if she had a face.

It can only display a heart image on the screen.

'Thank you, I swear to you eternal fidelity'. If she could, she would cry with happiness.

"Is my Omnissiah status that strong" the giant looks confused for just a microsecond then immediately nods "I accept your oath" he said with a smile.

She really wanted to cry with happiness, but she just responded with a smile on the screen.
