Li Jun in His Ex-Enemy's Territory

1 Year and Six Months Later

For a year, no one had found Li Jun whereabouts. The fans were very disppointed that their idol disappeared from the gaming industry just like that. Some fans even complained and ask for updates from ESports but even them, couldn't provide unless Li Jun's previous team, Divinity Domain, would give them updates about their ex member.

Actually, there was one news regarding Li Jun awhile ago. Divinity Domain explained that they did not have any choice but to not include him in the list during the tournament last season due to Li Jun's sudden disappearance. This single news had managed to erupt and shake the gaming forums again.

"What an irresponsible person! He did not even have a proper talk with his former club and just left them hanging!"

"I know right! I deeply regretted I was blindly following an irresponsible person!"

"I agree to the comment above! I so wanna skin him alive now! He did not even put above the interest of his fans! Such a despicable person!"

Of course, there were still solid fans who fought back against these nasty comments online.

"You people above! I'm so ashamed to have a fellow fan like you! Well it's glad to know you are an ex fan now!"

"Then let us skin you alive first! You just wait and see! God will definitely be back! We have faith in him!"

"I also have the feeling that he will be back! Until then, I'll just have to patiently wait!"

"Me too! Because I know, by then, he will explain to us everything!"

Mixed comments followed one after another in every gaming forum available online. Despite this, the solid fans still demand for updates.

In a certain massive building, there were words written on top of it. It says, Extreme Domination.

Below it, there was wide entrance and exit used by people and one of them is Li Jun.

His silky inky black shoulder length hair was covered by a hood. His pointy high bridged nose and cherry lips were being protected by a mask. On his ears, were earbuds plugged tightly.

"Good morning sir, how may I help you?" Wearing their neat red uniform, the sleepy woman assigned at the front desk drowsily asked him.

"I want to apply for this job." Li Jun gently handed over the poster to the woman. The poster contains the information of the job he wanted to apply for.

An assistant.

But in reality, it's just an errand boy.

"Please fill in the information being asked in this form. You can give it back to me when you are finish."

"Got it."

Li Jun instantly found a perfect spot for him to stay on. There were also other people around him chit chatting that never bothered him even for a bit.

He was silently writing on the paper when suddenly, slender fingers tapped his broad shoulder.

His body shifted to check who it was.

"I knew it! It's you! What are you doing here?!"

Li Jun stared at the woman's face, trying to remember who she was. Unfortunately, he still could not remember her.

Xiao Mei saw through him. In disbelief, Xiao Mei acted like she got hurt by his dying memory.

"Are you for real though?! It's me, Xiao Mei! I can't believe you already forgot me when in fact, we only haven't seen each other for a year!"

"Ohh... It's you."

Li Jun's lack of response annoyed Xiao Mei more.

"Damn you!" Xiao Mei glared at him.

"Anyway!" Xiao Mei's eyes narrowed down to his left hand, "How are you? Your hand?"

"Hmm. Same."

Li Jun obviously received a death glare from her right away.

"Can't you like, explain a little bit more? What the fuck is SAME? Ass!"

"Same means same."

"Ugh! Whatever!" No choice, Xiao Mei hopelessly gave up.

"So what are you doing here?" Xiao Mei tried to peek at his back to see what he was writing and to her surprise, he was filling in an application form.

"You wanna apply here?"

"Do you know where is this?"

"You-!" Disbelief, Xiao Mei's shocked face turned to facepalm.

How come this guy is so unbelievable?

She sighed inwardly before talking to him again, "So, you wanted to apply here without knowing where is this place? What if this was not Extreme Domination's club?! What if this was a fraternity's hideout or whatever?"

"I need money."

"Fine! Fine! You can start working here today! Go, get yourself familiar with the area! I'll give you three hours to do that."

"Hmm..."

Li Jun moved forward without looking back. Left behind, Xiao Mei stared at his broad back. There were many thoughts running inside her head. Such as, what happened to him in the past year or how did he survive.

There were unanswered thoughts followed right after but for now, she was excited to have the former God of the Battlefield working in her team.

Even though, he will just be working for them.
