Chapter 2 The girl who won't leave me alone

Cami P.O.V

I was out in the courtyard waiting for my boyfriend's class to end since I didn't have my next class at 4:30. "HI, cami" I hear a voice that sounds so chilling but bubbly at the same time. I open my eyes to see bright pink ones. "H-Hi'' I stuttered out, her face was way too close to mine to feel comfortable. I watched as she backed up, "I'm sorry, I was too close" She gave me a warm smile that felt chilling. "It's fine" I sat up as I watched the girl sit down next to me. "So I heard you got a boyfriend, What was his name again?" She looked up, placing her finger on her chin. "Noya, his name is Noya," I told her. I watched as her eyes lit up "Yeah! That's it" She smiled brightly. "Hey, can i ask you something..?" I fumbled when I remembering her name. "Suki" her voice cold as she stared right at me. Her eyes looked so cold. "S-suki why did you say we were best friends?" I looked at her and it looked like she was drained "Can we not be?" She tilted her head as she talked. "Well, we can be friends first" I watched as the color came back to her eyes. "Can i ask you some questions?" She grinned at me. "Sure" I nodded, leaning against the bench. "How tall is your boyfriend?", "He is 6'0", "Mmm, How is his family?"

"Why do you need to know that?" I looked at her, she smiled innocently at me. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have asked that" She looked away. "His parents died a few years ago, I don't know about anything else" I told her. "Oh I'm sorry, what about you? How is your family?"

"I'm an only child, My mom and Dad are working so I'm always by myself" I hummed, "What about you?" I looked at her, Her cheeks turning a light pink. "My parents died in a car crash, so it was just me and my sister" She looked sad I think i couldn't tell. Her face was blank, kinda. "But that does not matter right now" Her smile came back in seconds. "What's your favorite color?" She asked me like she didn't just say her parents died. "Blue"

"What an Ugly color"

"what's ugly about Blue?" I asked, kinda rudely. "It's the color of sadness" She turned to me "Do you like the color of sadness?"

"Yes, I do," I told her, my voice had a small shake. "Okay!" She smiled once more. She got up as a girl with blonde hair and glasses walked over to her. Her eyes were two different colors. "Oh. hello, I'm glad you made friends with Suki" She gave me a soft smile. "Yeah, you don't look familiar" I looked at the girl " That's because she is new here like me" Suki laughed happily. "My name is Ta," She said as she waved goodbye to me taking Suki with her. "They're weird"
