Prologue
The day started off how it normally would for me, I mean as normal as it is. I'm from Konoha also know as the hidden leaf village but I've been in Suna the hidden sand village for a year now. I don't want to be here I rather be at home in the leaf but I have to be here since my parents put me in an arrange marriage with the Kazekages youngest son. His name is Gaara he has red hair, fair skin, Seafoam green eyes.
Anyways it was time for me to leave the sand village and go back to the leaf which I was happy about because it so hot here compared to the leaf, over the year I had to get close with Gaara and his siblings. I didn't really make any friends since I didn't want to so it was going to be easy to leave this place.
I finished packing my bag and walked out the door, I put my backpack on as I left my flat for the last time. I was walking to the gate and saw that there was a sand ninja along with Gaara and his siblings. The look that was on his face said that he didn't want to be here and that he was forced to.
When I reached the gate I said my goodbyes and thank you, when I left the sand ninja followed me since he was my escort home. I wanted to go by myself but the Kazekage said I need someone with me.
To be fair I didn't like the Kazekage with the way he treats Gaara like his a weapon just because of the one tails.
I wonder what would of happened if he found out I had the ten tails, I never told anyone in the sand about that.

I had reached the leaf village within a few days, it's been a few hours since I got home and that Sand ninja left. Although he's staying the night since it was already dark and there was no point in traveling.
I heard my door open, I looked over and saw my mom and dad walking in.
"Goodnight dear" Mom told me as she kissed my forehead
"We love you sweat dreams"Dad told me as he did the same
I smiled at them
"Goodnight I love you both" I told them as my eyes become heavy and sleep took over.

I was woken up by screams and the smell of fire, I jumped out of bed and saw that some houses in my clans compound were burning. I went to go to my door but it was slammed opened by my mother and father.
"Y/n you need to leave right now" mom told me in a frantic voice
"What's going on" I asked as my voice shook
"There no time to explain okay but you need to run" dad said as he grab my bag and threw some clothes and badges in
He handed me my Kunai pouch that had been filled with kunai, he wrapped the bandage around my left thigh and then grabbed the kunai pouch out of my hands and put it on.
"Please tell me what's going on" I asked as my voice cracked
"There no time" mom said as she grab my bag then my hand and started running through the hallways and down the stairs
She ran out the doors onto the porch, I saw the sand ninja from earlier there waiting.
"Take her back to the Sand village" mom told him as her voice become shaky and as she put the bag on my back
I looked at her and saw tears forming in her eyes I looked at my dad and saw he had tears to.
"Tell me what going on" I cried out
"Where sorry honey just know we love you no matter what" She told me
I stared at her tears building up in my eyes, then her and dad hugged me and they both started to lightly cry.
"Before you go I want to give you this" Mom said
She took off her neckless which was a pendant that I got her, it had a picture of me,dad and mom smiling infornt of the house when I was 6.
She walked over to me and moved my H/c hair and put it on around my neck.
"I can't take this" I told her
"Yes you can that way me and your father are always with you" She told me with a said smile
"Now go" they both said
They pushed me to the sand ninja, he then grabbed me and put me on his back and started running.
I looked over my shoulder and saw my parents looking at me, I saw a person behind them but they didn't.
"Mom dad behind you" I screamed
But I was to late, I saw a katana go through both of there chest. Blood ran down they mouths, as the blood stain their clothes. They fell to there knees but still had the strength to look at me they had tears running down there faces. They mouthed the words I love you before they both fall to the ground.
My eyes widen with horror, tears spilled out as my body shook. As we ran threw the village the screams of the people filled my ears. I buried my head into the sand ninja back not daring to look up and seeing more people being killed then I already had.
I was only 8 and I had already seen more death then I should of.

It's been two mouths since that horrible night I didn't eat or leave my room for a week. I decided that tonight I was going to leave the sand village and go back to the leaf. Even though my clan is gone I want to be were i grew up.
I grabbed my bag and walked out my door, i ran to the railing and jumped off onto a roof. I then went roof to roof until I got to the gate, I made sure the guards were gone before I left the village.

I have been running for the last two days straight with out stopping my feet were sore and my legs felt like jelly and were going to give out any minute.
I saw the gates to the leaf which caused me to keep going, when I reached them I walked in it was easy since the two gate guards were no where in sight. I walked through the village to the Hokage building, once I reached it I walked up the many flight of stairs. When I got to the old mans office I knocked and waited for him to tell me to come in, once I got the okay I walked in.
I could see the look of shock on his face
"What are you doing here Y/n" he asked
"I decided to come back to the village and don't even think about sending me back to the sand" I told him
He sighed and rubbed his temples
"Even if I did you would still find a way back" He told me
I nodded
"Alright fine you can stay here" He said as he sighed
I had a small smile on my face
"I'll pay for your flat but you have to become a ninja to pay for it"
"I know I was planning on becoming one anyway" I told him with a cheek smile
"Alright here's your keys"
After a few more minutes he told me to leave so I left to find my flat and start the new chapter in my life.
