Chapter 118: GABRIEL

We both stopped moving; I think I even stopped breathing for a second or more, waiting for her reaction. I sucked in my breath and waited for her to pull away, to say something that would bring me back from the edge I was headed for because I knew I couldn’t do it on my own.
