Ophis stared at me in silence for a little bit "...".

I myself responded with silence as well as I stared at the Dragon God of Infinity "...".

Ophis then stepped through the hole I made between dimensions to see who was spying on me and then walked up to me and inspected me closely as if trying to figure something out.

*What is she doing?* Ophis then took a couple of sniffs which made sweatdropped *did she just try to smell me?*.

Astraea giggled within my soul [it seems like she's trying to figure you out Rean but since I'm cloaking you, the Pokémon and the girls she must not be able to sense you, which must have made her very curious about you.]

Excalibur hummed from within my soul as well *I'm sure her instincts are all over the place and must feel threatened but that might have made her even more curious about you master*.

Ophis then looked up at me and deadpanned "what are you?".

I raised an eyebrow and decided to reflect her question with the same one she just gave me "what are you?".

Ophis stared at me for a few seconds in silence "... I'm Ophis...".

I nodded at her "and I'm Rean".

She looked at me with that deadpan of hers but she had this sort of confused glow in her eyes which almost made me laugh a bit, she then seemed to have decided to try something else "you've gotten stronger in one day... way stronger... how?".

I tilted my head and hummed "you can tell huh?".

Ophis nodded "...my instincts are screaming at me to run away from you".

"And why don't you?".

She looked down and seemed to think about my question for a good six seconds before she looked up to me to answer my question "... I'm curious...".

"Is that why you have been spying on me?".

Ophis nodded and I sighed "since when?".

Ophis blinked andthen responded to my question "since you defeated Cao Cao...".

*I see so she's been more or less aware of me since then, perhaps even before that*.

[Probably, you weren't powerful enough to sense her spying on you from whenever she was but she might be the reason why the Hero Faction attacked Kyoto ahead of schedule.]

I looked at Ophis and decided to confirm what Astraea just told me "did you send the Hero Faction to attack Kyoto?".

Ophis nodded and I narrowed my eyes at her which made her involuntary flinch but she didn't even seemed to have not noticed that she did that "why?".

Ophis looked down and seemed rather submissive which kinda surprised me a bit and made me wonder why.

[Must be her instincts acting up, you're by far more powerful than her Rean and also have way more Domains.

Up until now the only other Dragon God she had ever had contact with is Great Red and he's her equal in power and Domains, this is the first time since she came to be that she's before someone way stronger than her so her instincts are making her subconsciously submissive to the point that she hasn't noticed it herself.]

Ophis looked up at me "... I sensed a great power somewhere in Japan but... it disappeared before I could pint point its location... so I ordered Cao Cao and his Faction to attack Kyoto in hopes to draw it out... it worked...".

*She sensed me?... it must have been that time when you forgot to cloak me when I came back from the Konosuba world Astraea*.

[Yes that seems to be the case... I'm sorry Rean it seems like my blunder caught the attention of someone quite troublesome.]

*Its fine, I'm not afraid of her or anyone for that matter, not anymore I'm past that now and besides I can't really be mad at you or her, it's because of her actions that I met Yasaka and my daughter*.

I could sense Astraea smiling at me from within my soul while I stared at Ophis, I already knew why she was looking for me but I might as well confirm it "then why exactly were you looking for me?".

Ophis blinked and seemed a bit confused which made me sweatdropped, Excalibur suddenly giggled *she seems to have forgotten why she was spying at you to begin with fufufu that's funny*.

I sighed but suddenly Ophis seemed to come into a realization "... can you kick Great Red off of my home?".

*And there it is... looks like she remembered* "Great Red? why? I have no issues with the Dragon God of Dreams".

Ophis looked down "...what would you want in exchange of doing this?...".

I hummed a bit but then shook my head "I don't need anything, I have a home, family, money and power so there's nothing you can offer me that would interest me".

Ophis frowned and looked down, she seemed rather sad but it seems like she understood that I had no reason to go and fight Great Red.

Great Red is a very mellow Dragon God and the dude is quite happy just doing his thing in the Dimensional Gap, he's not hurting anyone besides Ophis who doesn't like the noise he makes so i haveno reason to go kick him out.

Though I couldn't help myself and I patted her head to try and cheer her up a bit, the fact that I could tell she was sad is a big sign of how upset she was.

To my surprise Ophis closed her eyes and seemed to enjoy my headpatting so I just continued for a little bit.

After a while I stopped and she then looked up and stared at me in silence for a little while, which made me raise an eyebrow "aren't you going to leave? I already said I wasn't going to attack Great Red for you".

Ophis blinked and then shook her head "... still curious... I want to keep a closer eye on you".

I sighed because even though I could probably scare her off I didn't want to do that, she hasn't done anything to me and her little ploy to draw me out by attacking Kyoto was made before I even met Yasaka and Kunou so I really couldn't be mad at her.

So I just sighed and nodded at her.

This is how Ophis became a sort of extra family member of the house since she would quietly follow me everywhere and intently watch me.

The girls found this amusing and found Ophis herself to be very to be very cute, Ryuu had said that she sort of looked like a pet snake of sorts so everyone easily accept her presence.

Even the Pokémon didn't mind her and she would often spend time with Rayquaza or Serperior which I found amusing since all three seemed to like to lay out in the backyard and enjoy the sun.

Especially since she would lay on top of Rayquaza's head and just nap up there, it also helped that since our backyard yard was heavily warded there wasn't a lot of noise going through there so she must've felt rather comfortable.

Though she stays away from the Fairy Type Pokemon, I asked her why and she told me because her instincts made her get away from them for some reason it seems like she doesn't understand or know why.

Yasaka and Serafall were surprised at first of the fact that Ophis was now living with us but they quickly got over it.

They do live and are dating a Dragon God after all, so this was just another weekend in our crazy but fun family to them.

A week passed by as the girls, the Pokémon and I came back to our home world and began to re adapt to our everyday lives in our world, returning to school after months of adventuring and just doing whatever I wanted was a bit jarring but also a welcome change.

My adventures in Danmachi had left me a bit tired with dealing with nonsense and crazy arrogant Gods and people so studying, hanging out with classmates and even doing homework was somewhat of a relaxing change to my everyday life.

Though I did cheat a bit by having a Shadow Clone do my homework and studying something Yunyun and Asia also did finding it a good way to free up some time.

Asia went back to taking care of the battle Pokémon with me and Kunou at home, feeding them, grooming them and even playing with them was the usual norm with us though she did often helped the Xenos take care of the Farm Pokémon as well.

Yunyun went back to hanging out with our classmates especially Murayama, Katase and Aika, they would often drag Yunyun and Asia into hanging out with them, the Kendo Club or just talk amongst each other.

However Aika being her usual perverted self would tell or ask Yunyun and Asia some very raunchy questions or stories, the funny thing about all of that is that both Yunyun and Asia were very used to things like these already thanks to Serafall and Yasaka.

So they would often leave Aika speechless with some of the things they had done with me and the rest of the girls which was rather impressive, not many can boast of having had left the super pervert Aika in shock.

Wiz, Sakuya, Ryuu and I had been trying our new Pokémon theme sweets since we had come back and they have become very popular in Kuoh! snack and pastries in the shapes of cute and popular Pokémon were a hit amongst kids and girls.

Like the Jigglypuff strawberry and milk flan, the Pikachu jelly filled donuts, the Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur cookies and much more!.

We even began to sell food other than sweets in the shop like the Spicy Moltres Chicken sandwich or the Articuno bubblegum ice cream, even the sour Zapdos yellow curry was very popular.

Of course we also began to sell even more types of Berry Ice Cream and Milkshakes which became very well liked because of their unique and colorful flavors.

Even the super spicy Tomato Berry shake became popular much to my surprise, only Tione and Tiona drank that milkshake and not feel affected by the spiciness but here in Kuoh there's seems to be quite a few brave and crazy souls.

I was so impressed by this that I began to offer a special deal, finish a whole Jumbo Tomato Milkshake and you get a special edition Pokémon Plushy with two set of swappable outfits.

Many girls and kids have tried the challenge but not one had come even close to finishing one yet, which is good because I only had like five of those Plushies with swappable outfits.

These five Plushies were of course Gardevoir Plushies with a Moon Festival maid outfit and a Ballroom queen outfit, it embarrassed my Gardevoir to see her Plushie dressed in those outfits but everyone wanted one.

I already had a clone working with Rayne the Archene in my Pokéhome to make more Plushies like these of different Pokémon as prizes so Wiz, Ryuu and Sakuya were quite busy tending the shop.

In fact they get so busy that we often have some of the Xeno help.

Ray, Fear, Marie and Laura often worked in the shop after taking care of the farm Pokémon to help, at first I was a bit worried that we might be overworking the Xenos but they seemed so excited and happy working at the shop that I couldn't help but feel relieved.

It also seems like interacting with humans who saw them as girls wearing cosplay costumes made them very happy, it says something about the people of Kuoh of the fact that they don't even bat an eye at Marie the Mermaid and Laura the Lamia.

So Wiz shop got four new maids working there and the have become quite popular because of that.

Yasaka was often busy in Kyoto but that's because she was working on a new big project, she has been planning the construction of two Temples/Towers for Lugia and Ho-oh.

It seems she was inspired of what I had told her about the myths of the Johto Region and decided to do this for the two Legendary Pokémon.

She talked to both of them and they agree to roost

and grant their blessing to Kyoto from the towers, it was a big and expensive project since one tower will be built out of silver while the other out of gold.

Lucky for her those two precious minerals can be easily found as drops in the lower chambers of the Goblin Instant Dungeon and especially from the Goblin King Boss at the lower chamber of the Instant Dungeon.

So she had Artemis, Tione, and Tiona often grind enormous amounts of Gold and Silver in the Instant Dungeon something that was very beneficial for them since the monsters there have gotten stronger after I had evolve into a Dragon God.

This in turn also upped the Experience Points, Money and Loot you could get from them, in fact all of the monsters in my Instant Dungeon have grown stronger and far more formidable which was a real blessing because we all can grind and have a challenge by going through them the Instant Dungeons.

We're planning of doing so every weekend together in order to continue to grow stronger.

Besides Dungeon Diving Artemis, Tione and Tiona also did Bounty Hunting jobs for Yasaka and Serafall so they often left for other parts of the world to hunt Stray Devils, Stray Exorcist, Feral vampires and Werewolves and so on and on.

The three were often very happy to do this since the seem to be having a ton of fun with all of this especially since they can use Teleport to get to anywhere they need to quickly and come back right away as well.

Serafall went back to work but as promised she was far more relaxed with it, she found out that many of the people working for her were more that happy to take more responsibilities from her.

They have seen how much work Serafall puts into her position of the Maou of Foreign affairs so they were more than happy to help their boss take it easy, her one and only Peerage member, her Queen Behemoth was also very happy for her as well.

Now she gets home early and spends more time with everyone, she even gets on a maid uniform and helps in Wiz's shop once in a while, she's very popular since she acts like the Mahou Shojo she is making her cute and adorable to men and women a like.

The Pokémon have gone back to roaming the streets of Kuoh and Kyoto and even though there are far more of them than before nothing really changed for the people living in both Kuoh and Kyoto.

In fact they were so used to the Pokémon by now that they didn't bat an eye when they find a Pokémon walking around town like the Eeveelutions, or find one sleeping on somewhere like Snorlax, Nidoking or Tyranitar.

The Pokémon can be also found often enough playing with the children in both Kyoto and Kuoh which was alway very cute to see.

Especially when the big and supposedly scary Pokémon could be often seen playing hide and seek or tag with the kids, it certainly was was sight to see Pokémon like Charizard, Blastoise, Venusaur, Feraligatr and even Mewtwo playing with the with them.

Needless to say that the Pokémon had become very popular in both places, of course there has been instances of some people trying to annoy or even try to lead the Pokemon some place to capture them.

But after Tyrantrum, Scizor and Cofagrigus went on a rampage and killed many people who tried to capture them many learned not to mess with the Pokémon especially since they saw what one attack from them can really do.

Of course Kunou who is never too far away from her Pokémon friends spends her time studying, playing with the Pokémon or visiting her grandma and grampa often.

Now that she was far more powerful than anything in the DxD world I and Yasaka felt that she could now safely roam around without the worry of her being attacked or kidnapped because she's Yasaka's daughter.

Which was one of the reasons the Pokémon and I made sure to train Kunou a lot during our vacation in Danmachi, it was for both our peace of mind and so Kunou could have more freedom in her life, it also helped that the Pokémon always protects her some way or the other especially Yuki who is always with her.

Of course the Pokémon continued to treat Kuoh Academy as their turf which aggravated Sona a whole lot but having Pokémon like Groudon or Dialga taking a nap on campus grounds sure did make her think twice about complaining out loud.

The situation was made worse because the teens who go to Kuoh academy treated the Pokémon like stray cats or mascots all the time, feeding them food from their lunches or giving them affection in the form of headpats or chin scratches.

The Pokémon themselves roamed the school like they own the place and many would just go inside a random classroom jump on a desk or sit on the floor and then hang in there to listen to the lesson.

It was funny to see Gardevoir helping some kids answer some algebra questions, Liligant pay attention to history class, or even Latias helping the students with their biology assignments.

The Pokémon motivated the students and made the classes more fun so the teachers didn't mind them hanging around during their classes in fact they welcomed them.

In PE the kids would often compete with Pokémon like Lucario and Greninja for fun, everywhere you look in Kuoh, Kyoto and Kuoh Academy you could find Pokémon doing something or spending time with the people and children.

Like Dhelpox walking around the Inari Shrine in Kyoto and helping with the cleaning or Articuno or Moltres roosting on a roof or electric pole among the smaller pigeons and crows, in rivers and water fountains it was a common sight to see Milotic or Lapras enjoying the cool water.

The Grass Type Pokémon would often go around and help the flowers and plants in parks and backyards making sure that all greenery was often beautiful and healthy.

The nocturnal Pokémon lik Gengar, Chandelure, Darkrai and Mismagius would roam the streets at night and pray pranks or punish the delinquents or criminals in both Kuoh and Kyoto keeping the peace something the Police force was very thankful for.

Over all the Pokémon were now a very important part of Kuoh, Kyoto and Kuoh Academy and everyone cared and loved them very much and that made me very happy.

Today however Rika, Yunyun, Asia and I along the Eeveelutions were walking toward Wiz's sweet shop, the Kendo Club was following us to the shop since it had become their preferred hanging spot after practice.

So we all decided to go together and have a treat since all of them trained really hard today, especially Katase and Muramaya, there's going to be tournament soon and they all wanted to prepare for it.

Which is why both Katasa and Murayama were pulling on my arms right now while whining nonestop "come on Rean! train us!".

Katase was literally hanging from my arm as she begged while Murayama shook my other arm "please Rean! if you were to become our sensei and teach us I'm sure that the tournament would be a breeze!".

I was deadpanning as I walked which must have looked very funny to Yunyun and Asia because both of them were giggleling quite a lot, Rika just grinned in amusement "guys... I really can't, there's a lot of things all of us are very busy with so we don't have a lot of free time plus the sweet shop has gotten very busy as of late so Wiz does need help and I'm the only one who can bake and knows all the recipes besides Wiz".

Katase and Murayama whined and complained even more which made my eyebrow twitch, I would help them but we really are busy right, there's a lot of things I have to work on and projects that I want to start.

One of those projects is creating a portal to connect this world with Danmachi and I decided that I was going to create it using a mix of magic, technology and divinity so no one else can ever imitate it.

For that reason I bought a few new skills that I'm grinding at the moment skills like Engineering and Programming, I even made plans to summon a few Porygons and Rotom to help me with this whenever I get some Common Pokémon Tokens.

But I couldn't really explain this to Katase and Murayama so I had to be vague about my reasons to not teach them which in turned spurn them to try harder.

Eventually we reached the shop and I was very happy because this meant that the Kendo girls will be to busy eating sweets distracting them from asking me to train the team.

But it seems that today fate was out to get me because sitting on the bar if the sweet shop and eating a big ass order of Snorlax theme pancakes 'which mean the pancakes were big and fat' was Sirzechs Lucifer along his sister and her Peerage who were nervously eating besides him.

Well except Koneko who was devouring her order of Pikachu jelly filled donuts like there was no tomorrow.

Sirzechs suddenly turned towards the entrance and saw me standing there's and staring at him and the bastard actually waved at me with a big goofy smile on his face "Rean! your late! I've been waiting here for you for a while now!".

I raised an eyebrow and watched as Rias, Kiba and Akeno nervously smiled at me, it seems like they were dragged here by Sirzechs Issei was too busy staring at the maids and as long as he doesn't say or does anything stupid he's welcome to do so.

Koneko was too busy eating to even care what was going around her, Ray, Fear, Marie and Laura were too busy tending to customers to notice who it is they had sitting in the bar but Sakuya and Ryuu know and are intently staring at Sirzechs and the other devils waiting to see if anyone would do something foolish.

I sighed and walked up to Sirzechs while Rika, Asia and Yunyun led the Kendo girls into a big table in the corner of the sweet shop but I could tell they were also keeping an eye of Sirzechs and the other devils.

Once I approached Sirzechs I just huffed at him and stared at him in the eyes "what are you doing here Lucifer?".

Sirzechs grinned and tried to look innocently which just made me want to punch him in the face "I came to visit this very popular sweet shop! I've heard about it from my monthly report of Kuoh and I grew curious about it plus I also wanted to talk to you too!".

I just deadpanned at Sirzechs and began to speak in the driest voice I could muster "That's all nice and everything but it's not like I want to see or even speak to you though".

Sirzechs just laughed at loud "don't be like that Rean! we're rivals and friends aren't we?".

I just stared at him in silence for a few seconds, to be honest I'm very confused right now and it must have shown in face because Rias suddenly spoke up "Sorry about my big brother Rean... I told him that we aren't welcome here but he said that he has permission from Serafall and here we are".

I raised an eyebrow at Rias, Sirzechs must have pestered Serafall until she gave him permission, my poor devil girlfriend must have been mighty annoyed for her to agree.

Though I do need to clarify something to Rias and her Peerage "anyone can enter the sweet shop as long as you don't have any ill will towards anyone keyed into the wards, so I don't mind you guys eating here what I would like to know is why this idiot thinks we're friends and rivals? I destroyed one of his arms and kicked his ass so he's not making any sense to me right now".

Rias's Peerage especially Koneko seemed rather surprised of the fact that they can enter the sweet shop to eat but Rias groaned in annoyance "that's what I told my big brother! but he keeps saying nonsense like 'it is fate that Rean becomes my bro! do not get in the way Rias-tan!' I just can't deal with him when he gets like this!".

Boy do I feel bad for Rias having to deal with Sirzechs, the Maou though just laughed and shook his head "besides I have a new arm created by Ajuka! and it has cannons!".

"... okay not going to lie but that does sound pretty cool..." Issei nodded in agreement and so did Sirzechs, any guy would like to have a cannon attach to his arm.

Rias and Akeno just shook their head, though I was still very confused as to what Sirzechs was planning to do with all of this "your not a very good rival to me Sirzechs, that would imply that your my equal and that's far from the truth you know?".

Sirzechs took on a serious look and nodded "I can tell... you've gotten stronger but that just makes me even more excited! and happy! no has ever beaten me like you did, no one has been able to pushed me as much as you and that makes my blood boil! it makes me want to get stronger and go beyond Super Devil!".

I sweatdropped and sighed at Sirzechs "more like you been watching to much anime Sirzechs, I expected this from Rias not you".

Rias flinched as if I strucked her in the face "what!? what do you mean me?! I don't know what your talking about Rean!".

I raised an eyebrow and pointed a the plastic bag beside her chair filled with DVDs, manga and even an anime figurine.

Rias turned to look at what I was pointing at and sweatdropped, it seems like she forgot she had that there "... err it's Akeno's bag?".

I just deadpanned at Rias who slumped in defeat, her Peerage and her brother laughed at her predicament and I just sighed at the silliness of this entire situation.

Sirzechs is definitely a strange devil and one very quirky too but like Serafall I know that he's hunted by everything he saw during the devil's Civil War so he acts like this to appear friendly and such.

So I guess I'll let him do what he wants for now as long as he's not causing any trouble or annoying me too0 much and see where this goes.

Sirzechs stayed in the shop for quite a while and practically tried the entire menu and even bought a few Plushies for both his mother and son, he also told me some of the things that have been going on in the underworld.

For example the fact that I had hurt and severally damaged Riser Phenex with whatever I had done to him, to be honest I just shrugged about it.

I had completely forgotten about Riser and I really couldn't care less about him, he then told me how Lord Sitri had been showing off the fact that I am his future son in law to his father and Lord Phenex much to their jealously and I found that very amusing.

I'm very happy and glad that both Lady Sitri and Lord Sitri approve of me relationship with Serafall but with the way Sirzechs spoke about the Lords of the Gremory, Sitri and Phenex Clans they seemed to not act very much like the elder devils I expected them to be.

So I asked about it and both Rias and Sirzechs told me that these three devil clans have always had close ties and that their parents, Sona's parents and the Phenex lords grew up together, fought together and become Lords together so they acted very differently when they were together.

They don't really like the way the Devil nobles act and do things which is why they were the first Clans to declare rebellion against the Old Satan Faction.

So they were always very quirky to begin with something that their children inherited it seems though Rias denied when I made mention of it but I raised an eyebrow at Rias and she just huffed and refused to acknowledge me after that.

Sirzechs just laughed and agreed with him, this guy had no shame whatsoever, he also told me how they're keeping the information of what happened between our fight a secret in order to protect my privacy and make sure no one gives pme a reason to destroy the entire Devil race.

I was glad to know that they wanted to protect me and they were very honest as to why so I told Sirzechs to say thank you to them for me.

After a while the Maou, Rias and her Peerage decided it was time to leave but not before Sirzechs promised that he would stop by soon for another visit and hang out.

I just shrugged and told him that unlike him I was actually very busy all the time but he took it in good humor and left, Wiz and Sakuya approached me as soon as Sirzechs and the devils left.

Wiz grabbed my hand and smiled at me "he doesn't seem to be a bad person huh?".

I nodded "he isn't, he just tend to over do things when it's Rias the one involved though I am surprised he would want to be friends me after the ass kicking as gave him".

Sakuya grabbed my other hand and nodded "it is very strange but I didn't sense any ulterior motives so he really just wwants to be your friend".

Wiz giggled "well Serafall did say that all the Maou were very quirky so maybe this is just how he is? Serafall is quite quirky herself though we love her for it".

Sakuya smiled while I chuckled, it's true though from what I remember of both the Anime and Manga Sirzechs and Serafall were really kind and caring individuals, they even sacrificed themselves to save the world against Trihexa.

Besides I have already gotten even with him about what he tried to do so maybe I should just let him do whatever he wants, the fact that he could get into the shop without turning inside out is proof that he was sincere with wanting to be my friend and rival.

In the outskirts of Kyoto in the Hayashi clan compound, in his office sat Hideyoshi Hayashi, in front of him and on one knee was Makoto Hayashi who was back to give her report of what she had found out about Rean during the past week she spent investigating "what have you find out about my grandson Makoto?".

Makoto bowed and began to speak "I couldn't asked around too much in Kyoto because there seems to be a big project going and everyone is running around everywhere but I was able to overhear where Rean lives from a couple of Yokai palace guards, it seems like him and his family live in Kuoh Town".

Hideyoshi frowned not happy about the information he just got "that town where the Gremory and Sitri heirs live? Tch! he just had to move to a devil controlled town!".

But Makoto shook her head "I'm sorry to say that things are even worse than that Hayashi-Sama, Kuoh Town is not longer being taken care of by Sona Sitri and Rias Gremory but Serafall Leviathan has taken control over the ownership of Kuoh town and has declared the entire town her territory".

The Hayashi clan leader seemed quite taken by surprise by these news "a Maou? this could be problematic, to think my wayward son and my heir would live so close to a Maou...".

Makoto nodded "I went to Kuoh Town and investigated but it was very difficult to get any information, there's some very powerful wards in some places around Kuoh town and they're very deadly... there's also some very peculiar creatures roaming around the town which I recognize as the creatures that helped Kyoto when Rean killed Cao Cao".

Hideyoshi closed his eyes "... just what is going on in Kuoh? does it involve Rean?...".

Makoto shook her head "I don't know...like I just reported, it's very difficult to get any sort of information in Kuoh right now however I was able to find out, the possible event that might have sparked Rean's awakening".

This caught the old clan's leader attention "oh? what was it?".

Makoto pulled out a stack of paper from somewhere within her clothes and handed it to Hideyoshi who took them and immediately began to read them "... I see so he had an accident and almost died, he's awakening to our bloodline must have helped him survive his injuries... how interesting and this hospital paperwork even has his address and school information as well too".

Makoto nodded and she could see that the Hayashi clan leader was already plotting something so she patiently waited to hear her orders.
