Not her father

The bright sun of the next day shone brightly. The blue clouds added to the atmosphere. The bright yellow glow was so soothing as some people basked in it. It was three days before the New year. Some people were ready to start anew and give new resolutions.

"You know sis, I admire you so much. I really didn't want to hurt you" Cecilia said.

"Yet you did. You're a piece of disgusting sh*t" Ellis spat saliva on the floor. She hated her sister so much. Because of a man, her sister hurt her. If only she had told her that she loved Thomas she'd have never married him.

"Ellis, you do know that I love you right. After all, you're my only sister." Cecilia said with puppy eyes.
