Two Headed Snake

Deep Underground Cave.

"Hiss...." The two headed snake is chasing behind us.

"Run.. don't look back just keep running" shout Grid

Darvan is injured, so me and Darvan keep getting slower. When the two headed snake almost got us, Glowy make the snake focus on him

"KEEK.. KEEK...KEEK.. " Glowy throw a stone to the snake, because of it one of the snake head turn around and it's body stop.

Grid look back and thought something.

The two headed snake chase Glowy, so me and Darvan have a time to put a distance between us. The other snake head keep staring at us but the other heads chasing Glowy.

"Guys, even though the snake have two headed but it still have limitation in its body. The left head control the body. We can use it to make a diversion" shout Grid

When everyone heard it, they stop and turn back to make a diversion

The two headed snake keep chasing Glowy but just the snake want to attack Glowy, miss Elsiya use her battle skill to divert the snake attention again

"Boundless Sea : Crushing Wave... Boom.." the snake turn their head to miss Elsiya and then miss Elsiya begin to run

When everyone busy to keep the snake, me and Darvan is already put so many distance between us. I know I must bring Darvan first to a safe place before join others.

"C'mon Darvan. Just a little bit more." I sait to Darvan

"Cough.. cough.." he coughed blood

"Damn... seems like his injuries is more serious than we think" I thought

"C'mon don't give up yet" I keep saying that to Darvan

Behind us Grid and others keep the two headed snake busy. They keep diverts its attention when someone almost get caught.

After sometime seems like the snake realize what they did and it begin to chase only one person.

"We need to tun now. Rudeus and Darvan is almost out I think. We can not keep this forever" shout Grid

After that they begin to run. The snake do not care about everything. It keep destroying the rock tree to make Grid and others don't have much space.

"Keek.. keek.." Glowy pointed at something and others run to it.

As all of us keep running, me and Darvan already arrive in the entrance, I bring him to a safe place and I said to him "Wait in here. Don't move around"

After that I run back to the cave to join others. When I arrive the two headed snake chasing Glowy and I make my move.

When the snake open it mouth I jump and use my battle skill "Tyrant Fist Blow... Bamm.."

I know it won't feel anything so I use it again "Tyrant Fist Blow... Bamm.."

After I hit it twice it stare at me. I begin to run.

"Run..." I shout

We keep running without stopping. We almost out from the cave now. When I look back seems like the snake back off and let us off.

When we arrive in the outside, I bring everyone to the safe place I left Darvan

"Huff.. huff.. huff.." all of us catch out our breath.

After a few moment I said "What is that thing ? Damn it.. Huff.. huff.. Seems like it guards the flower in the lake."

"We can not go back to cave now." said Grid trying to catch out his breath too.

"Keek.. keek.. keek." Glowy them make a hard expression

"I know.. I know.. I'm sorry Glowy. We should listen to you" I said with apologetic voice.

Then Glowy climb my shoulder again.

After a few moment we don't know what should we do. So all of us is just stay silent.

"So how can we get the flower ?" I ask everyone

Grid Look at me and said "I don't know Rudeus. As long as that thing inside the lake we can not do anything."

"How's Darvan condition then?" (Rudeus)

Miss Velma check on Darvan and said "Not good. He needs a few days or more to recover from the injuries"

"What the hell is that thing actually ?" I ask with angry voice

"I don't know. But I know that monster beast is above rank 9, You all see that our battle is ineffective at all. The only person who can wounded it only miss Elsiya" (Grid)

"Miss Elsiya, do you know something ?" (Rudeus)

"Well I don't know that monster name if you ask. But I know what mr Grid said is right." (Elsiya)

"Really ?" (Rudeus)

"Yes. I think everyone here knows my family. I've seen quite a few a beast beyond rank 9. That's why I said mr Grid is right" (Elsiya)

"So what should we do then ?" (Rudeus)

Everyone is silent after heard what I'm saying.

I look into everyone and I know what's on their mind so I just say to them

"I know everyone don't want to go back right now. What's more Darvan is already injured, but how long we are gonna take the flower ?" (Rudeus)

"What do you mean Rudeus ? You should know that we don't stand a chance if we face it" (Grid)

"Well you are right. So why we take this mission then ? The mission I mean is to collect a 5 leaf rainbow herb" I ask everyone and look at them

"What do you mean ? that's our main task not to help that beast" mr Velma is quite angry and pointed at Glowy.

Because of that Glowy shrink and hide in my back

"Right.. that's our task. So how can everyone here sure we can complete the mission ? The 5 leaf rainbow herb is more difficult to search then that lotus flower. Which beast do you think will guarding it miss Velma ? Are we gonna keep running again after we found it ?" I said to miss Velma quite angry too

Then I continue said "I don't want to lose my life too miss Velma. But the thing is if we can't do something like this. How are we gonna succeed in our task ?"

"Ahem.. I agree with mr Rudeus. I know everyone is quite upset for what happen but we must face it in the end. Our task is more difficult to finish. If we can't finish something like this, it's better for all of us to give up our main mission" said miss Elsiya

After everyone heard it, all of us is keep silent

A few moment as pass, then Grid suddenly said something "Wait a minute guys. Seems like we forget about something"

Everyone look at Grid confusedly "??"

"Don't you get it. Our mission is only collect the herb, the same reason why we want to help Glowy. Collect the herb." said Grid

Then everyone look at Grid and make an expression of 'we know that, do you think we are stupid ?'

"Geez.. we need to collect the herb not fight the monster. We can just steal it." said Grid

Then everyone shock and I said "You are right Grid. We just need to steal it. Why bother fighting against it. We just need a plan to steal the herb. A solid plan"

After everyone heard it, all of us make a little smile and the atmosphere around us is back to normal again.

"It's a pity but Darvan can not join us now. So that means we need to search a safe place to hide Darvan and of course make our plan." (Grid)

"A place huh." then I look at Glowy and said "Well I think no one here can find a better safe place than Glowy. Let just trust it."

Everyone nod and hen I said to Glowy "Buddy, we need a safe place that can hold us a few days. Can you find it fo us ?"

"Keek.. keek.. keek.." it jump around and then pointed at the ground

Everyone look at me so I said "Glowy want us to stay here. It will find us a safe place and bring us to the safe place it founds"

"Alright we understand" everyone nod

Glowy then run somewhere and back a when already pass noon.

"Keek.. keek.. keek" it jump and want us to follow him

He bring us to a cave between rock, from the outside its just a small cave but when we go inside this place is quite big. We bring Darvan in and make him lay down in the corner where everyone close to the entrance.

"So should we make a plan to collect the flower ? No.. Steal the flower." (Rudeus)

"Let's do this. Let's payback to that two headed snake" said Grid passion.

And then all of us make a plan to steal the flower.
