The Gamer Fruit

This novel is dropped because I want to write something else. Thank you for reading my story. :) Synopsis: Robert gets struck by lightning and dies on his way home from work only to find himself reborn in the One Piece world. Roberts bad luck was fortunately turned around when he to his delight discover he has eaten a devil fruit with unlimited potential. The Gamer fruit! With knowledge of the worlds heroes and villans can Robert change history by himself? Or will Robert become a stepping stone for somebody else? Authors note: I do not own One Piece or The Gamer Manga. This story is not a original story but a fanfiction. Please also be understanding of the fact that there is more than hundred revealed locations so far in the One Piece story with more to come so there is know way In can remember them all. To write around that problem I will make islands up though obviously the seas, Reverse mountain and key locations like Mariejois, Marineford and the Yonko’s territory will stay the same since I think it will be more interesting than following completely in Luffy’s footsteps because that is my alternative since I don’t have a perfect memory. I suggest readers is in their teens since bloodshed will be depicted with detail like this: The blood sprayed on Roberts face when he cut into the marine throat. The Marine tried to warn the marines on patrol around the corner but only gurgling escaped his mouth.I will try to put out 3 chapters a week. With nothing more to add please enjoy!

Chapter 3 - Wildfire Island

The marine Bobbie Potter almost dropped his gun in freight when he saw Robert take off into a allyway. 'That can't be a person! I shot him right in the eye!' Thinks Bobbie stamping the ground with his right foot in unease.

'What a cruel world I would have died instantly if not for the fruit I ate.' Thinks Robert while he pokes at his right eyelid to make sure his eye was still intact. Robert grit his teeth in anger.

A smile crept on his face when he thinks about giving the shopkeeper a faceful of a manabolt. Robert spent a few seconds wreastling with his anger before he rationalized if he kills a marine without a boat to get of the island he would only be a shooting target for the marines. Robert could steal a boat but decided that would be a last resort since that would eliminate the only place suitable to live.

"Stop you thief!" shouted the marine in front of a group of four marines that chased him after spotting him at the entrence of allyway. Bang. A bullet flew past Roberts ear so with adrinaline pumping he turned around and sent a manabolt towards the right leg of the marine in front. With a sound of bones breaking a scream followed right after. "Oh god my leg. My leg is missing..You demon." The marine laid on the asphalt face down while clutching a stump of of bone that sticks out at the missing knee. Bang bang.

Robert runs out of the allyway with a stinging pain in back. 'I can't stay here or I am dead for sure' thinks Robert as he reached the end of town by following the main road.

1 hour later

Gasping for breath Robert leans agianst the tree trunk in the Forest of Fire on Wildfire Island. Duing his short stay he came to learn that fire ants lived on this Island in the southeastern corner of East Blue.

The reason the Island is called Wildfire Island is the terror the small pest are when the ant explode igniting the highly flammeable leaves and bark on the trees, causing irreversable damage to town when the wildfires reach the inhabitents.

'I need to get stronger and hunting in this forest is a good way while laying low for a bit and the marines may even think I died from bleeding out if I don't walk into town for a week.

'Hmm what's that smell?' Robert stands up and walks in the direction of smell of burnt flesh in the air. After walking for ten minutes Robert spotted what seems like a bits and pieces of toe and fingers on the ground and on the tree branches. Robert felt his stormach turn in protest but managed to hold his lunch down.'What terrible fate even if I wanted to bury that poor person I coudn't.'
