117 Extermination March
The initial landings happened on the southernmost tip of Largentina.
The big metal sphere in the sky above the gaping hole that once was Great Britania, suddenly disappeared and reappeared a few seconds later on top of the Southern Continent.
Like a liquid metal, another sphere detached itself from the main one and dropped towards the ground. The impact itself already decimated the area it landed on.
A few hours later the 1 kilometer sphere started to dismantle itself.
Parts of it started peeling off and falling to the ground.
From the scattered parts, it started to reform into an individual machine.
Some turned into a few different versions of humanoid form, some turned into different kinds of tanks and some turned into different kinds of floating gunships and attack crafts.
After solidifying into its new form, they start to gather into groups and head towards different directions.

In a small town of Tolhuin Largentina
"Papa look! Uncle Santiago's house is on fire." - a little girl was pointing at a house further down the street.
"Catalina! Hurry we need to go, those monsters have already reached Town." - the man shouted at his wife.
"I'm coming! Start the truck Pedro, mama said she'll wait for us outside her house." A woman carrying a small baby came running out of the wooden cabin.
He confirmed that his daughter and wife have safely boarded the truck so Pedro started the ignition but the engine wont start.
"Oh god please please please!" He kept on twisting the key until he heard the sound of the engine revving. He immediately floored the gas and headed north towards safety.
However the moment they reached the main road, they saw that the road is already blocked by a group of black humanoid robots.
"Papa I'm scared!" - his daughter sobbed in the back seat.
He swerved off the road and plowed over the bushes hoping to get away from the monsters.
However his truck lost control and hit the tree in their path head on.
He was flung over the dashboard, breaking the windshield glass and landing 10 feet into the mud.
He tried to get up failed as the excruciating pain courses over his entire body.
He was able to twist his body enough just in time to see the pickup truck exploding after being hit by a laser fire from one of the android monsters.
His scream of anguish was also cut short when another laser bolt hit his body resulting in his flesh exploding in a cloud of blood.

San Sebastián, Tierra del Fuego - Largentinian Army forward base.
Brigadier General Mateo Gonzales - Commander of the 84th Army Regiment.
"How's the evacuation Colonel?"
"Almost half of the units that we sent out have already returned general, a few more have already radioed that they are already on their way back. However we have already lost contact with 45% of the squads that were sent out."
"How's our defense preparation?"
"We have 25 tanks in position and 8 thousand troops dugged in. High command said that the 3rd and the 6th Brigade is also on the way. We also have 3 Navy Cruisers anchored in Bahia San Sebastian ready to provide artillery support."
"They might not make it in time. We didn't expect the robot army's advance to be this fast."
"The Airforce tried to slow them down but I'm afraid that our opponents have air superiority over their area and our planes are being shot down before they can engage any targets."
"How's the Chyleans doing?"
"The Chylean Army who were stationed in Isla Navaro were annihilated Sir. Their Navy is currently staging in Isla Wickam as we speak."
"What's the current location of the enemy's main force?"
"Satellite images show that they are still in Rio Grande sir, we estimate there to be around 50 thousand deaths already and it can climb up to 90 to 100 thousand deaths when the enemy finishes with their slaughter."
The General slammed his fist on the table.
"God damn it. If only we took that broadcast seriously, we could have deployed the army much faster."
"Nobody expected for the attack to start in Largentina General."
"Update the high command about the status of the evacuation. And let the Navy know we put all out hopes on their attack. Lets all pray that the cruise missiles will be able to do their job.
