Torment

Angela quickly goes upstairs to check on Zerah but finds her laying on the floor,Abbey and Nisha lift her and put her on the bed,

Nisha: "mom?do you think Zerah had a hand in what just happened downstairs?"

Abbey: "its possible, Zerah wasn't in the living room when all of the beating was happening. Question is, why is she unconscious though"

Zerah gets up straight and answers all the questions,

Zerah: "I palm succeeded if not for that stupid Rahab! she ruined everything for me!"

Angela: "what do you mean,tell us"

Zerah: "oh my goodness Angela, I have a headache and on top of that,your questions are so irritating. You have a brain that you have been blessed with but you and your children don't use your brains well. Even when there is no explanation needed,I have to give one"

Nisha: "don't insult us,your duty is to inform us about what step you'll take next but no"

Zerah: "I was controlling Mitra's mind, whatever she was saying, I asked her to. But when Rahab touched the back of her head,my body caught fire spiritually and I lost my power"

Nisha: "so she has supernatural powers too"

Zerah: "yes silly girl from what I just said obviously someone with a brain functioning well would come up with an answer. I have a severe headache and what I need is rest so excuse me"

Zerah lays on the bed and the rest leave. After an hour of falling unconscious, Mitra wakes up. Tony starts to question her and ask of why she beat Matteo but she denies ever doing that,

Tony:" "Mitra, why were you hitting Matteo like that,you hurt his whole body"

Mitra: "what are you saying Tony, I can't beat him his a grown up"

Tony:" but you did it an hour ago now what is wrong with you!"

Mitra:"I promise,what you are saying right now is strange to me,I'll go and see my boy right away"

Mitra comes to Matty's room and finds Agni applying ointment on Matteo's back,

Matteo: "why are you applying so much pressure on my back be gentle Agni"

Agni: "stop whining and be a man...such a cry baby"

Mitra: "Matteo my boy,did I do this to you"

Matteo: "Agni get her away from me,she might still be under an influence, am hurt already"

Mitra: "Agni child,talk to my son for me,I have no idea why I beat him up"

Agni: "it's okay aunt, it'll all be fine"

Matteo decides to leave Agni and Mitra alone while he limps his way out. Agni speaks to Rahab about the scene that took place an hour ago,

Agni: "aunt Rahab? is it possible for you to detail how you saved Matty from his mother's wrath?"

Rahab: "all that doesn't matter,lioness,all is well"

Agni: "who are you, really?"

Rahab: "am your treasure, I promised never to leave you but to stand by you in times in need"

Agni: "sorry?"

Rahab: "go to bed my dear,we still have a big day Ahead tomorrow, goodnight"

Early in the morning, Mitra prepares breakfast for everyone and asks for forgiveness,

Mitra: "I made breakfast for all of you. I sincerely apologize for yesterday"

Salma: "its fine my dear,all is in the past forget it"

Mitra picks up a cup of hot tea to serve Matteo, when she looks into Zerah's eyes,she lose control, she slaps Matteo and spills tea on his hands and he screams, Mitra starts acting like a possessed person,

Mitra: "marry Nisha and accept her baby or I'll ruin your life!"

After this piece if warning, Mitra collapses again. Riswan calls the doctor to help treat Matty's burn before it could get worse. In the house passage,Zerah and Rahab come face to face,

Zerah: "stop interfering in my matters!"

Rahab: "now I know why my spirit led me here,to ruin your evil"

Zerah: "I hate you Rahab!"

Rahab: "I know you do"

In the evening when the whole family is sleeping, Zerah starts performing magic, she calls Mira this time causing her to sleep walk,Mira comes to the living room and Zerah controls her speech, she shouts Agni's name and everyone is awoken by the noise, They all get scared when they see Mira's eyes turned red,her hair blown by the wind in such a mess and in a possessed manner,

Agni: "Agni! I will kill you, relinquish your title as head or else"

Kel: "Mira, come back to your senses now!"

Agni: "I hate you Agni, I want my son Ishan to be ruler...I will kill you to achieve my plan!"

Mira chokes Agni by her neck, and everyone intervenes but to no avail. Rahab looks straight into Mira's eyes and Mira collapses. Everyone goes to sleep but Agni,Ishan and Matteo are scared so they go to Salma and Riswan's bedroom to sleep.
