Chapter 16: Arrived at Cyllage City

Elizabeth POV:

     We finally arrived at Cyllage City! I was so excited to meet the Gym Leader, Grant! I became relaxed and the five of us went to the Pokemon Center because...Darwin and Tony have to heal Finn and Geo from last night. The walk took about 24 hours to get here. Good thing is that Brittany didn't get hurt by beating a Wild Graveler. As we waiting for Nurse Joy to hand out Geo and Finn, they will completely healed and healthy. We thanked Nurse Joy and went out to explore Cyllage City.

Frogadier (Geo) POV:

     After Finn and I were healed, we all went back to Muralille Coast, which was in Route 8, to get some fresh air. Brittany and I were laying on the sand to get some relaxation as others are playing on the water, but some doesn't want to get near the water because of their weakness. Finn was splashing all over the place as I carefully don't let Brittany get wet too much. I called him out to come out of the water to talk.

Quilladin (Finn): "You call?"

Frogadier (Geo): "Yeah, it's about the battle we did from last night."

Quilladin (Finn): "Oh...I was unconscious and didn't know who won. Probably, it's you, Geo. You are very good at dodging my moves."

Braixen (Brittany): Actually, You and Geo have a tie..."

Quilladin (Finn): "What! No! Why! How is this even possible?!"

Frogadier (Geo): "Well, we got interpreted by a Wild Graveler. So, that being said, the battle can't be interpreted by a Wild Pokemon."

Braixen (Brittany): "Since both of you have a tie,  I think we can tell the truth to each other."

Quilladin (Finn): "Fine...I guess it's fair."

Frogadier (Geo): "Do you want to me and Brittany to go first? Or you?"

Quilladin (Finn): "Nah, I should go to first. Then you and Brittany."

       Brittany and I waited patiently for Finn to let his secret out. Finn waited patiently as well to let my buddy of mine think before he speaks. When he finally wanted to say something, he said:

Quilladin (Finn): *Blushes a little and sigh* "I-I have a crush on Stella..."

Frogadier and Braixen (Geo and Brittany): "What!"

Quilladin (Finn): "I know, it's very awkward for me to tell you guys, but-"

Frogadier (Geo): "Wait wait wait! I want to know who is this Stella you are talking about."

Quilladin (Finn): "Wait, you two haven't met her yet?"

Braixen (Brittany): "No, Geo and I haven't met or heard about her."

Then Finn slapped his own forehead with disappointed. He might have forgotten about telling us before we get back together for once. What he doesn't know is Victor's Pokemon, which was suspicious. He explained everything about how he met Stella, and what were they doing.

Frogadier (Geo): "So, Stella is Amy's starter Pokemon, right?"

Quilladin (Finn): "Yeah...Anyways, I wanna know your secret."

He also gives me that smirk on his face. And you know what that means, Brittany and I had to tell him the truth. Brittany was scared to confess, but I held her hand for comfort. Finn was waiting so long for this.

Quilladin (Finn): "So...What's your secret that you are keeping from me?"

Frogadier (Geo): "Alright, I tell you. I'm...*sighs* I'm in love with Brittany..."

Quilladin (Finn): "I KNEW IT! How could you?! I knew you would keep from me!"

Frogadier (Geo): "I couldn't resist! I thought she's cute, I really do!"

Braixen (Brittany): "Do you really I'm cute?"

Frogadier (Geo): *Blushes* "W-Well, I think you're cute. At least I protect her from her ex, Finn."

Quilladin (Finn): "Does everyone else know about your relationship with Brittany?"

Frogadier (Geo): "Technically, yeah."

And with that, he went back to the water as I tell him if he's going to be okay with this. Without answering, he pleaded his head in the water and screamed in agony. I think he's mad at me for not telling him. Brittany and Geo couldn't resist holding our laughter. I race to go towards Finn as he was so jealous of this secret. Brittany was still laughing and she tries

to calm down. I dragged Finn outta the water and Darwin called for everyone else to eat dinner.

Braixen (Brittany) POV:

       As I was sharing one bowl with Geo, I noticed that Finn was having a conversation with Stella, the one Finn explained to Geo and I about her. Geo turned his head around and noticed it. As we finished our food and give the bowl to Elizabeth to wash it, we approach to Finn and Stella. Finn introduced to Stella who is a Monferno. We introduced ourselves to Stella, she was shy and was with Finn for long. Finn was blushing that he has to cover his hands.

Monferno (Stella): "Finn talked so much about you two!"

Braixen (Brittany): "Really? Have you always be with Finn most of the time?"

Monferno (Stella): "Yeah, sometimes we even to go amazing areas all around Kalos."

Frogadier (Geo): "Hey, Stella. Do you know who is Victor's Starter Pokemon? I was so curious about who it is."

Monferno (Stella): "Oh! Well you see, it's an Oshawott, but it evolved into a Dewott."

Braixen (Brittany): "Wait, isn't that Pokemon from the Unova region?"

Monferno (Stella): "Yep! His name is Randy. He doesn't know you two, and he's also Finn's friend actually."

Frogadier (Geo): *Looks at Finn* " Huh, you don't say..."

Quilladin (Finn): *Chuckles nervously* "Well, I might have forgotten to tell you two about that...I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to keep this from both of you!"

Frogadier (Geo): "Ok! Next time, try not to keep this secret. If you do, I'll tell my teammates to beat you."

Quilladin (Finn): "Okay, I'll try..."

Braixen (Brittany): "So, what type of Pokemon do you have, Stella?"

Monferno (Stella): "I'll show you."

      Stella grabbed my hand and took me to her team as Geo followed her. As we stopped at Amy's bag, Stella went to the bag and took out five pokeballs. She throws them at the sky as they came down of their pokeball. It was a Ducklett, Axew, Cherrim, Aron, and a Solosis.

The names Amy introduce the five was:

Ducklett (Cole)

Axew (Agustine)

Cherrim (Mia)

Aron (Craig)

Solosis (Grace)

      She introduced to her team as Geo was familiar to know them. My friends came over to what's the issue, and at least they get along nicely. The trainers cleaned up everything, and we all went to sleep for the night in our tents. The next morning, we all went to back Cyllage City to go to the Gym. Tony was going to be the first one who is challenging Grant which is lucky. Finn did this just to get his revenge on me and Geo because of his secret crush. Geo was so pissed off that I have to calm him down. I told him that we'll get him no matter what and Geo agreed with me. Victor and Amy were going with Tony to see him battle.

Darwin POV:

     Tony was lucky enough to battle the gym leader, Grant. Elizabeth told me if we can practice battle before facing Grant. I was surprised to hear that from her, so I accept and we went to the battlefield. I gathered my team to make a plan and Elizabeth does the same. The battle started as Elizabeth commanded her Braixen with Psybeam. I commanded Geo to use Quick Attack. Brittany immediately dodges the move and aimed at Geo. It causes Geo to fall on the ground. It was then Brittany was running towards Geo to see if he's okay or not. Geo tells us that he is okay. As the battle ended, we stopped by to eat lunch. I was eating Elizabeth, and Brittany and Geo already finished with their food and hanging out with their friends. At night, we all went to bed. I'm just not sure if Tony was able to receive a badge from Grant.

The team were waiting for Tony, Victor, and Amy to come back but haven't had a call from them. Darwin will make sure Elizabeth is safe and sound.
