Alliance Meeting- I

As Ken, under the leadership of Tokuchi, moved towards the alliance HQ, Ken met with all the leaders of the other shinobi villages.

The third Raikage closely watched Tokuchi and Ken as they entered the HQ tent, "Have you taken all this time to come here because Iwagakure only desires the spoils of war and not to shed blood for it?"

"Your excellency Raikage, you must be joking... we are very much looking forward to forming an alliance against Uzumaki village," Tokuchi spoke with a smile.

Ken was surprised by his sensei's reply. Normally, his sensei would confront anyone disrespecting the village directly. It's important to note that, unlike the arrogant and quick-tempered Explosive Release clan, the shinobi of the clan are extremely loyal to the village without question.

After receiving a polite response, Ai was dissatisfied. He expected a more aggressive answer to give him a reason to kill the head of Iwagakure village in a single shot. He didn't anticipate this outcome, so he smiled lightly and observed the other people in the tent.

"Haha, it has become lively as soon as it has started," the third Mizukage laughed.

"Let's get to business," the third Kazekage interrupted everyone.

"I will be the head of the alliance and lead out... what do you say?" Raikage stated.

"Don't be delusional... I am the senior, so I will be the head," the third Kazekage interjected.

It was chaotic at the beginning of the discussion.

Tokuchi and Ken stared expressionless during the kages' quarrel at the Alliance meeting. They couldn't say anything because, in the eyes of these older individuals, they were considered juniors.
