Third person's POV

Nang makapasok si Jax sa kanyang room, agad niyang ini-lock ang doorknob tsaka umupo sa kama. Itinukod niya ang dalawa niyang siko sa kanyang tuhod tsaka inis na inis na ginulo ang kanyang buhok. The scene that he witnessed angered him. Especially the intimacy of his girlfriend and Clark really caught him off guard. Like how Kitkat pulled Clark's hair to deepen the kiss. How he held his hands to her face.

He wanted to kill Clark at that time yet he chose to stay away and isolate himself before he could do anything worst because of his anger. He wanted to be alone.

He heard Kitkat knocking, jiggling the doorknob, and calling him nonstop. He was so angry that even him hearing her voice makes him more disappointed. Mas lalo niyang ginulo ang kanyang buhok nang marinig niya ang pagmamakaawa nito para kausapin siya habang umiiyak. The way she cries, Jax Blaine couldn't handle it. He just feel worst.

He doesn't want to face her, afraid he might say or do something that could hurt her. Afraid that he won't be able to control his anger. He knows himself too much and he needs to avoid it to happen. His heart wanted to open the door and talk to her but his mind won't let him. His anger is still overflowing and he couldn't think straight.

He get up and decided to waste his time in taking a bath. To cool his head and to control his feeling. Also for him not to hear her pleading.

'It's always been like this! They'll easily cheat on me!'

After hours of wasting his time in the bathroom, he couldn't believe that Kitkat is still there as if five hours didn't pass by. He closed his eyes as he feel worry and guilty out of a sudden. But when remembering those scenes, he couldn't help it.

He's really hurting. And he's hurting even more when listening to her and Alfonso were talking. Knowing that she's still  crying, asking help from Alfonso to open the door, the  way she worries that he might break up with her. Jax knew that Kitkat is so desperate to talk to him. But the feeling of upset, disappoinment, betrayal and anger won't leave him. His mind were close enough to resist her plea.

Another hours pass by when he decided to listen to the listening device to check on her.  He's shocked when hearing her crying. He glanced at the clock and it's already almost 3am. He closed his eyes as brushed his hair out of frustration. He listen until she stop crying.

Jax decided to delete the app which connected to the listening device. He even throw the devices that he planted in the entire condo so that he won't be tempted to listen to it again. When he found out that Alfonso is already sleeping on the sofa, he glanced at her room's door and even have a second thought to check on her.

Yet he just found himself entering in her room and when he saw her situation, he sighed and walked near her.

'Why are you doing this?' he asked through his mind. 'Why you look like you're hurting than me?'

Binuhat niya ang dalaga nang dahan-dahan tsaka inihiga ito sa kama. Kinumutan niya rin ito pagkatapos niyang matanggal ang sapatos nito. Umupo siya sa tabi nito at iniwas ang kanyang tingin. Ayaw niyang  makita ang mukha nito. Hindi  niya  mapipigilan ang kanyang nararamdaman. Ang pagkamuhi at pagkaawa. He cannot distinguish his feelings but he know he's just hurting.

Gumalaw naman ito kaya agad na napalingon si Jax kay Kitkat. Kumukunot ang noo nito pero nananatiling nakapikit ang mata. Nakita niya pang may umagos na namang luha sa mga mata nito kaya mas lalong naaawa si Jax dito. Sa huli, dahan-dahan  niyang pinahiran  ang luha nito.

When he glanced at her lips, he stared at it and just found himself touching it. He closed his eyes then get up when was being reminded by the scenario again. He knows himself that he cannot forgive Clark.

Before leaving, he uninstalled the listening device in her room. Though it's been a while that he used it. The purpose of this devices was for some intruder.

''Stop it, Jax! No!''

Hindi ni pinakinggan ng binata ang sigaw ni Noreen at patuloy lang na pinagsusuntok sa mukha si Clark. Sinugod niya ito sa bahay at naabutan niya pang nandoon din si Noreen at nag-aaway ang dalawa.

May halong panggigigil ang mga suntok nito. Na parang hindi man lang narinig ang pag-awat ni Noreen at nakatuon lang ang atensyon kay Clark. At kahit ginagawa niya ito, hindi pa rin siya satisfied.

Gusto niyang patayin si Clark pero ibubuhos na muna niya ang galit niya rito. He gritted his teeth as landed his final punch to Clark's face. Aside sa sadyang hindi lumalaban si Clark, hindi rin siya makalaban sa ginawa ni Jax sa kanya. He admit that it was his mistake. All he think right now is how would he face Kitkat again. 

''I won't kill you for now! I will come back again to satisfy my anger!'' Hinarap niya si Noreen nang lalapitan na sana nito si Clark. ''And try stoping me, I won't hesitate to kill you both and your baby!''

Dahil sa sinabi niya, nagtaka naman si Clark. Kahit nahihirapan itong idilat ang mga mata dahil sa pambubugbog ni Jax, nakuha niya pa ring tingnan si Noreen. Natawa naman nang mapakla si Jax nang makita ang reaction niya.

''You didn't know? She's pregnant with your baby! Yet you still dare making out with mine!'' galit na galit na sabi ni Jax. Dahil doon muli na naman niyang naalala ang nakita niya at mas lalong nadagdagan ang galit nito.

Hindi naman makapaniwala si Noreen sa kanyang narinig. Ikinuyom niya ang kanyang kamao sa galit. Galit siya sa babaeng iyon. Muling pinagtatadayakan ni Jax si Clark pero nakatayo lang si Noreen at hindi na rin umawat pa. Napaupo na lang habang kinukuyom ang kanyang kamao dahil sa galit.

'That bitch!'

Gabi na nang bumalik si Jax sa campus. Wala kasi siyang balak umuwi ngayon dahil hindi pa siya handang harapin si Kitkat. He also wanted to avoid Kernel and others because he don't want them to find out about what happened. He don't want anyone to interfere. He doesn't know where to go that's why he just decided to stay at the council's office 'till dawn.

He was about to get inside when he noticed some shadow movements in the 3rd floor's hallway at the other building. It's already dark and there's no one here aside from him and the guard that's stationed in the main entrance at this hour. So he wondered who's the rat.

He secretly followed it and frown when seeing it entered the Head of Committee's office. The way he easily opened the door with a lock, Jax knew it's not some ordinary student... Or is it really a student...

Sumandal naman siya sa labas sa gilid ng pintuan ng office ni Mr. Espayo. Hindi na niya kailangan na pasukin ito at tingnan kung sino dahil alam niyang walang ibang labasan kundi ang pintuan lang. Aside from that, he wanted to know what's the motive of this stranger's act.

Jax already have some thought about this especially when seeing the envelope he got from Kitkat, that time when she and Alfonso encountered Franz. It's full of pictures of Alfonso, Kitkat, Mr. Espayo and Caryll that's being stalked by some students that are also members of The Unknown.

He also got the envelope from Mr. Espayo's office weeks ago after that fight with the gangs and Stanley Summit. He didn't tell it to anyone, even Kernel that he got another envelope. The envelope that Kitkat put it in there. Jax saw it under the cabinet when he's talking to Mr. Espayo.

'So that's why I always felt that there were more eyes were looking at me! It's them!' sa isip ni Jax nang maalala ang mga larawan.

Since then he knew that other students were members of The Unknown. Since then he already have some thought about Exseven, if it's really him or someone's just using his name. Pinagkumpara niya kasi ang mga laman ng envelope at ilang beses na rin niyang inisip ang tungkol dito.

'The envelopes from the idiots has the same style. Just stolen pictures with clear meaning and easy for me to understand the message even without words or letters. It's as if that bastard wanted to warn me about the intruders. That the people around me were also being watched, even in my coffee shop!'

'While the other envelope has letters that's obviously not Exseven and just demanding me his vague missions! And those printed words for us not to detect his penmanship!'

Naalala din niya n'ong time na makipagkita sa kanya si Exseven dahil sa USB, nang malaman niyang sulat kamay ang letter na iyon kay Alfonso, doon siya nagsimulang magduda. Naisip niyang bakit 'yong nalaman niyang involve na ang dalawa, doon pa sinulat kamay ang letter.

'And to think that even Violy won't tell us anything about what happened in the field, only means she really met Exseven. As what Hero said, Violy won't even be afraid no matter what the threat was. So threat wasn't the reason why she's also silent about it!' isa sa mga thoughts niya noon.

Iba ang maiisip nila kung si Kitkat lang ang aakto nang ganoon dahil marami itong walang alam pero ibang usapan na kung sina Violy pati si Angel ay hindi nagsasalita. Alam nilang gaggawin ng dalawa ang lahat para sa kanilang kaligtasan.

'It's been thirty minutes since he's inside. Since I know that Exseven is really the one who involved those idiots, I only need to find out who's the one imitating him! Those pictures he sent to me, it's not only a warning that there are those unknown assholes who infiltrated here, it's also for me to realize that there's a reason why he's still not showing himself to me and just used Kitkat and Alfonso... He's also looking for that individual that's imitating him,' sa isip niya nang ibuga niya ang usok ng yosi tsaka sinulyapan ang kanyang relo.

Ilang sandali, lumabas ang isang pamilyar na lalaki mula sa office at dahan-dahan pa itong isara ang pinto. Nagulat naman ito nang makita si Jax sa gilid na patuloy lang na nagyoyosi.

''I wonder who's the rat that's sneaking here so late but I'm not surprised that it's you,'' simpleng sabi ni Jax tsaka umayos ng tayo. ''Are you looking for this?'' tanong pa niya at ipinakita ang envelope na nakuha niya mula sa office ni Mr. Espayo.

Mula sa pagkagulat, agad namang napangisi si Kei Tamaki at hinarap din si Jax. ''Clever as always, leader.''

''So it's you who put this in here?'' Magsasalita na sana si Kei nang muling nagsalita si Jax. "If it's you, why do you need to retrieve it? You even have a hard time finding it."

Naglaho naman ang pagngisi ni Kei at napalitan ng seryosong expression. Dahil doon na-realize ni Jax na nagsususpetya na rin ang kung sinong nagpapanggap na Exseven na may iba pang nagbibigay ng envelope kay Jax maliban sa kanila.

Seeing Kei know about the envelope, Jax already has an idea that it might be the Forbes--The Unknown's leader who's behind it.

"You know I'm not an idiot, Kei. I won't be convinced if you try to tell me that you're the mastermind. Tell your master to show himself to me and tell me what he wants! He'll be embarrassed if he'll continue doing this childish act. Because even if it's only the first sentence of the letter he gave, I already know that it's not from Exseven," kalmadong sabi ni Jax at tinitigan si Kei.

Alam naman ni Kei na pinagmamasdan ni Jax ang kanyang magiging reaction kaya minabuti niyang hindi ipakitang nagulat siya sa mga sinabi nito. Kahit naiinis siya dahil nahuli siya ng binata, hindi niya ito pinakita. Tumawa naman siya at napapailing.

"As expected, it's really hard to fool you! I already anticipated that you'll caught me someday. But you were wrong, all of your assumptions are wrong. A person that only wants revenge doesn't need a master. It is not just me! There are many of them from Yumi that want to bring you down. You're the reason that our organization lost everything!"

"Wake up, Kei. You know deep down that it's not my fault! Dakumasuta were just stronger than us! We were just being used by our organization! We were being manipulated by Ms. Jackson and other higher ups. Yes, I was blinded by my own revenge back then that I didn't even care about my members! Letting them die, letting Reid and others die!"

Huminga naman nang malalim si Jax at muling sumandal sa pader at tumingin sa buwan.

"I don't want to kill you, even if you're the one who kidnapped Kitkat back then and your men tortured her. Stop your revenge because I have been there and done it, and I know you won't get the result you want. I don't want to kill you! I will give you a chance to back out and join us. Me and Clent will be happy to welcome you."

Tumalikod naman si Jax at aalis na sana nang marinig niya ang mapaklang tawa ni Kei.

"I don't know how you able to handle that! Even Clent, especially he lost the people he treasured! His sister Justine and her girlfriend Kim."

"That's the result of the choices we made back then, we lost Reid and others... Kim chose to surrender and help Lavandeir. Justine chose to fight. I and Clent almost lost our lives back then but we chose to surrender that's why we're still alive. The enemy who we thought were cruel saved us and let us live. You remembered Veign? Member of Black Chili who asked you to surrender but you still chose to fight?"

Mabilis na umiwas si Jax tsaka agad hinarap si Kei na may hawak ng dagger. Sabay ng pagharap niya, ay agad niyang naagaw ang dagger sa kamay nito at walang sabi-sabi ay itinutok ni Jax ang dagger sa leeg ni Kei dahilan na muntik na itong malagutan ng hininga. Gulat na gulat si Kei sa bilis ng galaw ni Jax.

"I am still not finish talking!" sinipa ni Jax ang dibdib ni Kei dahilan na tumilapon ito sa sahig. Itinago naman ni Jax ang dagger na nakuha niya.

"You thought you can win against me because I stopped fighting for almost 3 years? This is the reason that you're just a member and I am the leader way back then!"

Tumayo naman si Kei at galit na galit na hinarap si Jax.

"I know my member's capabilities! I know you! You and Clent once lied to me before, afraid that I'll be able to find out that you failed the missions I ordered you to do back then. You're that too afraid of me that's why you lied! You thought that I didn't pay attention to all of you but I am! That's why I know right now, you cannot win against me even if you train for years for your revenge while I'm at the hospital and diagnosed with depression!"

Muling nilapitan ni Jax si Kei at naglalaban ang dalawa ng walang armas. Sinadya ni Jax na hindi gamitin ang dagger dahil ayaw niyang mapatay ito. Alam ni Jax na nag-improve nga si Kei pero hindi pa rin ito kasing galing niya. Ang tanging nakakalamang lang sa kakayahan niya ay sina Kernel at Hero at ang tanging makakapantay sa kanya ay si Exseven... Kahit ayaw man niyang aminin.

Binato ni Jax sa sahig ang patalim na nakuha niya kay Kei tsaka tumalikod. Bago umalis, may sinabi pa siya rito.

"I don't care that you're now part of those unknown assholes! I don't even care about your vengeance! Stop wasting your time... I am already giving you this chance but if you won't take it, I am really going to kill you. You know me! You know what I'm capable of! You might have forgotten that I am very selfish!"

Umalis naman si Jax at galit na galit na pinagsusuntok ni Kei ang pader. "Let's see, Jax Blaine!"

Ikinuyom naman ni Jax ang envelope na hawak niya at hindi na siya tumuloy sa office ng council.

'The fact that he's after this envelope means they're already suspecting that someone's ruining their plan and wanted to know what's inside of this! I won't let them know that it's Exseven and he's using Alfonso and Kitkat!'

Isinuot niya ang kanyang helmet at sumakay sa kanyang motorbike.

'First is Investigate Noreen, that made me involved in The Blues. She wants me to join them. I don't know the consequences in joining the org but I might be killed in joining them. Just like how hard it is for Exseven and his father to get away from the Formed Organization.'

'Second, she told me about my father and Cath's connection. Because of that, it made me go to his house and I got all of his wealth and properties, as well as the USB. It's only me that can retrieve it.'

'She was being targeted by Cath's elder brother, obviously the leader of The Unknown, Kei's mastermind... Kei's right hand is Clark so there's a possibilty that she got an offer from them, to tell me about my father and Cath. That's also the reason why she don't want Franz to know that she told me about it. My hunches were probably right.'

Mabilis na pinatakbo ni Jax ang kanyang motorbike papunta sa address ng matanda. Matagal na niyang inisip ang mga ito noong sinabi ni Kitkat sa kanya na nakita nila si Clark at Aki sa field. Na involved si Aki sa The Unknown. Hindi na rin niya kinompira kina Clark kanina ang mga ito dahil hindi naman na kailangan.

'In short, he want me trap in the organization! His target is Noreen at first but now it's me! She used her for me to retrieve what he's after, the USB and wealth. Very clever!.. But too sad he's against with me and Exseven. I really need to find that dramatic bastard!'

Naiinis siya at the same time ay medyo nakahinga nang malalim na si Exseven nga ang tumutulong sa kanya. Ayaw man niyang aminin pero alam niyang hindi rin basta-basta kalabanin si Ex. Isa pa, naiinis siyang dinamay nito sina Kitkat at Alfonso pero mas okay na din kesa 'yong fake Exseven ang nag-uutos sa mga ito.

He also wanted to thank him for saving Kitkat that time she was kidnapped.

Nang makarating si Jax sa bahay ni Mr. Espayo, agad niyang sinuri ang paligid para tingnan kung may nagmamasid ba dito. Aside sa wala siyang alam kung saan pupunta, gusto niya ring tingnan kung ligtas ba ito dahil isa ito sa naging target ng The Unknown.

Madilim na ang bahay ng matanda kaya expected na ni Jax na natulog na ito. Maliit lang din ito at isang palapag lang pero concrete. Masasabi ring luma na rin. May maliit na gate at wala man lang mga cctv camera sa street at sa bahay.

Naglabas si Jax ng isang yosi at nagsindi habang nakasandal sa kanyang motorbike na naka-park sa harapan ng gate.

'Exseven's parents were also held captive in the Formed Organization. If I join The Blues, I might be able to see if I can help them. Then I will make that bastard bow on me for helping his goddamn parents! He and his girlfriend were always mocking me! Tsk! What am I even thinking!'

Ilang minuto siya doon at nakaubos na ng ikatlong yosi habang nag-iisip sa mga dapat gawin.

'The best choice to make is to act as if I was controlled by Kei's mastermind and join The Blues. Then help the Bastard's Family!'

Katulad ng ginawa ng kuya ni Cath, instead na patayin niya sina Noreen at Clark, gagamitin niya rin ang mga ito para makapasok sa The Blues.

Bigla namang nag-vibrate ang phone niya at nakitang ilang missed calls mula kay Alfonso at may mga text pa ito. Hindi niya ito pinansin at binuksan lang ang nag-iisang message ng unregistered number.

Napaayos ng tayo si Jax nang mabasa ang nag-iisang salita na nasa message na natanggap niya. Kilala na niya agad kung sino ang tangina. May naka-attached na link sa ibaba kaya agad niyang pinindot ito. Na-download bigla ang isang PDF file kaya agad niya itong tiningnan.

Nakita niya ang isang larawan ng lalaking hindi niya kilala. May nakalagay sa ibaba nito na 'Ross Forbes.' at information nito. Nag-iisang information na wala sa USB na nakuha niya galing sa vault ng kanyang ama. Wala din doon ang mga information nina Kei dahil matagal na ang USB na iyon kaya hindi iyon updated.

May isa pang larawan sa ibaba na hindi related sa content. Larawan na ikinamura ni Jax.

Larawan niya na nakasandal sa kanyang motorbike habang nagyoyosi sa harapan ng bahay ni Mr. Espayo.

"Damn you!"

Magsasalita na sana siya at sasabihing magpakita ito sa kanya dahil alam niyang nagmamasid lang ito ngayon. Pero biglang bumukas ang ilaw ng bahay ni Mr. Espayo tsaka binuksan ang pinto at nagmamadaling lumabas ang matanda.

Nang mabuksan ng matanda ang gate, kunot na kunot ang noo ni Jax nang makita ang malapad na ngiti at mukhang galak na galak ang matandang makita siya. Lalo pang nalukot ang kanyang mukha nang nakasuot pa ito ng pajama na terno with polka dots design at naka-tsinelas na may design ng tenga ng rabbit.

"Mr. Connor! It's really you!"

"What kind of pajama is that, old man?"

"I was about to sleep but I notice you! I'm glad you visit me! Come in! Come in!"

"Don't bother! I will leave now and I'm not visiting you!"

"Huwag ka nang mahiya pa, iho! Pumasok ka na! Dito ka na matulog! Alam kong may problema kayo ng girlfriend mo kaya ka pumunta dito!"

"I don't get what you meant! I don't even know you're that interested in me that you even know my arguments with her!" sarcastic na sabi ni Jax. Ganito sila mag-uusap kapag silang dalawa lang.

"Pinag-uusapan ka ng mga members ng council kaya narinig ko. Napansin ko rin na wala ka sa mood. And you came here to ask for my advice! Halika na! Kumain ka na ba?" excited nitong tanong at hinila pa si Jax.

Hindi naman maipinta ang mukha ni Jax dahil sa pagiging assuming ng matanda. Wala na siyang magawa at sumunod dito.

Nireplyan naman ni Jax ang number na ginamit ni Exseven. Kahit wala siyang sure kung mababasa pa rin ba ito ng binata.
