The archaeologist 

It has been almost 3 days, it has been boring these past few days because riding in a cart isn't really as exciting as I thought it would be, luckily the village isn't far away anymore and I'm thrilled because I'll hopefully get some answers about my real family.

Ann has told me some things, like that there are coins called Kama's that you can use to trade for other items at special houses called shops.

She said that this archeologist lives in one of these shops inside the village, he doesn't sell much but you can get special artifacts from him.

[Ann] "Nash could you help me with these Tofu's, I can't get the feathers off"

[Nash] "All right let me help you unfeathering it"

After I had helped to unfeather the tofu's and eating breakfast we jumped back onto the cart and went towards the village.

2 hours later we finally arrived at the village, and the houses are so big! And there are so many people here!

[Argibald] "This is the village Nash, and the archaeologist is in the middle of the village in a big building you can't miss it."

[Nash] "And what are you two going to do here?"

[Argibald] "well the crates inside the cart are full of goods and we are selling them to the local shop after we have done that we are going back to our hometown, will you go with us?"

[Nash] "No sorry I want to figure out who my real family is so I will be looking around here for clues."

The cart comes to a stop I grab my stuff and jump out of the cart.

[Ann and argibald] "Goodbye Nash."

[Nash] "Bye Ann and Argibald, I hope we might see each other again."

I walk away from the cart towards the building were archaeologists should be, on my way I see Lots of buildings some are small some are big, from some you could hear singing from others you could here children.

The ground was tiled with stone brick, it feels much nicer to walk on stone, why aren't all road tiled?

After a few minutes of walking, I finally see the large building that Argibald mentioned, I knocked on the door waiting for an answer.

[Old man] "WHO IS IT, AND WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" I heard a man shout from inside the building.

[Nash] "I'm Nash, and I'm here for the archaeologist of this village, I'm interested in the old races you study." The door slams open startling me a bit. I can see a tall old man with a long beard.

[Old man] "Why does a boy want to know about old races, wait for that hat, come inside boy!" I walk inside and I hear the door close behind me. "By Enutrof might you be, no it can't be there extinct."

The man walks over to his bookcase and pulls out an old-looking book with drawings in it.

[Old man] "Boy can you create portals by any chance?"

[Nash] "Yes."

[Old man] "Could you show me?"

[Nash] "Okay" I wave my hand in a circle and a bluish portal appears.

[Old man] "That hat and you can create portals it can't be, that race should have been extinct."

[Nash] "What race?"

[Old man] "In the old ruins hidden around the world there a scripture written in a long lost language, and what I could understand of this long lost language is that there once was a race called the Eliatrope that ruled this planet but one day they all just disappeared leaving behind some of there artifact and there ruins."

[Nash] "so what your saying is that I'm on of those Eliatrope."

[Old man] "Yes that must be but how? It said that your kind is extinct, but your standing in front of me denying that fact."

[Nash] "But how do you know for sure I am one of these Eliatropes?"

[Old man] "I don't know intuition I guess, and you could go to the ruins nearby to see if there are any clues, would you want to join me tomorrow? I'm going inside the ruins to make more notes."

[Nash] "If I can get more clues about my real family then yes, but I don't have a place to stay."

[Old man] "You can stay at my house I have a few spare rooms you could use."

[Nash] "Is that really okay."

[Old man] "I mean if you're not one of these Eliatropes I'm going to make you pay for your stay."

[Nash] "But I don't have any money."

[Old man] "We can find an alternative…"
