A Commotion

[Mephisto's POV]

(Mephisto shivered, a prickling sensation crawling up his spine.) What's going on? I feel like someone is watching us.. Wait...don't tell me! An assassin hired by Rigurd?! No, it can't be...

(He frantically scanned his surroundings, his eyes wide with a mix of fear and determination.) I hid my presence and even suppressed my magic circulation mana in order for me to completely erase my presence.. Not even a High-Holy Knight can sense my presence if I hide it!

[As Mephisto searched for a spy.. He found a hole where Kenta was hiding, and shoots it with a fireball without hesitatons]

There he is!

[Mephisto was astonished to see Rowan blocking the fireball he shot.]

"Hey you jerk! What do you think you're doing? Causing such a commotion in the house isn't exactly appropriate, is it? You wouldn't want to get into trouble, would you?"(Raises an eyebrow)

"Relax kid, I didn't do it on purpose, I thought someone was spyi-

Huh..? When did he!?

[Rowan punched Mephisto in his jaw and got a following kick in his gut sending him away]

Ackkk! I didn't saw him! He was fast, not even a blink of an eye can catch his speed! (Mephisto muttered while he was in a state of confusion)

"That's what you get for causing a trouble you jerk! You still have an excuse for causing a ruckus!? You almost got Kenta killed!"

(Confused and worried to see Mephisto on rhe ground) "Calm down Rowan! Mephisto isn't an intruder, and he wasn't causing a trouble! He's just being conscious because Rigurd has been following him lately!"

(Rising his left eyebrow while annoyed) "Rigurd? The King of Ronterra Kingdom, and cause a trouble? Don't get me wrong Old-man, I just saved you and this orphanage, and he almost killed Kenta!"

"Okay I get it! I know you're just being protective, but calm down! Mephisto's my former comrade while I was a High-Holy Knight, and he isn't an intruder."

Rowan in his mind: High-Holy Knight?

Old-man a High-Holy Knight? Damn! So Old-Man wasn't a pushover when he was on his prime? But why is he managing an orphanage now, when he can literally be a mentor?

[Mephisto got up with dust all over his body]

"It's okay Admir! I just got what I deserve after careleslly casting a spell on your orphanage."

"I'm sorry kid, didn't mean to shot your friend with a fireball, I thought there was a spy, so I had to eliminate him, because Me and Admir was talking about important."

Damn it! It's been a while since I got a punch that strong! He almost broke my jaw and I got 2 broken ribs!

This kid is really superhuman! I shouldn't have done that!

(Closing his eyes while frowning) "You shouldn't apologize to me, you should apologize to these kids and to Kenta, and you also broke the orphanage"

Huh!? Me? Broke the orphanage? This kid..! He's seriously blaming it on me after he massacred this entire building?

"Alright kid, the entire building is on me, and hey there Kempa... I'm sorry kid, I didn't mean to shoot you with fireball"

"It's Kenta you jerk! Kenta! My name is Kenta, not Kempa!"
