In the waiting room Ben is more distressed with every minute that passes, at that moment unexpectedly a boy appears, who without realizing bumps him. In Claire's room, when the mysterious man was about to turn off the devices so that the woman was supposed to die, he heard the doctors and nurses approach and in an inexplicable way he disappeared when they entered to take care of Claire.

Ben talks to the young man whose name was Ryan, he was taking care of his younger brother, even though it was quick Ben was happy to meet him.

Ben spent the night there and early in the morning he received the warning from the chief surgeon (CC) that he wanted to see him, the young man is guided to his office and they both have a serious conversation:

CC: Your Mother carries with her, it seems that since childhood, a chronic disease, known as "Wilms Tumor"

Ben: And what is a Wilms tumor doctor? 😨😰

CC: Also known as nephroblastoma, it is a malignant tumor that originates in the kidney. It is the most common type of kidney tumor in childhood and can affect one or both kidneys. If not treated urgently, the person may not resist, and in the case of his mother the disease has reached a critical level.

At school, the boy who always watched Ben misses him and in some strange way he missed

??: Why didn't he come, does it have to do with that pain I felt last night ... Whatever! When I am here, I will take courage and talk to him. But first I need to find out what happened to him.

"It really is a pity that you didn't get to tell the boy the truth and even more that it won't last for long, (laughter) I'll take care of everything, he's in" GREAT "hands, and don't worry, I will not tell him that I was the one who convinced his father to abandon him as a newborn and that I was the one who had his biological mother killed without anyone knowing. It was time to change the doc, the nurses approached the room, the man listening runs away from the window, and they enter without suspecting anything. Around 13:15 pm on an unknown basis:
