'Ansley.' Richard said. Even though he was ready to confront Ansley, he was not over his fear of the man.
All Ansley had to do was talk to Tabitha about whatever it is he had seen in the shed and life for Richard in Garld was surely going to be over.
'Richard! It surely has been a while!' Ansley sounded happy.
Richard found that uncanny because Ansley was not a very happy person. How come he was acting all excited? Had something happened?
'Ansley, we must discuss your letter to me. You must forgive me for not responding, there has been so much for me to do.' Richard said. He did not move his gaze from the beautiful woman before him.
'Forget the letter at this time. I am in a happy mood now. My sister and I have finally found each other after so long.' Ansley stood up from the chair on which he sat and walked to Richard.
He put his arm around Richard and smiled at Delilah, his half-sister.
