"Mom, what really happened? Who are they, and why did they bring Morina?" Serena looked at Jolie with a confused face. She still didn't understand why Jolie didn't seem to care about Morina who had been taken away by the two strangers who had previously made a mess.
"You don't need to know who they are. What is clear is that from this day forward, Morina will never work for me again. She is free."
"Wh-what?" Serena widened her eyes. Jolie's words just now really surprised her, especially when Jolie said that Morina would never return. At the same time, Serena felt her chest tighten, and somehow tears seemed to be trying hard to break out of her eyes.
Serena never imagined that she and Morina would split up, so it was hard to believe when Jolie said that Morina would never come back.
