The end of the battle

It has been a long time since the fool was damaged, let alone cut.

He stared at his opponent with not only anger but a bloodlust that the whole arena could feel its intensity

"How dare you even cut me. You worthless candidate. I will show you just how insignificant you really are."

"Me? Worthless? Have you even seen yourself? Sure your strength is there but your clothes are horrid and I've never heard of a King who wears a hood and hides in the dark."

The fool then punched Eon straight in his face, he tries to use his magic to push him back but it doesn't seem to be working,

"I figured out your pitiful magic. It's Wind isn't it"

Eon is astonished the fool is even able to figure it out on such short notice but he is right.

He was born with innate Wind magic, a magic that no other being had throughout all Kingdoms. He was confused at first but he was not set as an outcast but as an equal to everyone else. Later on, he started to meditate and concentrate on himself and learn how to truly use this gift. An image flashed in his mind. A fearless warrior wielding a sword that appeared to be a katana but was too long to be called one, he was on top of a cliff with two tornados happening left and right, and a huge storm swirling within them.

Around this time his brother, Chuck was born almost as if everything was connecting as he could control the wind and his brother Thunder. And by the time he grew up and could start his first fight he called upon a rainstorm even though his magic is originally Thunder, how could this be? The two brothers then went together and researched whatever they could together to find out the similarities between them and what was happening to them.

Eon found and learned about the omnipotent God of storms Susanoo, he who was banished and slayed Yamata no Orochi the mighty serpent that had eight heads and eight tails. Eon idolized this man with all he could and thought of him as his great idol so that he could one day be on par with him

Chuck found out about Chaac the mighty God of rain that wielded a fierce Thunderous axe and used it to create thunder clouds and strike down any opponent that came his way.

After acquiring this knowledge they trained hard, every day. They studied and learned different ways to use their magic and spells and what strategies they could use. But eventually, Chuck had his stopping point, he no longer gained strength nor could think of anything more and considered himself complete but Eon would never, he continued training and eventually found out the secret no other mage thought they could do

Eon grabs the fool's arm that punched him and releases a large amount of electricity almost burning his clothes but the fool had enough and pushes Eon away with all of his strength.

"Listen both of you. You may think you're all strong and mighty and that everything will work out and you become King of this useless Kingdom. But I'm done playing around now"

White armor is donned onto the fool's the same white armor he's used a couple of times before but this time it's different. Instead of just being armor it seems to be cleaning and fixing his old clothes underneath it

"Do I look more like a King now?" He says whilst mocking Eon

Everyone is confused about this spell, no one truly knows what it truly does and what properties it has, does it increase his speed or his strength? is his magic stronger is it going to power him up even further? both brothers are analyzing and keeping their guard up with extreme focus

"Oh, I'm just kidding. I'd be too strong if I used this, it would just be unfair. Here I know, fight me whilst I use this."

He puts both of his hands together and slowly has them open up whilst creating something in the middle of them made out of pure Light, It looks to be a sword with its hilt looking somewhat Italian and the blade being just the right size but a little denser than the usual common sword

"I name this sword. Solstice"

And immediately clashes with Eon. they start trading hits with each other but they all end up being clashes with Eon barely able to keep up. The fool is overpowering him in strength and speed leaving no entry for him to use his magic and does all this whilst only using one hand in a peculiar stance. butut his brother won't sit there and watch this happen. He charges in trying to help also swinging at the fool with his axe which stumbles leaving Eon to unleash a spell

"Switch"

The fool somehow manages to switch his glove from his right to his left hand instantly and shoots a beam of light directly at Eon.

It wasn't that big or dense but this definitely increased the risk of his life seeing as it went straight through him as if it was nothing.

Both brothers enrage at this and Chuck starts slamming and bashing his axe into the fool's sword to no avail whilst Eon charges up his next spell

"You may have figured out my Wind. But the true storm is coming. NO ONE WILL STOP ME FROM BECOMING HIM NOT EVEN YOU. SUSANOO WOULD NOT FALTER HERE SO NEITHER WILL I. COME HITHER MY STORM"

The rain started to get worse, suddenly. Everything started to seem slow, the fool looked above at the skies, and instantly.

A massive tornado appears in the middle of the arena, both Chuck and the fool are inside of it still fighting not knowing up from down or left from right but it doesn't just end there Eon starts using his Thunder onto the tornado creating a massive storm of those which no Kingdom has faced nor seen.

Some contestants and even the King are wondering if they should even stay within such close proximity to it.

The fool does not yield, he starts getting more serious and focuses all of his strength are finishing things now and fast

He grabs his sword with both of his hands and stares down at his opponent without caring about where or how he is. And gives Chuck a dead stare so great he snaps out of his rage and quivers a little bit leaving a free hit to be landed.

To the human eye, it looked like just one slash but in reality, it was almost thirty with the fool using all his speed in strength in slashing him. He starts to fall down lower and lower inside this tornado bleeding from so many cuts and his blood spewing in all directions, the fool then raises his left hand ready to shoot out a beam of light so large the clouds will disappear but things don't go as planned

Eon jumps up to the fool's level and slices the entire tornado in half with the fool barely reacting in time.

They both start colliding swords with each other in mid-air

"You fool, IM NOT DONE YET"

They start clashing with each other with Eon using his magic to send them even faster to the ground, with both of them collapsing straight to the ground forming a huge cloud of dust with both of them fighting within it, the contestants are only able to see the light from Solstice and the sparks from Eon's katana, unable to see each others attack they both just predict it, parry it and try to riposte as fast as they can with neither party able to land a single hit

"Finally... SOME ENTERTAINMENT FOR ONCE, I LUCE SOLSTICE PROCLAIM YOU KING OF THE THUNDER KINGDOM EON" Says the fool in complete excitement

Eon slowly starts to stagger as the fool only gets faster and faster to a point that even the cloud they made starts to dissipate.

Each slash toward his sword appears just to be a beam of light heading right for it until eventually.

It breaks.
