The first step is to be expelled from the academy.

I was reincarnated in a novel, yes, just as you hear it, but at least I was reincarnated as a handsome guy from one of the most important families in the empire; my life is already solved, right? I wish it was, the problem is that I was reincarnated as Arthur Reclesia, a useless bastard worthy of playing the villain who appears at the beginning to make the main character look good and then dies in a pathetic way, although if that was the only problem then it would be easy; just don't act like a jerk and that's it, but the Reclesia family I come from are not only traitors allied with the demons, but in the middle of the novel they are discovered and the whole family is massacred without leaving anyone alive. Damn, I didn't even finish reading the novel

The greatest genius in history vs the strongest one

Genius

That was an insulting word to describe Alexander Von Einzhart's talent.

The son of a prominent mage family, Alexander was taught his family's mana absorption technique at the age of five.

His talent was already evident when he was able to perform the technique to perfection after observing it once, but things didn't stop there.

Not only did he learn, but by the young age of 6 years old Alexander had completely improved the absorption technique he was taught.

His entire family went into shock. The technique they had used for generations had been improved by a child of only six years old, how ridiculous was that?

When asked how he did it, he replied

"The technique was complete trash, I just adapted it to my style to make it less mediocre."

After improving the technique his mana absorption speed tripled, by the age of eleven his mana already far surpassed that of the veteran mages in his family, both in quantity and quality.

He also learned and mastered all the spells he was taught at a frightening speed, the teachers who taught him had to be replaced every 3 months because they no longer had anything to teach him.

By the time he was 12 years old none of the wizards in his family could cope with him, and no teacher could teach him.

His family was already too small for him.

But luckily for him, "The Full Moon Tower", considered the best wizard tower in the world, heard of his talent and took him in at the age of 13, becoming the youngest person in history to enter the tower.

In the tower he developed his magical abilities every day, at the age of 15 he could cast several spells simultaneously, something that only high level wizards were able to do.

The control he had over his mana was almost divine, spending minimal amounts when casting spells and taking advantage of his full potential, he didn't even need a wand or staff.

During his time in the tower another frightening truth was also discovered.

Alexander had an affinity with all the elements, including the elements of light and darkness.

Elemental affinity is the compatibility that mages have with the elements, a mage with an affinity for fire will cast a more powerful fireball than a fireball cast by a mage with an affinity for earth.

Wizards with an affinity for several elements was not something very rare, but for a wizard to have an affinity for each of them including the elements light and dark was something that had only been seen once before.

5,000 years ago with the appearance of the first and only Great Wizard.

Although many believe that the rank of archmage is the highest point that can be reached, they are very wrong.

The Great Wizard is the one who dominates all magic and all the rules of the world, being able to shape the world as he wishes, reaching the level of a true god.

Many think that Alexander is the reincarnation of this great magician who lived so long ago, and others think that he will be able to reach that state that for several millennia seemed unattainable.

Takehiko stood motionless as he watched Alexander standing in front of him with his hands in his pockets with a calm attitude.

'Tch! why do they always have to be pretty boys?'

Alexander was extremely handsome, there was no doubt that he could romance any woman if he put his mind to it

"Hey, I'm angry now, so I'll punch you in the face!"

Takehiko said with irritation

"Why are you so mad all of a sudden ?"

"I don't know..."

The students on the other hand seemed confused by Takehiko's sudden hostility.

"Hmp!"

Alexander just laughed and looked at Takehiko in a defiant manner.

"Try it!"

When he said that, four red-colored magic circles appeared around Takehiko

"Hmh?"

Boom-! Boom-! Boom-! Boom-!

The circles exploded in succession, creating several shockwaves that sent the students flying.

Alexander, however, remained unperturbed, still with his hands in his pockets.

Voosh-!

Takehiko came out of the smoke seemingly unharmed and ran at full speed to Alexander, arriving in front of him in just a few seconds.

Crack-!

But when Takehiko arrived in front of him, a stone pillar hit him, sending him flying.

Crash-!

Hitting with his palm, Takehiko destroyed the stone column that had lifted him several meters in the air, and using its remains he pushed himself to the ground.

Alexander watched him impassively and summoned several magic circles behind him.

Bang-! Bang-! Bang-! Bang-! Bang-!

Several projectiles shot out from the magic circles, aimed directly at Takehiko.

Swoosh- Swoosh- Swoosh- Swoosh-

Skillfully using the debris from the stone column he destroyed, Takehiko avoided all the projectiles while getting closer and closer to Alexander.

"Not bad kid, let me show you a trick too."

Takehiko's hand was surrounded by a white energy, then he grabbed one of the projectiles thrown by Alexander and with a fluid motion he spun in the air and threw it back at him but with much more power

Alexander seeing the projectile approaching at high speed threw his own making them collide and causing an explosion.

Voosh-!

From the smoke caused by the explosion Takehiko launched a hit at Alexander.

Alexander for the first time in the fight took one of his hands out of his pocket and extended it towards Takehiko creating a barrier.

Crash-!

Takehiko's fist and Alexander's barrier collided causing the barrier to crack.

'I put 30% of my mana into this barrier, and he cracked it with just brute force.'

That in itself was an impressive fact

But...

"You're holding back, I want you to attack me with everything you've got."

"..."

Alexander said and the next moment he summoned a magic circle at Takehiko's side that fired a bolt of lightning that sent him flying.

Voosh- Step-

Takehiko regained his posture quickly and looked at Alexander, who no longer had his hands in his pockets and was releasing an overwhelming amount of mana

"Come!"

A magical circle of gigantic size appeared behind Alexander, astounding the students, but especially the mages

"Hey, isn't that one of the most advanced fire element spells?"

"Haha, this is absurd; that spell takes at least 30 minutes of preparation."

"He's not even using a staff."

While the mages murmured in amazement and were on the verge of madness at the impossible spectacle before their eyes, Takehiko looked at the huge magic circle and, for the first time, adopted a stance.

"You want me to attack you with everything?"

With his right foot back and left foot forward, he lowered his stance; his right arm was resting firmly on his hip and his left was outstretched with an open palm

"All right."

Alexander, who had finished his spell, raised his arm with his blue eyes fixed on Takehiko.

"Meteor!"

Woosh-

As he shouted, a huge fireball began to form on top of him; the heat it gave off was such that even the students several meters away from him could clearly feel it.

Crack-! Voosh-!

Planting his foot on the ground, Takehiko ran at high speed towards Alexander, who in turn shot the huge fire meteorite directly towards Takehiko.

BOOM-!!!!

There was a huge explosion that left the students mowed down; dirt and dust rose up from the shockwave and the students had to hold on with all their strength to avoid being blown away again.

Woosh-

There was silence; the cloud of dust did not allow to see clearly but two figures could be distinguished.

Takehiko stood in front of Alexander with his outstretched palm touching his chest.

"Kūkyo no tenohira".

Wooosh-!

Pressing his palm into Alexander's chest, an intense gust of wind blew through him, clearing the dust behind him

Despite the powerful gust of wind, Alexander stood still, not moving a sentiment, but after a few seconds, he began to fall forward

"I'm sorry, I lied to you."

Said Takehiko catching the unconscious Alexander.

"I didn't give everything."

Woosh-

A shadow began to swallow him, slowly rising from his feet to his head

"But you didn't either."

After saying those last words, Alexander was swallowed by the shadow and disappeared.

Takehiko, without giving it any more importance, turned to the students, who still had astonished expressions on their faces.

"The test is over."

Leaving those last words, Takehiko walked out of the training room without looking back at the students even once.

***

"Didn't you go a little overboard?"

"Oh, don't give me that crap."

In a room Takehiko, Norma, Hari, Vivian, Lucius and vice principal Ozul were gathered.

"But using one of your techniques against a student..."

"I held back, didn't I? And that was what the kid wanted; you can't blame me."

"That student was amazing, and to think he would reach such a level at his age."

Vivian praised Alexander as she watched the replay of the fight that was recorded with a magical artifact

"Yes, he really deserves to be called the greatest genius in the history of magic, Why did he even come to the academy?"

Norma asked as she watched the replay along with Vivian."

"Never try to understand a genius; it will only give you a headache."

Lucius said as he shot a subtle glance at Vivian.

"Eh? What do you mean, and why do I feel like you're attacking me?"

"It's your imagination."

After joking around for a while, they returned to the main topic.

"Alright, according to the analysis, these will be the students who will be selected to enter the special class."

Ozul said as he put up several documents with pictures of various students.

Among them were Alexander, Kein, Anisa, Beatriz, Leticia, Freydis and other students.

"Wow, there are more than we expected".

"Yes, this year quite a few very outstanding students came in."

"And when will you start with this class?"

"Everything is already prepared; we could start tomorrow."

Organizing the schedules of the special class, time passed and the teachers began to leave the room.

"Aren't you coming?"

Norma asked Takehiko

"No, I have something to talk about with teacher Vivian."

"Hmh, okay"

After that, everyone left the room, leaving Takehiko and Vivian alone.

"Alright..."

Takehiko turned to look at Vivian and asked him the topic he wanted to talk about directly.

"Why don't you want Arthur Reclesia to join the special class?"
