Lonely in the Palace
TEON'S POV (9 years old)

The next morning we left the inn and went straight to the Palace. I still didn't know what was going on and I was so tired of being moved around whilst being held against my will. I could only imagine why we were going to the palace and why it was necessary for me to be there. The only thing I knew was that my grandmother was going to get some money by the end of it all.
When we arrived at the palace my grandmother, Thomas and I were led inside the castle and taken to a waiting room where we would wait for the Emperor to finally call for us when he was ready.
Thomas then remained seated in the waiting room when we were finally called. He wasn't going to see the emperor with us.
