1965 " the world has only one law, the law of the strong"

January 1st, 1965

Joel's eyes opened forcefully, sweating profusely. It had been 3 months since he somehow transmigrated (don't ask how he was so calm with it, he wasn't). Everything had taken some getting used to, a new family, a new behaviour pattern and making everyone around him think he was changing naturally.

Who was he now?, Joel Nwosu same name as his last life just that this one was well born before life was entertainment.

He walked towards the bathroom and stood in front of the window of his London apartment, he had to admit 60s was a bit fun. A perk of having a rich Nigerian dad in the 60s was that you got to study in the UK and his present self had just graduated from Cambridge on a double major of chemical engineering and industrial engineering. To admit it properly Joel was sure if this body didn't knock off somehow maybe with his double major he'd be famous in Nigerian history. His major was so unlike other Nigerians who came all the way here just to study African history which was a bit laughable but then it was an African thing to value any certificate from the UK so much.

Anyways, he wouldn't blame them though if he didn't have a stupid, annoying system in his head with his double major he'd just stay here after all coming from the future he knew Africa would be more of a shithole than a continent in the future. If the system didn't require him to go back to Africa he'd just stay here, find a job and make his father proud he was working abroad but the system wouldn't let him

[main mission(1): Secure southern Nigeria]

- sub mission: return to Nigeria

Reward: based on completion and 1 lottery opportunity

Failure: Death

When he saw this mission, he just wanted to maybe crawl back and die, it was stupidly hard to ask him to do the impossible because he knew well enough that while the northern part of Nigeria might be uneducated they wouldn't give up Southern Nigeria especially now that crude oil was in southern Nigeria, it was almost impossible to make someone spit out the meat in his mouth especially when it just started creating profits.

But the possible punishment of death obviously was the best motivation and maybe because the system came with a database of technology till the period he originally died(2036), although most post 70 tech was locked to him.

So figuring he'd need money for the plan, he borrowed the Dynamic Random Access Memory and had it patented and permanently licensed to both Toshiba and IBM for £4 million making himself possibly the second richest person after chief Louis Ojukwu. Don't underestimate £4 million it was a lot in the 60s and with a Barclays passbook he'd figured it was time to head home.
