"Oh! By the way... Before we start on Tenshi... These magical beasts... Where are they being placed?"

Philip asked

"A massive island is being built around Atlantis as its center. The image is according to Atlan, the Atlantian King. A dense magical forest then will be grown to house these magical beasts and mystical creatures, with the monitoring of the Atlantians and a secret organization of course, and a transporter or Stargate Technology that's only applicable around Earth will be built"

Philip clutched his chin at the thought of the Stargate Technology. He still believes that teleportation is still not available because it deals with manipulation of space. There are still no ability users similar to manipulation of space or time, not to mention science trying to create it

'Maybe... There's hope?'

He then thought of the Floor Transporter inside the Core Academy where it can literally teleport someone across floors, as well as Yozu's ability to teleport anywhere in the Core Academy

'I think it's because the entire Core Academy is one body? Anyone inside the academy can be transported in one place or another instantly? Like anchors, or how nerves or blood flow across in the body. But the Core Academy is on a macro scale'

Philip tried to think of ways on how the Core Academy could access teleportation

'Zxhst's ability of teleportation should not be considered because he is a personification of mana and he could freely control mana. Since mana is dark energy and dark matter is magic, Zxhst could manipulate space via dark matter and use teleportation... So, in theory, Space Manipulation is feasibility, but it's a feat that can't be achieve as of now...'

Philip then thought of Yuze's Shift ability

'It's almost teleportation, but not quite. It's just an instantaneous acceleration from one point to another in terminal velocity. Well, maybe, her ability can evolve to teleportation if her limits were broken'

Philip then turned back to Sai

"This Stargate Technology, is a study being conducted?"
