Chapter 2: Am I in Nasuverse?!

{1st Pov}

Darkness, all I could see is this Dàmñable darkness. Well I should just shout or scream to confirm any sound on this place that I officially called 'The Void', yet I couldn't even make a sound or something.

I tried to wave my arm right infront of me, but I couldn't see or hear the sound of air waves and I feel like I couldn't feel my feet. Well I did die from gunfire but if I am to find a solution then I should find a way out of here.

I decided to imitate like I was swimming in a backyard pool, yet I don't know if I did move or not, this place is creeping me out slightly. I am already used to this since fifteen of my mission already creeped me out so bad, but this place I could definitely say it is on fifth place of the most creepy place I will ever see in my life.

Hold on, what's this? I feel like my arm is surrounded by jungle vines or something, even a rope maybe? As I was thinking this the mysterious vines pulled me towards a small light, It's so bright that I have to close my eyes. I already been to brightest places and yet this took the number spot in my books.

{Third POV}

Kayato couldn't see it but the thing that's pulling is is a chain made of some unknown material, the place Kayato was being pulled is Fuyuki City just 2 hours before the aftermath of the Fourth grail war.

Kayato also didn't know is that his body revert to that of a seven year old boy, his clothes was instantly changed from a black hoodie for adults to black jackets for kids. Same with his pants and shoes.

Then the scenery changed to fire and black smoke. A place that it is perfect to call hell on the city. Yet Kayato was sure he's seen this scenery before. 'Fire, fire, fire, everything is literally on fire. This place looks similar to the Great Fuyuki fire of Nasuverse for the Fate/Stay night anime shows. But I don't see that black mud anywhere.' Though Kayato.

Kayato stood up but he still see that his vision didn't moved from low point of view to a higher place. He looked down and saw that immediately froze him. He became a kid again. Again. Again. Again. That was something he never thought possible to be a kid again. A world of naivety and fun. Something only kids can enjoy and not be burden to stuff like selling, sponsoring, etc.

Kayato knew something was off, he was an adult that's for sure but did his age go back to being a 7-8 year old kid. Kayato was trained from that Organization and he never let his guard down. So he thought something was up.

He looked around and decided to move somewhere else and boy was it something he didn't realize. After moving to a broken apartment, there was windows still okay but has short cracks on it. So Kayato looked and saw something that made him almost scream.

What he saw was a younger version of Shirou. Something Kayato seen since his a big Fate series fan as he delve deeper. So something like this made him go over fanboying, why? because his thought process is this 'Oh my god, oh my god, I'm shirou now. But wait he did say like he can only recall his name but not his family name.' Kayato thought as he still look at the window.

He then shake his head to re-direct his attention. He then decided to walk again but this time he saw the people who are dying, the same scene that shirou dreamed off a month after the fire. But this isn't the original shirou, this is kayato the Trained mercenary. Kayato immediately left knowing that he has to go through this.

Kayato coughed over and over due to the smoke. But he still held on as he knew where he is at. Then he collapsed. He can't see clearly since the smoke made him dizzy. Because the smoke has magical air or something in them that made kayato dizzy. So when he collapsed he thought 'Thank god I made it. Aghh my head really hurts'

That was then he was found by Emiya Kiritsugu as he take all the rocks and burned bricks around kayato as he calls to him

"Can you hear me? Please say something. Please."

Kiritsugu said as he calls for kayato. Which he replied.

".....fir...fire.....so....much....fire....it's....so....hot....I..wanna..sleep..slee...."

This made kiritsugu happy as he said thank you over and over. He grabbed Kayato and hug him as he cried. Inside Kayato's head, everythings a mess.

'F*ck*ng finally, I AM SAVED! AND IT'S KIRITSUGU! OH YEAH I AM IN THE RIGHT PATH WOOOOHOOOO!!!!, *ahem now I should change somethings slightly. Like the name. I am shirou but since I do have the same appearance but I got transmigrated without his memories so I should take his place and do the Holy Grail War in a different path and methods.' Thought Kayato as he finally let himself sleep for the first time in this world.

&Timeskip 3 days later&

It's been three days since he was saved in the fire and again it is exactly like the Anime. Due to kayato being an Anime and Light Novel fan including manga, he only know Fate/Stay Night anime series animated by Studio Uf*table as he feels that the studio did justice to every fight. He never watched the heaven's feel anime film trilogy as he can't go to the theaters due to the Organization known as ClockBrick. But he only got a gist of it from Fanfics and Fandoms.

Kayato, once asked for name, keep his name from the previous world as even if the name is different the path towards the HGW(Holy Grail War) will never be changed. The only thing he can changed is when Shirou was still a child and being trained by kiritsugu.

While kayato was looking at the window, he heard kiritsugu talking with a doctor or nurse. He look towards the conversation is being held and the person Kiritsugu was talking to left. Kiritsugu then turned around and saw Kayato looking at him.

Kiritsugu walked towards kayato and crouch slightly so that kayato could see his face without looking up and said.

"I don't think your relatives are alive. So how about this, do you want to go with a stranger that saved you or go to the orphanage and wait for some couple to adopt you?"

(An: I can't remember this conversation so I just made it my own. Also it is exactly the same thing when shirou was adopted by kiritsugu and left the hospital)

Kayato just thought 'I choose you instead of the orphanage' then he immediatly pointed his index finger towards kiritsugu. This made kiritsugu smile.

"Alright, good then we will get you checked up for leaving and the certificate for adoption." He said as he crouch downwards and grab the clothes provided for Kayato underneath the bed.

"Oh yeah. I forgot to mention this but, I'm a magus" Kiritsugu said as he look at Kayato then left to the counter outside the room.

After that kayato was officially named Emiya Kayato. And kayato knew the upcoming hardships as he set up a plan to make kiritsugu to agree to teach him magecraft just a few months after their new home is finished being repaired.
