CADIVAN

When Kal vanished from Central Park, he reappeared and stood on the sun lit side of the moon, and far off in the distance was a giant blue marble shining in the void of space, the Earth.

"Now that's an awesome view"

After admiring the Earth for all of 3 seconds, he turned his back to it and began walking on the moon's surface towards the dark side.

After a 30 minutes' walk coupled with a bit of zero G jumping, Kal reached the dark side and a smile appeared on his face as he found what he was looking for.

In the space just above the dark side of the moon, was a poorly maintained space ship. It had dents and scorch marks all over its metal body with a paint job that was mostly bad graffiti.

Thanks to the space stones abilities, Kal was able to detected the ship the moment it came out of a rip in space, the wormhole.

Kal began to X-ray the ship and saw its interior and found it only had one crew member at the front of the ship, mostly like the cockpit.

With a thought, he vanished from the moon's surface right in to the ship.

Cadivan preferred to hunt down NOVA's, so coming to Earth for this bounty was out of his comfort zone.

Two days ago, he arrived in this solar system and approached Earth taking cover behind its moon when he was close enough so as to hide from planetary sensors given that his clocking field was acting up.

Like every sense able hunter, the first thing Cadivan did when he reached was find out about his target, after all having a planet as a bounty reward is un heard of.

Cadivan hacked all the planets satellites and again access to a lot of information sources were he learnt about the failed Chitauri invasion and the Avengers.

"Damn this planet has protectors good enough to stop an alien incursion… and one of them in the Asgardian Lightning Prince, I need to be careful"

Searching through more data sources, he finally found information on the bounty he had come for on a secure SHIELD server.

"There's a video of him in action, let's see what he can do" Cadivan said before playing the video.

The video began playing and it showed Kal dealing with a leviathan and then hundreds of Chitauri warriors, without moving.

Cadivan began laughing out loud banging his fist on the control panels in front of him until his laughter began to slowly die down.

He then took a depth breathe before saying, "Only a fool would mess with someone like that and I am no fool"

Cadivan then pulled up the navigation map and set a course for the Andromeda Galaxy, "Let me get the hell out of here before I am noticed and return to what I do best, hurting NOVA's"

Cadivan was about to active his wormhole generator when a voice from behind him spoke saying, "Are you going to leave without saying hello"

Cadivan quickly draw his buster and turned, "AHHHHHHH, DIEEEEEEEE" he scream as his finger kept pulling the trigger unloading numerous rounds at Kal.

Eventually he ran out of ammo and that's when he realised, that the person he was firing at was not even fazed by the rounds fired at him.

Cadivan began to quickly reload, planning to open fire again but Kal wasn't having any more of that so invaded Cadivan's mind.

"Drop your weapon and sit still" Kal order.

Cadivan obeyed, dropping his gun and seating still.

Kal began to slow walk towards him, "so this is what a bounty hunter from space looks like…. I am un impressed" he said.

"Sorry to disappoint" Cadivan replied.

Kal shook his head, "it is okay, not all of us are born with great looks"

Kal sat on the co-pilot seat and looked at Cadivan, "I was hoping my first bounty hunter would be a sexy female blue or green alien, but it's your ugly mug"

Kal slowly shook his head in disappointment as he looked at the red eyed paint faced bounty hunter.

"Tell me, how do you want to die?" Kal asked.

"I would rather not die" Cadivan quickly responded.

Kal slowly nodded his head, "you know originally I planned on letting very bounty hunter that came after me live and just mind control them and create myself an army, but then it occurred to me, why the hell do I need an army when I can cause planetary extinction on my own"

"If you can really achieve planetary extinction on your own, then an army is pointless" Cadivan said in agreement.

"Exactly what I have been thinking. Now if you had an immense amounts of magic flowing through your body that I can forcible take later when I finally get the Soul gem from the cold dead body of Thanos, then I would be inclined to let you live….for a while longer"

"So do you have immense amounts magic running through your veins?" Kal asked.

"No, but I am go at infiltration. How about I become your agent to sneak…" before Cadivan could finish his pitch, Kal waved his hand and shut his mouth.

"You have nothing I want, so I am going to kill you today Cadivan, and there is nothing you can do about it"

Cadivan looked at Kal with fear in his eyes, which then slowly faded and was replaced by resolve.

Cadivan decide to face his death with no fear.

"I see you have pushed your fear away, we can't have that" Kal said as a cruel smile appeared on his face.

Kal called on his space manipulation abilities and move the entire ship and all its contents from the dark side of the moon to right next to the sun.

Cadivan's eyes widen when he realised what had just happened, Kal had moved the entire ship without turning on the engines.

"How did he do that…wait is that the sun?" he asked himself.

Kal looked at the sun then at Cadivan, "you know I have always wondered what happens to a body as it falls in to the sun, I guess today I find out"

Under Kal's control the ship began to approach the sun and just like water poured on the hot desert sand, Cadivan resolve began to evaporate.

The ships shields began failing and the temperature and radiation in the ship began to rapidly increase, causing alarms to go off all over the vessel.

Kal ignored then as he accused the ships computers were he found some really interesting information.

For one Cadivan was wanted by the NOVA's, with a very handsome reward on his head.

The reward wasn't a planet, but it was recognizable currency used across the Andromeda Galaxy and the money looked quite a lot.

Kal sighed because he wouldn't get to see Cadivan's expression as he burnt up.

He then turned and looked at Cadivan who was sweating staring at the approaching sun and said, "looks like I need you head."

"You need my what?" Cadivan asked with fear now written all over his face.

"Your head" Kal said as reached out and pulled Cadivan's head clean off his body like an apple form a tree and put in his black ring.

Kal then phased through the ship to float in space and watched as was it pulled by the sun's powerful gravitational field then burn up and explode, miles away from the sun's surface.

"That was underwhelming" Kal said as he watched the ship's explosion disappear in the already existing giant fire ball that was the sun.

"Now back to Earth and pay Stark a visit, he still owes me an apartment"
