Some of the BOD were also part of the shareholders.

The major shareholder was Belle Yang, amounting to 60%. When her great grandfather said that she will be the Chief Executive of Operation, he transferred all his shares to her. Then, Director Ma had 5%. As to why it end up huge like that, they will know later on. And the rest were unevenly distributed by the seven people inside the room.

Belle sat on her designated chair and flipped the folder in front of her. It was just a simple presentation of revenues and the status of the company, in other words, typical meeting, but they do not know that Belle added some twist on it.

The meeting started as the whole room now filled with different personas. Some were good, mostly were scheming.

Ren Tao entered the room too, because he's the personal assistant of Belle and of course, he had his own share in the company. He's second to Belle, he had 20% of the shares.

Ren handed over the folder and USB containing the information about Director Ma. She just put it in front of her, nonchalantly.

The one who presented the meeting was Ren Tao. Of course, he's the capable assistant of Belle. He has to do it whether he liked it or not.

The meeting started of how much was the net worth of the company then it grew over two years and then when the time Belle Yang became the CEO. In the span of one year that she sat down, she put the company into 2 billion USD, net worth from around 800 million USD.

The people in the room were quite happy with the company's growth. It only meant that they will acquire more of the shares available in the market. To some of them, it only meant, profit.

Director Ma, however, did not find it appalling. He thought that it was only right for the company to do so. He on the other hand was quite angry with Belle's feat. It could only mean that his dream of being the CEO, was still out of his reach and Belle's position to solidify.

The meeting ended up without any hitch and Director Ma did not fuss over which he rarely do. He was known as 'meticulous' in the company. He would find faults at almost all of the presentations and meetings in the company before.

He did not know either why did he not fuss over the matters tackled by Ren Tao and Belle. He was just there listening and deep within him, he actually find it satisfying.

The meeting was long over and Belle supposedly to exit the boardroom first. They did not know why Belle did not exited the room and was sitting at her seat comfortably.

Some of the shareholders were discussing about how to groom their shares to earn more. They wanted to invest in the stocks outside the company but they could not find any suitable market to bet on.

On the other hand, Belle was fiddling her phone and played with her swivel chair. She kept half-spinning it and ignored the small talks around her.

The men in the room was about to exit when Belle called their attention. Since she's not moving, they stood up and was about to exit the room when Belle spoke.

"Gentlemen, please stay a little longer." she said with a not so loud voice but it was clear that everyone of them heard her. They keep themselves back seated and waited for Belle to talk about something but a minute has passed yet Belle kept quiet in her chair.

The seven men then received something on their phone at the same time. They kept their phone with them to ensure that they will get the calls they wanted to receive.

Some of them looked at their phones with aghast expressions and some of them looked like it has nothing to do with them. The only person that did not receive the email sent was Director Ma. He on the other hand busied himself with the snacks provided for that meeting. It was on the other side of the room so when he got back, they actually looked at him with mixed emotions.

"CEO Yang, look at this. It was so unethical. How could he?" said the man who was in his forties. He looked like a descent man.

"What are you talking about?" Belle asked the man. The man stood and went straight to her with the phone on his hand and some video was playing. He showed the video to her.

The man on the video was rotund. He was having a 'good time' in the video together with a woman that looked like she was about to puke because obviously, she was forced.

It was about fifteen video clips that were sent to them and finally, they knew the man. It was Director Ma!

He was the one who was filming his shamelessness and was exposed to them. Director Ma wrinkled his brows when the rest of the group isolated him. He did not know why and approached one of the men to see the thing that kept them busy but the man dodged him and even covered his phone.

"Director Ma, its not good to peep at someone else business. Mind your own" said the other director. It was as if it was not Director Ma's business they're minding.

Director Ma walked out from the boardroom with a snort.
