"Let me get this right. You have been ignoring me for a while now and also spoke with this Maxwell for twenty minutes just so I can hear this? That you don't want a baby?" Raymond asked again.
"Yes," Cyprian replied.
Raymond sighed out loud, running his hand through his hair.
"Why all this drama just to tell me you don't want a baby? The same day I said I want a baby, you could have told me then and all this would have been forgotten."
"I...I thought you might want to break up with me because—"
"Break up with you because you don't want a baby?! And then do what, stay alone and celibate for my whole life. I won't have a baby with any other woman except you, Rian, so just know that you are stuck with me for life," Raymond declared, a smile which was opposing the firm tone he talked with, spread brightly on his face. He could not measure how relieved he was right now.
