3 Chapter Three

I looked over at the shop owner and sent him a death glare before tossing an E Crystal to him.

Before my eyes appeared a Menu.

The shop owner walked over to me and explained to me what the options were.

He told me that I should start with [Character Creation] and then go on to create a world.

I did as he said and entered [Character Creation].

To my surprise, a person soon appeared in front of me and that was nonother than myself!

I found that my body on screen was not wearing any clothes and didn't have anything...and I mean I DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING!

I had no sexual organs that would prove that I was male or female!

I found that the only option I had was to give myself clothing...

I gave myself some shorts and a black T-shirt before clicking [Confirm] and I found myself back at the Main Menu.

I then clicked [Create World] and found that it asked me to input a seed.

I looked over at the shop owner in confusion and he told me that the seed will change what the world looks like.

I imputed a string of random numbers and looked at the other options I had.

I could name the world, change the settings, and add something called...mods.

"What are mods?" I asked the shop owner.

"Mods are free player made continent that you could use in your worlds, for example, I created a Mod called Stronger Undead which gave the undead type monsters a 100% chance to spawn with armor and weapons." the shop owner explained.

"Can anyone create a Mod?" I asked.

"Of Course, in the main menu you can click the Mod option and in there you can either download a Mod or create your own. Of course, there is also the option of creating a ModPack," he told me.

"A ModPack? What's that?" I asked.

"A Modpack is a large pack of mods that could range from hundreds to thousands," he explained.

"But be warned, some mods deemed as a Cheat will prevent your worlds from earning any kind of Token." he continued.

"Token? What's that?" I asked in confusion.

"A Token is used to redeem prizes from my Cafe," he told me.

"Prizes? What kind of Prizes?" I asked.

He then pointed towards a large display case next to the counter that had five items on display.

I walked over to the display case and looked at the names and descriptions of the items.

[Healing Potion(30 Sold Per Day)(50 Tokens) - A Miraculous Potion from Minecraft that can heal even the most severe of injuries instantly after drinking with no Side Effects, Note: Can't heal all injuries]

[Strength Potion(30 Sold Per Day)(50 Tokens) - A Miraculous Potion from Minecraft that increases the user's strength by 130% for 3 Minutes with no Side Effects]

[Speed Potion(30 Sold Per Day)(50 Tokens) - A Miraculous Potion from Minecraft that increases the user's speed by 20% for 3 Minutes with no Side Effects]

[Ender Pearl(15 Sold Per Day)(250 Tokens) - A smooth greenish-blue ball that when thrown will teleport the thrower to wherever it lands, note it will cause great pain and damage to the thrower's body]

[Golden Apple(5 Sold Per Day)(500 Tokens) - An apple that is covered in gold, upon eating a Golden apple the eater's body will regenerate at an incredible speed and will grant the eater a sturdier body for 2 Minutes with no Side Effects, Note: Can cure diseases, heal most injuries, regenerate lost limbs, and is extremely beneficial to the eater's health]

When I looked at my new customer looking at the items on display by the counter I found that his eyes opened wide in shock.

He hurriedly turned around and rushed toward me and asked "Sir, are these real?!"

I smiled and said, "You will find out once you purchase one."

He nodded and told me once more that if this was a Scam he would arrest me.

While he returned to his computer I looked at the new notification I got from the system.

[Completed Task: First Customer

Task Description: As a shop owner the most important thing to keep your business running is having customers, in seven days gain a customer.

Task Reward: Level up

Time Limit: 7 days

If Task is left incomplete: The Host's Death]

"What will happen now that I leveled up?" I mentally asked the system.

[With you now being level 1, you get 10% of the E Crystals from sales, and the size of the shop will increase]

"How big of an increase?" I asked.

[The Store's size will double and the computers will increase from 12 to 24]

"When will this change occur?" I asked.

[When you go to sleep at night the Store will be upgraded automatically]

I see...

I looked over at my customer and found that he entered his Minecraft world while wearing the VR Helmet.

[Mike POV]

Upon created a Minecraft world a line of words appeared before me on a loading screen.

[It is recommended that you place on the VR Helmet to experience everything Minecraft has to offer]

I picked up the helmet beside the computer and put it on.

Once I put on the Helmet I found that my surroundings changed!

I was within a dark eerie forest that blocked the sky...

I could feel the wind blow against my skin, the smell of flowers, and even hear the leaves of the trees rustle.

Suddenly a HUD appeared in my vision and a tutorial appeared in front of me...

[To Open your inventory simply think, 'Inventory']

It then went on to tell me about my health, thirst, hunger, temperature, and Coordinates.

Then finally it showed me my daily tasks.

[Daily Task 1: Survive the Night(0/1)(Reward: 5 Tokens)]

[Daily Task 2: Build a House(0/1)(Reward: 1 Token)]

[Daily Task 3: Make a Cow Farm(0/1)(Reward: 1 Token)]

[Daily Task 4: Shear Leaves and Gain a stack of leaves(0/64)(Reward: 1 Token)]

[Daily Task 5: Kill 25 Monsters(0/25)(Reward: 10 Tokens)]
