Adam walked to Victor. Seeing Adam approaching Victor was Happy to show his work to Adam and ran to him. Everyone stopped what they where doing and looked towards the newcomer.

Adam ordered victor to assemble the members to stand in order as they where standing. Adam introduced himself and Victor as his subordinate and he Recruited them all here to create an Organization. More then Half of the people have their Loyalty Decreased and other increase by a lot.

As you Guessed we will doing both legal and illegal work and when I say illegal its to sell things I provide on the black market and collect information". I have a Bottom line "DO NOT HARM INNOCENT PEOPLE."

Adam noticed 10 of them who where happy to hear not to harm innocents. He pointed at those 10 and asked them come forward and asked their cultivation level which seems they don't even have any cultivation.

After that A captain and 2 Vice captain will be selected and rest will be members and you will form a mercenary Team and start a security company is that clear. Adam Smiled at Victor and ordered him to "kneel". Hearing the word Victory Knelt at once with a happiness. Adam Placed his Hand on his Head and passed 25000 cultivation points slowly

And His cultivation stopped Raising. Victor was even more dumbfounded. raising cultivation with in Tier 0 can be done Thou its costly can be done but raising once cultivation from Low tier 1 and Mid tier 1 instantly is almost impossible.

And Adam once again alerted him since your level raised through me you cant control your strength and physique so don't try to improve your cultivation try to increase control over our strength and solidify your foundation.

Adam after increasing his strength to High Tier1. he noticed he cant use his full strength and he is stiff as a wood when it comes to combat. And specially the Energy control for spells are almost non existent. he needed a month at least to control my strength so he decided that will not increase his subordinates cultivation rapidly and wait till they have enough training which my be 2 months.

There where 1000 swords and 10 spears and 10 bows and 10 throwing knifes. And the guy who dropped the items informed that Marquee Clara what to upgrade spears, bows and knifes to see how they work.

From his face its clear the the Store Manager ( Pierce family weapon shop manager ) do not know what is happening it seems Clara is keeping it a secret till the weapons are for sale.

As Adam brought the Items to the prepared room to upgrade then he wanted to call the butler to send 2 maids to help him out but then he looked at his shadow and called the Blond1 and Blond 2 as he calls them they refuse to talk so he gave a nick name them. Both appeared in front of him he asked them to arrange 500 swords in a line and rest 500 and in a bucket.

After its done he simply extracted everything in the bucket and all the swords vanished. Then he walked towards the aligned swords and started walking as he touches the swords. And added +1 toughness and sharpness. His work took like 15mins. While arranging the swords by the blonds took 30 min then he repeated the same for the spear , bow , throwing knife.
