A Menace Mage
Inside the city of Everhart, the thriving bustle ground beneath the relentless sun. Guilds became the focal point of every person, depending on where they worked. Even a builder could find a job in the Masons Guild, or a carpenter inside the Crafters Guild.
Ember visited one of the most famous guilds in the world, with a member count that was almost twice as many as the other guilds combined. As she marched down the street, people recognized her and whispered among themselves.
"That woman is the Light Blade, right? What is she doing here?" whispered a man to another with a frown as they watched Ember push the Adventurers Guild's door open. "Let's follow her inside!"
A small crowd formed behind Ember, comprised of hardened men admiring a small-framed woman. Ember was not only registered in the Adventurers Guild before she became a retainer, but she was also famous for saving countless others in the guild.
