The Ascension

This was a lousy day like no other, Aiden who was 14 and already coming into high school could barely move a muscle when he heard his mom call for him to go to school. He was fumming at the fact that he had to be with all his classmates especially the ones that bullied him the most. It was also his birthday so today really was a special day for him, he would just have to go through school and wait for the everlasting moment of his mom saying "happy birthday, Aiden". He was in fact an only child that wore all the responsibility all on his own like the tough guy he was. All his life he felt a part of him that felt mysterious and untouched even by himself, sometimes scaring him to the core.

Aiden once finished with preparing went downstairs to meet his mom who was somewhat very happy this morning as she unexpectedly had a weird smile. "I would like to leave right now" said Aiden without saying anything else, he was once again angry but also nervous that his bullies were going to be there. Not only was he a lone child but he also had no friends at his previous school as he had very bad social skills. His mom frowned and was opening her mouth say something but decided against it. They drove in peace talking about how his high school life was going to be. That is when it all started, the day one life changing event would alter the course of my life by a hundred fold.

We were almost to the high when suddenly I could hear a loud but subtle vibrating noise coming from my seat, for a second it was there but ended so there was nothing to worry about. Unfortunately my hopes were quickly denounced as I could feel it again but an even stronger presence. For some apparent reason my mom never noticed what was happening as she calmly kept driving. This was very scary now as I did not expect her to not know what was happening. A few seconds later and my whole body seemed to be vibrating in a slow pace, as if that second I could feel myself being pulled up from my seat a few feet below the cushioned seat. It was clear this was not normal, I could only try to call out for my mom but so far nothing happened. It was as if she saw me sleeping, I already was coming off the seat when the speed I was pulling off increased. My face turned frail and I couldn't move one muscle, now I was starting to scream because of the fact I was already out of the car. I looked up and what I could only see was the monstrous but also intimidating space like ships I'd seen on a poster board once. After a few minutes I decided to not do anything as I was already frightened on what the heck was happening. I was already up in the air when I could see the entirety of what was doing something to me. in just one minute I sped up so fast I was close to a hatch of some kind that opened up.

Inside there was a light illuminating into me, my eyes blinded and regained vision I could now see a gigantic space that looked like it belonged to some type of military. I jumped off in an attempt only to land on pure rough metal that brushed against my face. The inside was like a humongous military station riddled with all sorts of planes and weaponry. I dashed to the side of a type of cruiser and could see hundreds of platoon like formations that covered almost twenty playing fields, it was clear this was an army that in my head would be connected to a large empire of regime. All of the "things" there were slender like people that looked almost human, they had rough scales on their backs and we're red.
