I have divided the Family/Clan generation into three levels.

The Eighth Elder is the mother of Jian Xing: Jian Yue, Wuhun Snow Demon Sword, level-85 Control-type Soul Douluo.

The Ninth elder is the father of Jian Xing: Jian Tian, Wuhun Thunder Heaven Sword, level-84 Attack-type Soul Douluo.

The Tenth Elder: Jian Long, Wuhun Flame Dragon Sword, level-81 Attack-type Soul Douluo.

The remaining people of the first & second generations are either Soul Saints or Soul Emperors. As for the third generation, most of them are still young and unawakened while there are some awakened ranging from 10 to 40 levels.
