Chapter 9: Caring Servant

Blessing Ritual

I have read an old book before in my parents mini library, but I didn't really understand it since I am just a normal person that time.

In one chapter in that book. It was written their the procedure how to coduct a blessing ritual. Pinaliwanag din ng author ng librong 'yun na isang Astramore na manghihingi ka ng himala sa angel na nabibilang sa domain of powers mo.

If I ask for blessing from angels in Fate domain, I have a big chance to recieve their blessing or gifts because I belong to their domain of supremacy.

I stare at Paris he is standing beside me in front of the mini library in my parents room.

I'm sure na nandito lang 'yung librong 'yun manipis lang 'yun at maliit. I don't remember kung saan ko 'yun sinuksok kasi ang tagal na nu'n.

I control Paris since connected din ako sa mga nakikita niya, pinahanap ko din sa kaniya 'yung libro na hinanahap ko.

Medyo confusing 'yung magkaroon ka ng two sight. If youre wondering how can I see text in book when I can only saw threads.

My sight have two modes. Una is yung threads that indicate that a species have life and their lifespan. Ang pangalawa same lang ng una, ang pinagkaiba outline lang ng mga matter 'yung nakikita ko. Parang drawing.

'Yung panglawang mode 'yung kadalasan kong ginagamit kasi kumakati 'yung mata ko pag sinuri ko 'yung threads ng mga living things around me.

After 10 minutes na paghahanap finally nakita ko rin. I stop controlling Paris since wala na akong kailangan sa kaniya. Ang boring niyang kasama hindi kagaya kay Mr Leomoro.

Kaya ko naman siyang pagsalitain pero para akong baliw nu'n self talking lang. Tyaka it's a waste of my energy hanggat maari I don't use force or energy baka mabinat 'yung katawan ko because of my still regenerating soul.

Dapat nga magpahinga lang ako but since exited akong iupgrade 'tong si Paris I can manage it naman.

Mag-aaral lang naman ako.

I sit in front of the study table of my dad. I opened the book dumiretso na ako sa chapter na kailangan ko.

After repeatdly reading it for 20 minutes I fully understand the procedure. In conducting a ritual I need a black candle and arrange it in circular shape.

Once all the candle was lit. I must release a huge amount og my golden color energy to call the attention of the angel in my domain.

Then I will state my desire. I have to be respectful in front of an angel. He/she might kill me if I don't show respect. It's a basic courtesy to respect people higher than you.

Hindi ko talaga maintidihan what so special about this angel. Mga chimera din ba sila maybe in inner layer? Kasi Diety or Gods na 'yung sa Ultimate stage.

If my guest is correct how can an angel grant my wish? Siguro if reasonable 'yung request ko they o might grant it. If no they will not repond.

I am not sure if papayag ba silang iupgade 'tong full puppet ko. Upgrade was a very general term, sabi sa libro the more specific 'yung wish ko mas mataas na tutuparin 'yun ng angel in my domain.

I also have to sacrife an equal value of my wish. Iniisip ko pa kung ano 'yung item na meron ako na pwede kong I sacrifice or give to the angel in the domain of fate. 

I think kung ano 'yung gusto kong pathway ni Paris. I don't want him to be a fighter, more like a someone that can be my shield in crucial moment.

May Mr Leomoro naman ako I know that he is strong in fighting. Ayaw kong bumuo ng squad na specialize in fighting I want a balance team. Kung may attacker dapat meron ding vanguard or sheild during team fight.

After I finished reading the book hindi ko muna ito binalik sa shelf I might read that again tommorrow baka may na miss akong important details.

Pagbaba ko sa hagdanan I saw Mr Leomoro na papaakyat, he is holdding a tray of sweet foods. I smile at him para na talaga siyang naging personal butler ko since siya na 'yung nagluluto ng mga pagkain namin. Minsan pag wala siyang ginagawa pinapakain niya sa mga maggots niya 'yung mga alikabok sa sahig at dingding.

A very innovative way of cleaning, I praise him because of that.

"Sa sala na ako kakain."

Hindi na siya humakbang pa pataas he waits for me.

"Anong niluto mo Mr Leomoro?"

Since medyo madilim I can't clearly see the desert that on the tray. It's outline was eated by the darkness.

"It's an apple pie. I also catch insects for your appetizer."

Nung nasa level ko na siya I thank him. Tamang-tama dahil nag cra-crave na naman ako ng mga insecto.

"Paano mo sila nahuli?" I somehow see a medium size jar full of freshly died insects.

I don't think that he have the means to capture this many insects by his own. He dont have natural ability to catch this small animals.

"I made a trap kahapon, when I check it earlier marami 'yung nahuli."

"Ahhh."

Ang witty ni Mr Leomoro. Kung hindi mo kaya there are still other way that you can make it. It's work wise not hard.

By creating traps he capture many insects. Mostly bugs.

I share my apple pie to Me Leomoro which he humbly refuse kumain na daw siya kanina. Binigay ko na lang kay Paris. Hindi na nagfufunction 'yung digestive system niya kay medyo reluctant akong ipakain sa kaniya 'tong apple pie.

But tao pa rin naman to si Paris he deserve to eat delicious dessert. It's funny na tinitigan ko talaga 'yung mukha niya habang ngumunguya. It's mechanical, I have a dream for him.

Gusto ko one day he will act like a real human not a puppet. If malakas na ako I might do it.

After I'm full I have this habbit to tell what I have learned from Mr Leomoro. I would like to know his opinion about the blessing ritual.

"I have heard that ritual before. It's very slim to recieved blessing from higher existence. They don't really care in lowlifes like us. I have try it before pero walang nagyari.

Pero try mo pa rin Fate, malay mo someone will grant your wish."

I just nod to Mr Leomoro wala naman akoang masasabi sa sinabi niya.

"Practice tayo Mr Leomoro." I suggest which he immediately accept.

We went to the back yard. Hindi kami mag phyphysical combat now more like I familiarize how to effectively control paris.

May times na maling thread 'yung nagagalaw ko which cause an awkward position to Paris. Mr Leomoro honestly point out na para raw makina gumalaw si Paris.

I took his feedback seriously as this is the thing that I need to improve. Akala ko control-control lang ng threads hindi pala. Napakahirap. I have to pay attention to every details. Ako kasi lahat kay Paris unlike kay Mr Leomoro that can act and think of his own.

After 2 hours of practice napaupo na lang ako sa damuhan habang mabigat ang paghinga.

Ngayon ko lang napansin na malapit nang mag umaga.

Paris and Mr Leomoro come to me.

"Kaya pa?" Mr Leomoro ask while staring at my face na parang asong hinahabol ng hininga.

"I'm very tired," I reply to him. Nanginginig 'yung mga binti ko.

Nakakainis 'tong katawang 'to bakit ang lambot. I still have many energy left in my body. But I can't fully utilize it kasi burden siya sa physical body ko.

This is my limitation and weakness. In exchange of having huge amount of energy stored in my body, my physical body is weak.

Parang useless lang 'yung energy ko if my body can't fully use it. Still I have to work with this, imbes na magreklamo maging grateful na lang.

Baliktad kami mi Mr Leomoro he have strong physique pero hindi gaanong marami ang energy na nakaimbak sa katawan niya. He said to me that in battle he really need to save his energy. Only just use it if it's really necessary and it will help him to win in fight.

"Kaya mo pang maglakad?"

I don't know how to respond. Ayaw kong maging pabigat tinukod ko 'yung braso ko sa damo and I tried to lift my self.

Tagumpay. Kahit papano I can still walk.

"Actually Fate you don't have to act strong infront of me. I understand and let me do my job as your servant."

Nagulat ako sa sinabi ni Mr Leomoro. Lumapit siya sa 'kin without my permission kinarga niya ako sa harap niya. Napangiti na lang ako ang sweet naman.

"Salamat."

"Let's go na sa kwarto ko I badly needed rest."

I control Paris to follow us.

Pagbalik ko sa kwarto ko I thank Mr Leomoro again. Pumasok ako sa banyo, and dalawa naman nasa maliit na sala ng kwarto ko.

Paglabas ko tulog na si Paris. I cut my connection to him si Mr Leomoro naman I notice in his face na inaantok na siya, hindi sana if I don't lessen the energy I suply in his body.

Paghiga ko sa kama I look at them and smile.

"Good night to us and sweet dreams." With that nakatulog na kaming tatlo.
