Jiang Yu (Emperor/Boss)
- Reigning Emperor of Da Xian
- A workaholic with a stiff personality. Came off quite indecisive when it comes to relationships between his wives.
- Textbook type of person and follows the teaching of the elders.
- Likes to make comparisons because his standard of 'good' is blurred.
Wei Yi Yi (Empress/Employee)
- She transmigrated as the unloved empress of Jiang Yu and the prime minister's only daughter.
- Her dead unknown. Former Accountant graduate and bank teller.

- Talkative and an 'accidental' snitch.
-Likes to make a comparison between humans and animals.
- Animal Lover. Trouble maker.
- Wei Yi Yi's partner-in-crime (pig teammate).
Jiang Cheng (Cheng Wangye)
- Da Xian's second prince.
- Late emperor's eldest son from the late Empress.

- Jiang Chen's father.
- Former 'Wei Yi Yi's' childhood friend.
- Have a gentle personality.
- Expert 'scapegoat' of former 'Wei Yi Yi' and his blood sister.
- Can't say no type of person.
Wen Yang (Cheng Wangfei)
- Jiang Cheng's wife and Jiang Chen's mother.
- Too proud of a woman.
- Won't accept a loss.
- Have inferiority complex with the Empress.
- Acts noble and can't be bothered. Likes to act like a snob and aloof.
- Thinks herself to be smart.
Jiang Ying Yue (Third Princess)
- Da Xian eldest princess
- Jiang Cheng's full-blooded sibling.
