Hazel was panicking all over in her bedroom she has never felt so betrayed by her mom like this moreover she was very anxious about whether or not she was getting married or the threat that was made by that man to her father ,hazel was lost in thoughts panicking all over her room when she heard a door knock.

hazel personal handmaid lily opened her door and immediately bowed seeing it was the queen in front of her the queen asked her to leave the room and she left without any objections.

hazel was angry at her mother and wanted to throw her out but she knew she was not powerful enough and she was also curious about that man and the threat he made.

there was silence in the room as hazel was lost in thoughts so the queen took the liberty to talk first

"hazel I know you must be angry and upset with me and your father but our hands are tied"

a hint of confusion could be seen on hazel face "what do you mean by your hands are tied you are the queen and father is the king isn't that enough to reject the proposal "
