ON YOUR ACCOUNT👧

The moment the emperor left the bedroom, she rested her head and sighed softly. Her back was killing her in this position, but she would rather lie like this than face down. Actually, she had requested this position so that she could look up the face of the beast. She doubted that he had come running just to see her, but she was happy that he was actually there, by her side when she had awoken. A knock came on the door of the bedroom. She turned in the direction of it, wondering if the physician had actually gotten there.

'Who seeks me?' she asked in a voice that was loud enough for the other party behind the closed door to hear her very clearly.

'It is I, My Lady,' came Vura's voice from behind the closed door.

'Both,' she heard Vura say. 'You should say the both of us.'

'Is this the time to argue about such a thing Xiera?' she heard the other scold her counterpart. She heard more inaudible whispering and quickly spoke up before they would turn their argument into a full blown fight.

'Come in the two of you,' she ordered them. 'And please leave your spat at the door,' she instructed.

'Yes My Lady,' came Xiera's voice, and then the door to the bedroom opened slowly and carefully. They came into the bedroom then with worried looks and smiles on their faces.

'My Lady!' they both curtsied, standing afore her.

'Welcome the both of you,' she said to them, studying them to see if they were okay. She breathed in relief when she was sure that they looked pretty much okay.

'Thank you My Lady,' Vura said in answer to that.

'Are you alright My Lady? Are you feeling better today?' Xiera asked her. She smiled at her worried aide.

'My Lady, is your fever gone?' Vura followed the question of her comrade with the same amount of worry.

'Other than the pain in my back -which is killing me- i'm fine,' she assured them.

'I am glad My Lady,' Vura responded with a smile. Xiera turned to her then with an offended expression.

'Did not I tell you that it is the both of us?' Xiera whispered to her comrade who stared at her. 'You should say we and not I Vura.'

'Why are you bringing this up again? What is your problem?' she asked her too in a whisper.

'It is not I with the problem Vura, it is you. You are too self centered. That is your problem,' she argued.

'What are you saying? Why are you looking for a fight?' she asked her. It was obvious that she was fast getting annoyed with the matter.

'Who is looking for a fight? Who is doing that?'

'Is it not-'

'Did not I tell you to leave your spat outside of the bedroom?' she asked them, cutting their senseless fight short. They turned to her.

'Yes My Lady,' they both answered her instantly.

'You indeed told us to do so My Lady,' Vura said eyeing Xiera in blame. The other did same with venom.

'Why then did you bring it into this place?' she continued. They both kept quiet at her question. 'I see that the cat has got your tongues. If you want to remain here, I advise that you put your spat into your pocket because I am too much in pain to deal with any of it, you hear?!'

'Yes My Lady,' both chorused.

'That is very good. Anyways, thank you for taking care of me,' she said in gratitude. They both smiled at her, their cost forgotten for the moment, at least in her presence.

'That was not a problem My Lady,' Xiera said to her.

'Hope you both weren't in that dungeon longer than I?' she said to them. Vura shook her head.

'No My Lady. We were out alongside you. The Little Prince got us out,' she explained to her. Realization alongside disappointment came over her at Vura's words.

'Oh!' she said. 'The Little Prince,' she continued. So it hadn't been the emperor who brought her out? And here she was feeling all happy that he was by her side, thinking that he had been the one to rescue her from the dungeons. She was completely and utterly disappointed.

'Yes My Lady,' Vura continued. 'The physician treated you instantly. The emperor arrived later.

'I see.' None of them noticed the change in her countenance because she looked away from them.

'The Emperor was livid when he arrived,' Xiera said, causing her to turn to them.

'I swear My Lady, he looked like he could kill when he arrived. He looked even more worse when he set his eyes on you,' Vura added.

'Did he?' she asked half heartedly, her downcast spirit lifting slightly at the things that they were saying to her.

'Yes My Lady,' both said. Then, they looked at each other and smiled, happily sharing some strange looks which she observed.

'Now, will both of you tell me what on earth is making you both shine extravagantly with glee?' she said to them with narrowed eyes.

'Should we say?' Xiera asked her counterpart after another suspicious exchange of looks.

'Well, we weren't told to refrain from doing so,' Vura answered her with a shrug. Xiera nodded at her words with a huge grin.

'Yes, I agree with you. We were not told otherwise.'

'Exactly.'

'So, we shall tell?'

'Yes,' she answered her, 'we shall have to tell even if we were told not to. Our Lady would practically force it out of our mouths.' They giggled for a moment. Then, Xiera nodded at her and cleared her throat.

'They were all punished,' she said to her Lady. 'Everyone of them.'

'Everyone?' the lady asked her with obvious disbelief.

'Yes My Lady,' both said to her simultaneously. They looked at each other and laughed again. It seemed they were very happy and free of worry by the way everything seemed to crack them up.

'Even the Draco Princess, his affianced?' she asked with doubtful yet anticipating eyes.

'All of them My Lady. He had all of them whipped on your account,' Vura announced to her.

'Oh,' was all She could manage to say as the shock overcame her, making her utterly speechless.

'He had even the Draco and Xing Princess whipped accordingly with a poisoned two mouth whip and sent them to the dungeons without food and medication like was done to you by them,' Vura continued.

'He did that?!' she asked again. But, it was not a question that demanded an answer from them.

'You should have seen the emperor. He went mad with worry for you,' Xiera said to her. 'I am glad that he turned his anger on those bitches,' she snapped.

'Yes, they would never think to do you any harm My Lady after all they have been through because of it,' Xiera said in support.

'Oh, and that is not the most juicy part My Lady,' Vura said. 'It is the fact that we did the whipping that makes up feel so much in cloud none,' she said with a squeal.

'Oh it was so fulfilling!' Xiera sighed loudly in pleasure.

'I made sure to hit them as hard as I could and also added extra strokes to their allocated number,' Vura boasted proudly about their actions as if they were worthy achievements -or maybe they were.

'Oh My God!' the lady said before breaking into a giggle. 'Oh that does sound fulfilling. I already feel so much better to hear that they are going through what I suffered at their hands,' she confessed.

'Oh you are meant to My Lady,' Vura quickly inputted in support.

'Those unclot nuisance! I made sure to destroy all of their backs with the two mouth whip,' Xiera said.

'You should have seen us My Lady. We channelled everything in us -body, spirit and soul, into it. All of it!' Vura interrupted her.

'Wow!' their lady said to them, amused and definitely in awe at what they had actually done.

'We avenged you My Lady,' Vura said. She seemed to be the most proud of the two about their achievements.

'Yes you did,' their lady said. 'I am proud of you two. Thank you,' she said to the both with a grateful smile that came from her heart.

'You are welcome My Lady,' both said simultaneously.

'I trust that you both left each of them incapacitated,' she said with an amused laugh.

'We did just that,' Vura confirmed. They all laughed together.

The sound of the bedroom door opening after a knock made them all to turn in that direction. The intruders came in, turning out to be the emperor who had returned with the royal physician and his blue and black haired companion whom she wasn't sure was male or female.

'My Lord,' both her aides stood and paid obeisance to him at his entrance, stepping forward. He acknowledged them with a nod and went up to the lady who smiled at him.

'You are back,' she told him. He nodded and sat beside her. He took her right hand in his.

'Mine,' he said to her. 'Are you feeling better?' she nodded. 'The physician shall attend to you now. Alright?' she nodded again. He stood and gestured towards the royal physician, implying that he was free to do his job. The royal physician nodded and went to the lady with a small smile.

'My Lady, it is good that you are awake,' the physician said smiling at her. She returned the gesture.

'I'll be fine,' she said to him to assuage herself rather than everyone.

'Of course you will My Lady,' the royal physician allayed her fears. He set to work then, checking her temperature and observing her pulse. He turned to the emperor. 'My Lord?'

'Yes Master Kong, is anything the problem?' he asked rushing to the physician's side.

'Nothing My Lord. I only want to see her wounds. I need you to turn her over so I can do just that,' he explained.

'Oh,' the emperor said with a nod and proceeded to do as he had been asked. He gently turned her over. Her oxblood hair came loose in the process of doing so, scattering in every possible direction. He laid her properly before proceeding to gather the hair and make it into a tight knot somewhere near her nape.

Xiera looked at Vura, both in surprise, having the same thoughts. Their emperor knew how to make a hair knot? Xiera shook her head at Vura very slowly, jocosely to mean the things a woman could do to a great man was endless. They both bit their tongues to hold back any betraying sound of amusement.

The emperor proceeded to open her dress and bare her wounds to the royal physician. 'Thank you My Lord,' Master Kong said to him the moment he stepped back.

'Go on Master Kong, you do not need to thank me.' The royal physician nodded and proceeded to tend her wounds once again.

When he was done, he turned to the emperor with a satisfied look on his face. 'The wounds are sealing My Lord. They shall be gone in no time,' he assuaged him.

'Thank you Master Kong,' he said to the royal physician who nodded and packed up his medical supply box.

'Shall we have a word outside My Lord?' the man requested.

'Of course Master Kong,' he answered. Then, they left the bedroom, all three of them including the blue and black haired companion of the royal physician who gave the lady a long look before doing so. The aides rushed to their mistress at their departure to close her opened dress. She sighed as they did so.

'Do they hurt you too much My Lady?' Xiera asked her when she sighed, her hands in the dress stilling.

'Not really Xiera. It's just that I really hate this facedown position. Can you both turn me over?' she requested. 'I am actually tired of staring at this ugly pillow,' she groused.

'Oh My Lady!' Vura cackled in amusement.

'We shall My Lady,' Xiera said with a smile. She and Vura turned the lady over quite gently. She sighed the moment her back touched the bed, her facial expression pleased.

'Finally, a breath of fresh air,' she said out loud.

'Oh come on My Lady, it can definitely not be that bad,' Vura mused despite her laughter.

'Oh Vura, it is!'
