[Third Person's PoV]

Claire was seen waking up the next day laying down on Cid's arm. When Claire woke up she stretched out her sleepiness but quickly woke up when she saw the time.

"Oh shit we're going to be late" Claire said. She then started to shake Cid waking him up, "We have to hurry classes are about to start"

Cid still not wanting to get up just whined "Do we really have to get up"

Claire sighed as she rubbed her bottom cheeks that were painfully red in color. "I don't want to get up after receiving such punishments yesterday either but we have no choice"

Cid with a smug expression still laid there with his hands behind his head "That punishment was well deserved and you know it. I mean for you it wasn't even a punishment with how much you were moaning to hit you harder last night"

Claire just put on a perverted expression remembering their night together. She quickly gave Cid a kiss on the lips as she said "Can you quickly clean us up with your magic, you're better at using it than me"

Cid just sighed before lifting his arm slightly and conjuring a magic circle on his palm with runic symbols. When Cid actived the magic circle it's power soon enveloped the whole room including them. It was a cleaning magic circle, Cid years studying ancient languages and magic circles and the one he used the most, was the ones used for cleaning.

Claire feeling herself cleaned and smelling better just let out a sigh of relief before kissing Cid once again. "Thank you"

With that Claire quickly left her room closing it behind her and made her way towards her class. While Cid just laid there not wanting to get up.

Although he did get up reluctantly and started to get dress and sink into his shadow. When he reappeared he was back in his room, which he exited and went to class.

And just like that another month soon pass...

Alexia was seen with a sword in hand and a stance she managed to make in which she was the most comfortable in.

While in position she was looking at Cid studying his every movement "Are we going to be using magic for this one"

Cid thought about it for a bit "Sure I'll allow it, maybe it'll give you an advantage"

Alexia just clicked her tongue at his provocation and let her magic flow through out her entire body and into her sword, enhancing both of them.

With a quick step Alexia soon appeared infront of Cid and delivered a vicious sword strike, but Cid managed to block it with the flat side of his wooden sword.

Alexia didn't stop there, seeing that her slashes were working she started using the sword as a spear, sending multiple stabs with the pointed part of the sword.

Cid just kept blocking them, after a while Cid tried to disarm Alexia, but she held on to her sword tightly learning her lesson.

Cid then started attacking Alexia while she had to defend herself. Whether they were from slashes or stab wounds, Cid kept Alexia on her toes.

It was hard, but after a few minutes Cid deliberately left himself open. Which gave Alexia the perfect chance to counter attack, as she went to attack, she noticed it was a feint, a trick to get her. It was to late for her to fix her mistakes and Cid slammed his sword ontop of Alexia's head.

Alexia was crouched on the ground holding the top of her head "Ouch, did you have to hit me that hard"

"Sorry, not sorry, how else are you supposed to learn otherwise. Some people leave themselves open and vulnerable but it's all just a trap and the sooner you learn this, the better it'll be for you"

"I get it, but you still hit me so hard, do you have a grudge towards me or something." Alexia's said standing up but still rubbing her head.

While they started discussing what Alexia could improve, Zenon approach them with his signature friendly smile.

"I see you are still sparring with the princess even after all this time" he said. 

As soon as he approached Cid thought back to what he heard from Zenon's shadow.

It appears that Zenon has told the Diabolos Cult about Cid and his abilities but they didn't take Zenon seriously. Afterall why should they be worried about a kid that's only 15 years old.

To the Diabolos Cult, who have been alive for centuries their confidence is at the all time high. So why should they waste their time on a kid that hasn't even experienced life.

Although it disappointed Zenon, he still chose to maintain a close visual of Cid, monitoring his movement. And what he has found so far is nothing that seems to be that amazing.

Zenon thought that maybe the higher ups were right. Maybe Cid was just a kid and he was worrying about nothing. To Zenon, Cid just started to become the perfect scapegoat for his ultimate plan if Alexia doesn't accept his proposal.

"So Alexia have you thought about what we have previously discussed" Asked Zenon with a charming smile.

Alexia just looked at him in disgust and wrapped her hands around Cid's arm, she pulled Cid closer making their face touch. She then whispered in a really low voice "Please play along"

She then gave Zenon a reply in a super dramatic tone "Sorry to burst your bubble but Cid and I have fallen too deeply in love with each. I don't think I can picture a life with nobody else apart from him.

I'm going to have to decline your proposal, I think I'll just absolutely kill myself, if I'm with someone else that's not him."

Zenon just shook his head with a chuckle "You can't keep running from this forever princess"

Alexia just looked at him all innocently "I have no idea what you're talking about, I'm just a little girl. What you're talking about seems all grown up, something I just can't seem to grasp"

Zenon just narrow his eyes and went back to teaching the students.

As soon as he left Alexia just spit to the side "Disgusting"

While raising a eyebrow Cid asked "You wanna tell me what that was all about"

"*sigh* sorry for dragging you into this, that annoying bastard is trying to get engaged to me, which is the last thing I want"

"Oh, and why is that?, as people that are "deeply in love with eachother" I feel like we should tell each other everything" Cid said with a teasing smirk.

Alexia's face then grew flustered as she stuttered "I-I-I I was just just joking, it was all an act. You couldn't have possibly taken me seriously."

Cid just playfully shrugged his shoulder "I don't know, your love confession sounded pretty real to me. I have to be careful just in case you start falling for me for real"

Alexia's face just got redder as she punched him in the arm "Idiot" she said softly.

"Still why don't you want to get married to him I heard he's a great bachelor"

Alexia getting rid of her red face just look at him like he was an idiot "Argh, I mean just look at him, I don't get why but he gives me the creeps. And that smile he has on its clearly a mask. I don't know what he's hidden but I know it's not anything good.

Please let's not talk about him, when he's around. Let's just go back to sparring"

And with that Alexia picked up her wooden sword and got ready for more of Cid's lessons.
